I listened to the second hour of the recent "Conservative Black Forum" as I was exercising.

My agreement with the principles of what I heard among these "Black Conservatives" was overshadowed by my disagreement with their tactical execution of their agenda. I return to my question "WHY does 'Black Conservatism' need to be projected through the Republican Party and by extension - the 'American Political Domain' ?"

Ironically they argue that "Black Republicans" should go into the Black community and plead their case, convincing other Blacks that "Republican Values" are "Black Values".

NOT!!!!!

They one thing that I kept shouting in my head as I was jogging on the treadmill as they were talking about "How Black People Vote" was "Black People Don't Vote Against The Democrats To Show Their Discontent - THEY MOVE AWAY FROM 'MISSION ACCOMPLISHED ZONES'!!!!".

I honestly believe that no one in that gathering understands this observable fact.
I have documented the case of the "Black Flight Progressive". These are "normal thinking" Black people who understand the social and political dynamics within the Black community. They understand that despite their display of consumer preference for the outcomes that their ideological enemy produces in their residential ecosystem of choice - they can still "Get In Where They Fit In" by continue to VOTE FOR the force that ultimately compelled them to move away from the "Mission Accomplished Zone".

The problem that I have with "Republicans who are Black" is that they ultimately wish their PARTY to succeed. They see the full engagement of the "American Negro" into "American Political Domain" as the framework for our development as an intractable fact. In this way they are little different than the "Democrat who is Black", the "Occupiers Of All Black Community Leadership Positions" at present.

THEIR COLOR And A VIEWPOINT THAT FEELS LIKE 'HOME'
And They Will Be Compelled To View This As THEIR PROGRESS
When In Truth It Is Only PROGRESSIVE-FUNDAMENTALIST PROGRESS.
These Paid Negroes Merely Will Agree To Spike The ANALYSIS
Of The News About The Black Community That Would Provide The
Black Rank & File With The Necessary CORRECTIVE FEEDBACK Necessary
For Them To Appraise The EFFECTIVENESS Of The Course That
They Now Travel In The Development OF THEIR OWN PEOPLE.

Theirs Is A Hatred That Is Self-Justified Because They Are The "Self-Justifiers".
The Evidence Of Their Practice Of "Non-White White Supremacy"
Will Become Clear To Those Who Were Fooled When
The Forces That They Dedicate So Much Of Their Energy Into Defeating
Are Gone And THEY Are Now The Establishment Authority, Forced To Produce
WITHIN What They Have Long Struggled To Externally To Acquire.
Their Spirit Of Confiscation Is No Less Than The European Explorer.
They Merely Use The Term SOCIAL JUSTICE As The Justification
For The Sword That They Swing. The Tendons And Muscles That They
Cut, However Are Those Which Produced Stable Societies And Families
And Social Order.
As The Aggrieved Masses Later Turn On Them For Nutrition
The Series Of Failure To Develop The People Using The
Institutions And Culture That They Now Dominate These Aggrieved
Masses Will Understand That They Have Been Used.
At That Point Those WHITE FOLKS Who Called Me A RACIST Will
Be Seen Parting Company From Those Who Are Now Angry At Them
And Weill Be Seen COMING TO LIVE WITH ME And "Their Own Kind",
Again Fighting Me For Social Justice But Without The Sword Of
RACE To Use Against Me As We Are Of The Same Skin Color.

Ironically the focus upon the "American Political Domain" by both Black factions in the "Malcolm X Political Football Game" prove that dismissed MSNBC host Pat Buchanan to be WRONG about his claims that the streaming groups of ethnic minorities into this nation are not "assimilating" into the American way.

The prevailing Black consciousness is that of an "American consumer" vying to achieve his material, social and cultural desires through the channels of voting and the political arm wrestling match that accompanies it. If and when we see the violence and insurgency that is/was present in Nigeria, Northern Ireland, Iraq or Nicaragua as the channel for political change in America then one can claim that the American system is under threat from these external forces.

Of course Pat Buchanan is concerned at the loss of the comfortable "White male power" structure where his power to rule went unchallenged for no other reason than demographic fact.

Don't get too comfortable though Progressive-Fundamentalists at the "Browning Of America". I maintain that it will be your IDEOLOGY'S FAILURE to produce FAVORABLE RESULTS through ORGANIC PRODUCTION that will imperil your fate WHEN demographic changes tip the balance in America - NOT ANY INTRINSIC INCOMPETENCIES DUE TO YOUR RACE - as you would like to believe that Pat Buchanan is arguing.

It is clear from your present antics in the US Presidential Race, 2012 Edition that you prefer CONGREGATIONAL UNITY in fortifying your voting block by making RACIAL INDICTMENTS. What you NEED TO BE FOCUSING UPON is that day in the future where RACISM CHASING as the "corn starch" bonding agent of your stew fails to deliver the EXPECTED BENEFITS to your base through the INSTITUTIONS that you now have dominant control over. Add to this - I predict that many of your White Progressive Cheshire Fox joint venture partners will show their teeth once they too fall from their perch of power per the racial dynamic. The fox will join the wolf in their own protected nature preserve.

But What Of The Future Of The Negro? Let Him Alone!!

The "Republicans who are Black" are spot on at the fundamental level as they are giving voice to my observations of the need for "Organic Competency Development". Despite their error in the use of the Republican Party and the American Political Domain as frameworks their focus on the 'inner space" is sound.

The contrast between conservative and progressive could not be more different.
The calls for "Social Justice" is intrinsically a "Competency Outsourcing Scheme". It makes note that the national contract that binds us together as a nation has clauses that affirm the 'social justice rights' of all within to a certain minimum standard of living. This affirms the evidence of the consciousness and compassion for the society as a whole.

If you observe progressive-fundamentalism via a longitudinal study, however, you begin to understand the disconnect between the ability of this movement to successfully conquer land through struggle and its competency to actually deliver upon the promise once the "mission is accomplished". THE STRUGGLE IS THE UNIFYING FORCE that brings them the sense of accomplishment among their base. Ironically the conditions in lands that they have "won" prove to be their biggest failings.

I am not sure that anyone at the forum understood that beyond their struggle against Black Progressive Democrats they are actually battling a classical "Lumpen Proletariat" movement. "Blackness" is merely an attribute that provides its own "spice" to a struggle that is easily understood as such.

The reason why forces like the NAACP and the progressive Obama Administration has taken up the cause of the "THREAT to Black voting rights" - rubbing two sticks together to create the smoke that they point to as a great risk of fire - is because they understand that THE QUANTITY OF THE VOTE cast in their favor is far more important to the desperate masses than any threat of accountability for their failure to deliver as promised. They understand that the US Justice Department Civil Rights Division can't do a damned thing to fix the areas where the Negro has chosen the politicians and policies of their own choosing but where 'civil rights violations' are taking place, BUT FOR the common race of the assailant (please watch "Brick City"). This perversion in terms has the effect of NULLIFYING THE BLACK VOTE from the actual delivery of benefit to the Black community making it merely an agent for the entrenchment of progressive public policy and the Democratic Party. Bayard Rustin is smiling from his grave.

Again the "Republican who is Black" does not seem to understand that the dependency that they often point to among "The Least Of These" is merely the "Social Justice" fundamentalist's marketplace through which political transactions take place. Those who believe that they are shut out from the formal commercial "supply chain" in America will utilize the political channel to create the market force that they need to alter the balance of power.

The job of the defenders of this system - which fails to produce sufficient "Organic Competencies Among Black people" is to point out that there are other ~~White~~ people in the mud along with us. Despite the endless "Black people need to................." discussions they understand that as long as this system is present as an option the masses will not be compelled to change for its own good. No different than the debate over petroleum fuel consumption due to its availability.

The Best Strategy For The "Black CONSERVATOR"

It is clear that the monopoly majority of the "Progressive who is a Democrat who is Black" over all of the institutions in Black America allow them to steam roll all challenges. Greater than the challenge from the loathed "Black Republican", is their ability to remain standing despite the expressed failure of their machine. (See Detroit, Newark, Philly, Chicago).

As long as they dominate the Black Press - their synchronized choir will convince Black people that we need to PROTECT the "Black Elected Official's" seat of power from a loss to a White Conservative. This is their message after they have linked the "Black Community's standing" as a vicarious element of the Progressive Negro who occupies the seat of power. Through this fatal protection racket the Black Press is able to convince us that Slavery, Jim Crow, New Jim Crow and Republicans are the reason why those people who's theories are in line with what the masses of Black people know to be the proper channel for our development have been molested. But for their opposition (based on racism) and their removing spikes from the rails of Black progress - we would have SUCCESS. Thus our job as "real Black people" is to fight against this enemy.

This engagement in the "Malcolm X Political Football Game" produces the consequence of removing SOUND MANAGEMENT from WITHIN THE INSTITUTIONS OF BLACK AMERICA. We only need to look at how the latest news of "Racist Homework" in a school system that the NAACP has little power over is able to generate more resolve for a correction than what is shown in the 3 majority Black school systems in the core counties of Atlanta. "The struggle" which channels our racial defensiveness from attack is an easier exploit than is the more deliberate, longitudinal task of "finishing our human resources" through proper management of the institutions within the Black community. Racism Chasing is merely a diversionary tactic for protective cover. It provides necessary comfort into the unconscious mind that 'though WE are in a failed state - it was due to external molestation".

Ironic it is that the primary channel for quality Black education is through the integration of schools. Black kids sitting next to the children of Racist Tea Party members. The proof of their RACISM being their resistance to such inclusion. In maintaining this indictment those who took over the Black school systems but having failed to "finish" our children avoid the classification of "racist" despite the results that they generate.

What then is the harm of being labeled a "RACIST" (or Tom) when it no longer represents the main channel by which:

Black people are murdered?
Black people are under-educated?
Black people are under-deployed?

If those Black Conservatives who choose to channel their power through the Republican Party had any sense about them they would first confront the larger Black Progressive / Black Racial Services Machine and demand that BOTH COMBATANTS agree that EVIDENCE OF "PRO-BLACK" is seen by success WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY.

The Black Progressive-Fundamentalist understands that as long as he INTENDS to help Black people, making indictments at the national level his "Boil The Ocean" struggle - which intensifies every 2 years, in line with the elections in the "American Political Domain" is all that he needs to focus upon to keep the congregation filling up the offering plate with the ballots that he government enforces the equal value of.

Ironically that which pacifies Black people as being "the truth" in our present state as American Consumers does not exactly translate into the methodology that actually addresses the longings of Black people. With their knowledge of these unfulfilled longings - the Embedded Confidence Men conspire from the inside to fuse our "Black Community Development Consciousness" with American politics.

The Black Conservative should force the hand of the Black Progressive. Deny his ability to shift the scope of his indictment and instead go to the Black Rank & File and convince them that the saying in the post-Katrina t-shirt is true: "WE ALL WE GOT!!".

Through our community schools pass our children. This must be their "finishing agent"
Through the culture in our community.....................
Through the business enterprises in our community.................
Through the respect for law and order in our community.............
Through the male/female relationships in our community...................

With this said the main task of the critic of those who is watching the hijacking of the Black Community Consciousness must be the mastery of the WELDING SKILLS that will allow him to secure the GOAL POSTS - preventing the Black Racial Services Machine that is in power from MOVING THE GOAL POSTS WHEN IT PLEASES THEIR DESIRE FOR SELF PERPETUATION.
Ironically it is in the BLACK BEST INTERESTS to force this action.
PROGRESSIVE FUNDAMENTALISM and the DEMOCRATIC PARTY is the only loser if this happens.

WHO will promote the need for the rank & file Negro to stop yielding his body into the American Political Football Game after his consciousness and emotions have been engulfed?

ANSWER: ASK HIM IF HE IS DEVELOPING COMPETENCIES WITHIN HIS PRESENT CONSUMER CONSCIOUSNESS TO HELP "THE REAL LEAST OF THESE" IN THE BLACK DIASPORA?

Judge: Oakland police must reform or face takeover

SAN FRANCISCO—A judge says the scandal-plagued Oakland Police Department will go under federal control if it fails to quickly make good on reforms agreed to nine years ago.
U.S. District Judge Thelton Henderson also increased the oversight authority of a court-appointed monitor in a scathing five-page ruling Tuesday.
Henderson says Oakland Police Chief Howard Jordan must first consult with the monitor before making important department decisions. Those include promoting and disciplining officers and changing policing policy and tactics.
Mayor Jean Quan agreed Wednesday that the city was moving too slowly to improve the department. But, she said, Oakland's new leaders are committed to making it happen.
The reforms were ordered in a 2003 civil settlement stemming from allegations that a group of officers beat up or framed suspects.

A portion of my analysis of the 'Day After The State Of The Union" was focused upon "right-wing talk radio" and the financial press.

While my line of thinking on economics is closer to theirs than to that of an "Occupier" they are guilty of being the bookend of the "Social Justice Raider Of The US Treasury" that must be guarded against.   The "Corporate/Military/Wall Street Raiders Of The US Treasury" seek to use the federal treasury as their play toy in a manner that is ultimately no different than those on the extreme left. Those who are interested in protecting the long term fiscal viability of this nation (too late) would be wise to keep them out of the bank vault as well.

Thus the criticism of the "right wing" response to President Obama's State Of The Union speech.

While they are good at putting down the "confiscatory spirit" that "Obama's Base" has - a point that I agree with - they are loathed to talk about the RESENTMENT that is aroused as the hijinx and outright fraud that their capitalistic friends have committed at the expense of the federal balance sheet.

"They should have been allowed to fail" is not a sufficient cover for what actually happened.

I am fully aware of the spirit that desires to have the central government issue punitive regulation. This is seen as the only means to control those capitalistic forces from executing upon their own self interests AND to extract money from the marketplace that those on the outside have failed to order their own resources that would allow them to make a valuable product for sale on their own.

When the same forces who resist regulation also are seen failing to pressure their peers to remain operating withing certain boundary of ethics and transparency - the "industry self regulation" that was advocated is shown to be less powerful than the selfish interests that caused the observers to turn the other way.

The issue of Obama's race as the driving factor of their opposition is no more powerful of a force than what is seen by Black progressives who latch Black development dreams to the Obama Administration's success - looking past the shortcomings that damage us AND the White Progressives who, in the context of the fight with their Conservative "womb-mates" make use of claims of racism/sexism/homophobia/etc as a bludgeon in the field of play. Most of the time these merely are a cover for their own hatred in kind.

This is all about POWER and MONEY.   PERIOD!!!!! These other points are merely vectors of indictment.

Those who feel that they are out of power as the corporations are able to unilaterally change interest rates on their credit cards even though you have paid them monthly as you ran up a balance on a 9.99% low rate card during the days of "easy credit".   Despite holding up your side of the agreement as a customer - that "fixed rate card" turned out to be not so fixed.   Just because the bank's risk exposure tolerance has changed - their strong fisted move - changing the terms in mid-session - is bound to push some consumers over the edge.

"Its your own fault for buying stuff on credit" does not quite address the issue. When a part of your purchasing decision was that the "cost of money" was 9.99% and then the terms change to 17.99% because the bank has changed its risk management policy - this translates in to thousands of dollars in more money paid to service the debt.

While I believe that most of their aspirations should be produced at a more local level where they have more control over the institutions the grievances that are expressed after watching the Corporate Treasury Raiders has at least some merit.

USA Today: SEALs have become lucky charm for Obama

A good friend of mine was stationed in a new American military base in the African nation of Djibouti. He never told me what he was doing there but after I started hearing about US Drones being launched to patrol eastern Africa I was able to put '2 and 2' together. For now the set of drones that provide surveillance over Ethiopia are unarmed. (Note; The US has launched drone strikes in Somalia using the more lethal sort of drones. I suspect that they are the same model as the one's fling over Ethiopia, the munitions removed. No need to weigh down the air craft, you know.)

The other day we also learned that the US Navy "SEAL Team 6" has put boots on the ground and rescued an American and a Danish citizen that were held hostage in Somalia.

The two hostages made it out alive - 9 Somalians said to be "captors" were not so lucky.

This Post Is Not About Obama Or The SEAL Team 6 Or The 9 Dead Somalians Or The 2 Rescued White Folks

Here is where I am today.
I see all of the elements in the section title above as "actors in a stage play".    Each and every day "Black America" is treated to a new scene from the real world. These actors stimulate our 5 senses and thus trigger a response.

Over the last few weeks in Metro Atlanta the talk of "a White police man who is a military veteran having returned home and murdered an unarmed Black man" has been the talk of "Fight The Power"/"Black-Wing Talk Radio".   In the Autumn of last year another veteran who is a MARTA transit police man also shot and killed a Black man after a scuffle at the "Vine City MARTA Station".

In both cases the "Fight The Power" forces noted that there might be some psychological damage done to these ~~White males~~ police officers who serve active duty in the wars on behalf of the US Military and then are thrown back on the streets as policemen who patrol Black communities and they are "trigger happy" as they see "any moving Negro" as a threat to their life - just as was the case in Iraq and Afghanistan.   (Or even those who are at the remote control of the drone, dropping bombs in Pakistan, Libya, Yemen, Somalia).

In focusing on this same body of thought - it was interesting to hear the sentiment from them with regard to the news that 9 Somalians were killed by the US SEAL team in the rescue of 1 American and 1 Dane.
This was served up as "Yet Another VICTORY For President Obama!!!!".

You see - when I model this particular consciousness and note that, when it comes to "Street Pirate on Black Murder" there is a muted response compared when there is an "indictable figure" - well I need to extend my model to the other extreme to cover the case of "Murdered Negroes" who's corpses are held up in the spirit of "JingOism".

When President Obama stands as the beneficiary of their veneration and vicarious living they are agreeable to spiking the tawdry facts that they would normally be harping upon. Instead they have given away their copy of "Confessions Of An Economic Hit Man", promising to purchase the Kindle version when Commander In Chief Obama is out of office.

As I was listening to "Black Wing Talk Radio" I was documenting the tactics used by the JingOists as they slip their mind into the circuitry of Obama's Blackberry - hoping that they will reside in his hip pocket each day, his body warmth radiating their way.

The debate tactics used to attack anyone who dares question WHERE THE BLACK COMMUNITY STANDS today - 3 years after Obama (note - they never mention 50 years after "The Bayard Rustin Black Community Salvation Plan) is:

Relieve Obama Of All Blame - "Obama inherited a mess and he is STILL working to repair what Bush and the Republicans have destroyed"
Define Their Own Lowered Threshold For Obama's Success - "Obama saved the USA from a collapse that was at hand. 'We were losing 750,000 jobs per month. Why are you worrying about Black unemployment at 15.8%? "
Throw Out The "You Should Be Thankful" Taunt - "You are lucky that Obama and not McCain is in office. If you think that Obama isn't helping Black people imagine what John McCain, the Republican and Sarah Palin would be doing? Our unemployment rate would be at 25%"
Focus On What Obama INTENDS TO DO - As I told you the enemy of the Embedded Confidence Man is

The Architecture Of His Previous Struggle - Those who are wise to the architecture understands that today's NATIONAL struggle for 'Social Justice' used to be a state, county and local struggle. With "favorable people in power" per the struggle - they now have to drive further distances to the location of the enemy - the state or the federal government - the US House in this case. Even though the local institutions are falling short of delivering necessary development services to the Black community, we should rest assure - the present progressive occupants have our best interests in mind. You can hear their voices on the radio station self promotion ads on "Black wing talk radio" as they give their salute to the mayor, etc.

The Fight For Middle Class / The Struggle For Eliminate Inequality / Jobs Are Going To Come Back If We Support Obama - No one dares to cross-index the Black unemployment map with the "Mission Accomplished" map as a necessary means of vetting the new plan for "The Anti-Inequality Fight". If they did they would say "Thank you Mr President but we have had all of the HELP that we can stand from your ideology. We want CHANGE". While those who focus on real business decisions like making the next payroll or how the shortage of raw materials can be catastrophic - those who peddle POPULIST IDEALS such as "fairness", "diversity", "opportunity" need not be troubled with the calculus of their biases. They understand that CONFISCATION is in the root spirit of their congregation. Thus as the government grows more powerful and keeps the corporate capitalists in shape THIS PROGRESS is more important than the evidence that ORGANIC GROWTH is taking place within the confines of the space that they now dominate.
You Were Not Complaining When Bush Was In Office -Despite the fact that they talk about Republicans each and every day - executing my "Keep Your Enemies On Trial So You Don't Have To Indict Your Friends" model flawlessly - they can successfully fend of any and all criticism of Obama by proclaiming that the person who called in every day about Bush (think Tavis Smiley and Prof Cornel West) are NOW "turn coats" as they are criticizing Obama
Those 'Arm Chair Activists' Are Never Seen On The Streets - In the mind of this person "A Black person who PROTESTS THE HARDEST is the REALIST BLACK". They can't bear to see that - for example - the loathsome Zionist or Banker is not seen protesting. They have more POWER over the Negro's situation from his computer screen than what 10,000 individual protesters at one event or 1,000 protesters at 10 protest rallies standing against the latest racial slight can do. This type of person WILL NEVER look back over the past 50 years and ask "WHY don't 'WE' have more POWER and where the type of POWER that I prefer in my present consciousness is in place WHY is it that things have not turned out as I had expected as I burned my shoe leather in support of their ascent into power?"

Even though THE TAUNTER is the biggest unconscious Negro per his inability to see a distinction between the Black Community's Interests and the interests of an actor in the AMERICAN POLITICAL DOMAIN - this remains as the most effective "CONGREGATIONAL UNITY" force of gravitational pull for the person with a weak consciosness

This section was a necessary side track prior to me coming back to the discombobulation in the reactions to AUTHORITY and the "Dead Negroes That Result" from "Authority's Hand In An Execution".

It goes without saying that if a SWAT team that was a unit in any large city police force rescued 2 "Equal Human Beings" but left 9 Negroes dead as they carried out the "victims" (REGARDLESS OF THEIR RACE) , there would be wildcat protests around the nation. The "Occupation" would take this up as their primary cause - leaving their protests against foreclosures for another day.

A few weeks ago when had the American holiday called "The Rev Dr Martin Luther King Jr Day". I asked that you look past that day as it was a stage for ideological and political indictments - those who control the electrical feed to the microphone that was trained upon the congregation come out flawless - like a diamond gem taken out of an Apartheid-era mine.

Instead as they attempt to venerate another Black leader - Dr King - challenge them on THEIR OWN disconnected conscious viewpoint. If they are opposed to the "State Sponsored Death Penalty" because a disproportionate number of American Negroes receive the death penalty - thus proving "New Jim Crow" is alive and well - then why are they so necessarily silent about the second American strike in Africa in which the previous "3 to 1" ratio between "Dead Negroes and rescued hostages" has now been expanded to "4.5 to 1"?

While they talk about "bridging the gap between Black America and Africa" - they understand that no dead Somalian at the hands of the US SEAL Team 6 is worth upsetting the anticipated investment of the "Equal Black Ballot" in the American Elections. While they feign that "Black Americans are at risk for losing our voting rights" because we don't carry photo ID - the LOSS OF SOVEREIGNTY in the various nations in Africa is not worthy of them speaking out. At least not today.

They again are heard sounding in accord with the "Right Wing Military Hawks" in their praise for the strike in Somalia

Do not be fooled when the next news cycle they are heard complaining "The Racist Right Wing does not want to give Obama credit as a strong commander in chief because they are not giving him enough alms about the Somalian rescue."

Just note that THEY are necessarily not asking about a less lethal means - so that the SEAL Team's second career as Minneapolis police men won't be as lethal as he sees East African immingrants walking down the street.

Conditional credit should go to the MSNBC sycophants at "The Grio.com" for their posting of the tale of "Black Youth Homicide" within the city of Chicago. I keep an eye on "The Chicago Reporter" and was happy to see The Grio syndicating this tragic story.

The reason why The Grio only deserves conditional credit is because, unlike the latest exhibit of "Republican racism" - they failed to provide any ANALYSIS of the murderous situation in Chicago and other 'Mission Accomplished Cities".

The real reason why Progressive-Fundamentalist operations like The Grio are content on "registering" this news but not opining about this - one of the foundational issues of the "Civil Rights Struggle" ("A Ninja Who Got Himself Kilt Last Night") is because it would force them to dislodge from their entrenched ideological position in the spectrum of the "American Political Domain" that they occupy and instead stand with more transparency in the "Black Community Cultural Consciousness & Competency Development Domain" CHALLENGING THE BLACK RACIAL SERVICES MACHINE on the question of if their antics and theatrics are actually protecting Black people rather than using us as "warm bodies on election day" - our grievances capitalized into investments into the joint-venture.

I have stated many times before - the value of the Black murder victim is NOT based on attributes that are directly attached to him (ie: the intrinsic value of him as a human being to live, unmolested by threat of murder or attack.). In the present prevailing consciousness of Black America - which has been usurped into the "American Political Domain" - the value of the "Ninja Who Got Himself Kilt" is a factor of the INDICTMENT that can be cast against named enemy to the Black Progressive order.

NAACP's "The Crisis" - Republican Rick Perry & The Death Penalty Is Seen As A Greater Threat To Black People, Per The Consciousness Of The NAACP Than Are The "Street Pirate Sponsored Executions", A Killer Who's Consciousness Was Fomented Within The Ecosystem That The NAACP Claims To Be The Target Of Their Protection Racket. The Street Pirate Always Seems To Execute The 'Guilty Black Man', Giving No Chance For Appeals Or Clemency. They Don't Give A Damn About Justice Or The Anti-Death Penalty Protests

When more people who filled out the "NAACP Voter Opinion Survey" and sent it back with money included are PISSED OFF at the sight of THIS PICTURE and are made aware that HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT rather than ANGRY PROTESTS or "Social Justice Indictments" are necessary to fix this picture into one of happiness - The NAACP will continue publishing "Klan References" - as they understand the images that have the greater effect on the Present Negro Consciousness. Their's is a problem of lack of empathy for "Black Victims" of the ecosystem that they protect. The real problem, however, is that the Black Rank & File does not repudiate their usurpation.

When it comes to a "Ninja Who Got Himself Kilt On Rev Joseph E Lowery Blvd" (in Atlanta) the functional response from the "Black Racial Services Machine" is "Didn't he know that this was a dangerous area where people get killed? Why was he even 'breathing' on that street?"

Black Inferiority (as applied to the killer) is a NECESSARY mental association that allows the bigoted Black Progressive Fundamentalist to retain his present disposition. IF HE BELIEVED THAT BLACK PEOPLE WERE EQUAL HUMAN BEINGS then the "theatrics" that are used to say "THEY will NOT kill any more of our people!!!!!" would be customized to reform the CULTURE that has been allowed to metastasize Within The Black Community regarding the value of a Negro's life.

Just as the old saying that "CHARACTER is what you do when no one is watching" - it should be say that "The Equal Value Of A Negro's Life" is proven by the comprehensiveness and endurance of Black community's response when there is no INDICTABLE FIGURE as the murderer.

Instead the prevailing forces are heard saying what bigot of ole were heard saying: "The Negro community is not ready to treat THEMSELVES equally yet".

The Black community of today needs an INTERNAL Martin Luther King Jr character to place the internal bigots in check so that the "Ninjas who get themselves kilt" is reduced down to the portion of our population head count in America.

The "State Of Black Consciousness" After The State Of The Union Speech

Before I get into details about what I heard while listening to the "post State of The Union" analysis on "Black wing talk radio" and "Right wing financial television" I am compelled to tell of what I heard on "Black wing talk radio station" WAOK in Atlanta (owned by CBS Radio) to a Black Nationalist Progressive named "Steve".

Steve is a frequent called into WAOK.
Every day he pushes his "10 10 50" - Black Community Functional Unity movement.

Recall that I told you about the other caller "Fred" - the local "Black Republican" who calls in to WAOK all of the time.   After years of defending President Bush on the air Fred shifted and announced his support for Barack Obama in 2008.   During the campaign season Fred was forced to suck in his pride and become a critic of that which he had supported for years.

Fast forward to after the inauguration.   Fred returned as a strong critic of the Democratic Party and President Obama.   He became the butt of most jokes and taunts among the daily callers.   I posted last year about how there were 5 calls in a row that lined up to attack Fred the Republican while they totally bypassed whatever important national news (with reference to the concerns of Black people) that was in the headlines at the time.

This notation of Fred is important as a reference point about Steve The Black Nationalist Progressive.

It is understood that a right-wing Black Republican is going to be attacked by Black Progressive-Fundamentalists.    The attack on Steve - who is what I call an "Unattached Progressive" rather than an "Establishment Machine Progressive" assisted me greatly because it proved to be a foreshadowing about what the "Nation Of Islam" and Minister Louis Farrakhan should expect if they tried to push their "Black Nationalist" agenda AND the "Democrats who are Black" were pushed into the position of having to choose their Party (and the American Political Domain) versus "Black Nationalism".

In truth - I have the same lack of empathy for what was served to Steve today by the machine callers on WAOK that I had for Tavis Smiley when "he got served" from the "Progressives who are Black" "Obama JingOists".    They both ran with this crowd, attacking those who did not agree with "the congregation".   Now "the chickens have come home to roost" as they are now on the receiving end.

They spit on Steve like they might have spat upon Herman Cain.

I was made to agree with Steve far more than I typically do as he questioned why the "Democrats who are Black" that were calling into the Mo Ivory Show in the wake of the "State Of The Obama Presidency Speech".   (The calls motivated me to create the diagram at the top. More on this later).

Steve asked "What about Black America has improved the day after Obama's speech than was the case the day before or the day before that?"
He talked about how the "Black Community Development Consciousness" (my words) had been fused into the cause of Obama that we have lost ourselves.

He got off track with his argument as he started talking about the Seal Team rescue of the two hostages in Somalia, asking watch did Obama do besides give an order.   The show host collected all of his missteps in his argument and - as I understand - as a trained lawyer she picked his argument apart.

Ms Ivory asked Steve "Please tell me what you want President Obama to do for Black people. The next time I see him I will be sure to tell him".

Steve - The Black Nationalist Progressive then told his story about how he got on a conference call "with the Obama Administration" after he had sent in his "10 10 50 Functional Unity Plan For Black America".    They never called him back.

Steve had no clue that this tale would be the primary indictment that the next series of callers would use against him.    They told of being tire of hearing him talk about that "functional unity BS" every day and that he is really just full of "self-hatred" (all because he criticized Obama).

The fact that Steve would submit his "Black Community Consciousness" plan to Obama who resides in the "American Political Domain" - where he gets his power from - tells me all that I need to know about Steve.

Had Ms Ivory asked ME "Tell me what should President Obama do to help Black America" - I would have rejected the premise of the question and not fallen down the same rat hole that Steve fell into and broke his leg and credibility.

Mo Ivory is a Democrat.
In fact I meant to write a post about 3 weeks ago complimenting her on her use of the phrase "WE DEMOCRATS".   She, unlike most "Embedded Confidence Men" who enjoy unfettered access to the "Black Community Consciousness Nucleus" make it clear about how her "Black Agenda" is comingled with her "Democratic Party Agenda".
If their real interests were to materially advance the Black Community we would hear them talk about how those who have:

Compelled The Black Community To INVEST In Their Cause As A Channel For Our Investment
Received Our Investments
Failed To Deliver As Promised
SHOULD BE FIRED, Never Again Able To Receive Unfettered Access To The "Crown Jewels" Of Black America
Acknowledge That A New Infrastructure Within The Black Community Is Necessary To "Keep The Black Community From Itself"

Instead they are committed to remain entrenched within their ideology, struggling harder until it works out as they are convinced it will IF they retain their congregational unity.

My distress about listening to what I heard in the other callers who couldn't bring themselves to talk about 'WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY' as they cherry picked Obama's "success in killing another 9 Africans in Somalia" (they used this as his accomplishment - in addition to Bin Laden) was abated as I recalled that it is better to understand that I am listening to DEMOCRATS rather than assuming that I am listening to BLACK PEOPLE. With this in mind their aversion to "jeopardize the reelection of Obama" by troubling him with Black community problems falls in line with the ARCHITECTURE that also prohibits local "favorable progressive elected officials" from being fire for failing Black people at the lower rungs of government. The "Professional Progressive Political Preacher" that comes on after Ms Ivory told Black people in Detroit that they should fight to protect the seats of power of the local officials that they VOTED FOR rather than allow the state Republicans to produce "voting rights suppression" as assign emergency managers. He could
not bring himself to stand in defense of the Black community's interests by noting how the long decline has materially damaged the community's cause. The truth is the CONGREGATION'S ASSUMPTIONS and PREFERENCES could not allow them to see the trouble ahead.

My corrective question to Mo Ivory's challenge about "What Obama should do" would be to flip the argument BACK INTO THE BLACK COMMUNITY:

When Is The Black Rank & File Going To Look At The 'Black Commuinty 401K Statement Balance' And Begin To Question The 'Black Community Develpment METHODOLOGY' As Promoted By The Black Racial Services Machine?

Do you see that the "Obama question" is merely a trick to fuse the "Black Community Development Consciosuness" into the "American Political Domain". We are asked to invest our "Equal Black Ballots, once again, into this political domain and struggle harder.

The reason why we have more "LampBlacked Yellow Journists" talking today about REPUBLICAN RACISM than they dare stand WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY and do a read out on our 401K BALANCE is because, ironically, the WEAKEST stance that a Black Progressive Bigot has to drive is the PRESENT CONDITION OF THE BLACK COMMUNITY as proof of his benefit to Black people.

Thanks to US, through the Democratic Party - you have fewer White cops beating you up
Thanks to US, through the Democratic Party - you don't have White people lynching you
Thanks to US, through the Democratic Party - we don't have Segregated Schools

They are forced to reference all of their "benefit to Black people" toward WHITE SUPREMACY.
They understand that this tactic "has long legs" for perpetual use.

As long as Black people accept the platform of "Non White White Supremacy" where they compel us that "if we are not vigilent we are going to be in ropes and chains again". Of course this is all said in the backdrop of the "Serial Killing Street Pirates" who produce a "Ninja Who Got Himself Kilt" each and every day on the evening news. Since he is an inferior killer - the Civil Rights Pharisees don't bother to stage a march, most Black people have accepted this as the norm anyway.

Mo Ivory and every single one of her callers have a right to think and speak what they wish.
They are even allowed as Americans to proclaim that they are going to "put on gasoline draws and run through the fire of Hell if it would benefit Black people". In as much as this riles up their congregation, assuring them that they are "Real Black" and it provides the Embedded Confidence Man additional cover from scrutiny about the scale, endurance and organicness of his agenda - I CAN'T BLAME THEM FOR THEIR THEATRICS.

The fault resides upon the backs of the Black Rank & File.
With a sufficient number of both educated Blacks and Blacks who have a certain inclination and common sense but remain silent, failing to erect a PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT PLAN around these operatives (especially those in the Black Press/Media) then we must all accept that when given the opportunity to do so - they would prefer their people to be lead along - hijacking our "Black Community Development Consciousness" into the "Malcolm X Political Football Game".

Farrakhan Will Experince The Same Attacks From The Embedded Confidence Men That Steve Received

Steve helped me to clarify what I was struggling with about the Nation Of Islam and Minister Louis Farrakhan. I now see that it is not important for me to fully understand the NOI as a "Progressive organization" (per the balance of the content providers in "The Final Call") or a conservative organization for Black Community/Cultural development.

Its relative function in the "machine" and/or how the "Black Racial Services Machine" will reject it if they were forced to chose is all that matters for my model of "What Makes The Black Community Political Consciosuness Tick?"

The very same "Black Progressive-Fundamentalist Leaders" that accompany Minister Farrahkan on stage to condemn the right-wing forces within the American government and corporate capitalism - will be the same forces that will cut him down IF HE DARES to insist that the Black Community TEMPER its emotional attachment to the "AMERICAN POLITICAL DOMAIN" - the Democratic Party specifically.

Just as a White Progressive is able to hide his own bigotry against Black people because there is a more acerbic White Conservative that he can point to as a racist - so it will be that IF the day comes in which the balance of Black people dare to conclude that while YES as American citizens we need to manage the individuals who represent us in the GOVERNMENT - we must fight against anyone who dares to fuse the "Black Community Development Consciousness" in with the "American Political Domain" and the associated parties.

Anyone who actually read the Manning Marable book on Malcolm X should see that Bayard Rustin argued the OPPOSITE. He was the architect of the fatal fusion that has caused our development conscoisuness to be fused into politics.

One need not be a Muslim to find merit in the community development plans of the Nation Of Islam.
I don't agree with Steve yet I find his call for a heightened sense of consciousness among our people.

The only thing that you need to be is "prepared" to suffer stinging attacks from those who are willing to give their bodies for their political team as they have already lost their damned minds.

Since their corporate sponsor has invested so much time in running the Republican governor of Wisconsin out of office for his attempts to constrain union power - I stands to reason that "The Grio.com" would fall in line with their focus on the matter. They know who pays the registration fees for the domain name, after all.

I understand completely that I have no power in forcing anyone to change their CONSCIOUS PRIORITIES.
This is determined by the "crowd they stand in". Since no one in this congregation will call them out for failing at the issues that are far more important to them - it stands to reason that they will not register similar indictments against those who exposed them to more material harm.

I fully understand that few of the bullet point items on Sheriff Clark's list lend themselves to marches for "Social Justice" and thus are not going to receive the popular spirit that running a Republican adversary out of office attracts.

The truth is that by ignoring these facts (or at least not rendering an INDICTMENT) the Progressive-Fundamentalist spirit that has oxidized the Black Community Development Consciousness in America is able to achieve the hijacking that I keep referring to.

NO ONE GETS FIRED FOR FAILING BLACK PEOPLE IF THEY STAY PROGRESSIVE

When High Rates Of Black Infant Mortality Exits The Confederate South And Makes A "Great Migration" To The North - Who Is Blamed?

Please recall that when the Southern city of Memphis Tennessee reigned as the hot spot for Black Infant Mortality the blame was placed on RACISM that is found in entrenched Southern bigotry that was unwilling to value the lives of Black people equally.

Just as I told you a few days ago - when we look past the Progressive-Fundamentalist bigotry against the South and appraise the situation more transparently - the VERY SAME problems that Black people suffer while being "oppressed in our cocoon within the Republican Red dominated" former homes of our enslavement - are found in the highly evolved Northern provinces that MSNBC Rachael Maddow loves to promote.

The solution, we are told, is to run the "conservative killers of Black people" out of office and replace them with favorable progressives - who care about Black people.

Our people seem unwise to the fact that this is merely another example of a "Black football" that is placed in a tiny casket - just as Malcolm X observed more than 50 years ago.

Missing from these political taunts is a clear delineation of what "THE BLACK MAN MUST DO" to prove that our children are EQUAL in OUR REGARD for them.

It is my opinion that the 'Social Justice Spirit' that always has us defining a standard of living for the Americas and then 'working the system' to get it delivered to us creates the VOID in the ORGANIC COMPETENCIES that are needed inside of the "air conditioned sanctuary" that we reside - cooling it to the desired temperature.

In our present consciousness "The Sales Man" of the struggle is more appealing.

Time shows that there is a distinct difference between:

That which a collection of people POPULARLY BELIEVE is the methodology that will lead them to a higher standard of living

The main challenge is to add certain critical attributes that confine one's own ideological bias, instead adding the necessary transparency for all to come closer to agreement.

For me these constraints include:

Is this growth ORGANIC - did it come through the local institutions that they now control or was it bequeathed to them via an artificial national contract like "Nationalized Social Justice"?
Is this growth ENDURING - are the patterns of behavioral change inculcated into their operating culture and norms? If they and their thoughts were transplanted to another area would the people be able to replicate the results because THEY and not their nationalized government contain the spirit of growth?
Is this growth COMPREHENSIVE - while inspecting the domain in question has the plan compelled more people to engage because they understand that their future benefit is attached to their present actions. NOT an perpetual EXTERNAL STRUGGLE but a struggle to manage the INNER-SPACE

As the fiscal crisis that is presently seen in Europe makes its way to America those who were lulled into the spirit of "Nationalized Social Justice" will soon learn their longitudinal strategic mistake in which they believed that "Being In RECEIPT OF" the accouterments that defines their high Standard Of Living, as assured by the tenets of "Social Justice" is not the same as developing a comprehensive strategy by which these same people in pursuit of a higher level of living can align their daily, repetitive actions with this goal.

Those who's main ideological pursuit is in fighting an ENEMY will find themselves always expanding their front to the places where this enemy departs to. A Critical Analysis Of The "Black Conservative" As A Republican/Conservative Political Operative In Relation To Governance Within The Black Communit

Someone pointed me to the "Conservative Black Forum" that was shown on C-SPAN the other day to ask me my opinion of it.

The video below shows the session in its entirety.
In truth the only thing you need to listen to is the speech by the Sheriff Of Milwaukee County WI from the 18 minute mark to the follow up comments made by Star Parker to the 19:45 mark.

The question is not about the "accuracy" of the "Black Conservative" (who I distinguish from the "Black Republican") and his "rightness" (correctness) in regards to managing and mitigating the problems in Black America.

As the sheriff of Milwaukee County Wisconsin says as cross referenced with the MSNBC/Al Shaprton coverage of the state of Wisconsin - YOU CAN'T FORCE A PEOPLE TO AGREE TO ENFORCE THEIR OWN:

All of this starts with an internal SELF-CONSCIOUSNESS and SELF-WORTH as this defines what THEY EXPECT as an "Equal Human Being" and thus express this in their aggregate decisions as well.

If you read the Black Press you are unaware that there is a crisis among Black people in the city of Milwaukee. The issue is about the Republican governor attacking unions and being unwilling to extend "high speed rail" from the city into the ~~White conservative~~ suburbs so that Black people can find work.

The first question that I had after listening to the opening comments was:
Why Does Black Conservatism Need To Be Channeled Through The Republican Party OR THE AMERICAN POLITICAL DOMAIN?

Just as I question "Why does the Democratic Party serve as a cistern that collects Black people's repudiation of White racism -real or trumped up for ideological unity purposes - I am forced to ask the question in the section break above about the Black Conservative.

If you were transported to Nigeria or Trinidad where there is no "Republican Party" - would you need to be a Republican to transact your METHODOLOGY for community management?

Heaven forbid - if you were left on an unchartered island and needed to establish a governmennt of people out of the wilderness - would you be able to use the confines of the American Political Domain as the intermediary for addressing the people that are in need of "institutional order"?

After years of observing the "Black Progressive Racial Services Machine" their meme is to RETAIN and GAIN power, leveraging:

The Black Community Devleopment Consciosuness And Hopes
To align the EQUAL BLACK BALLOTS

for Deposit into the Democratic Party.

I wish that it was more complicated than this. But its NOT.

If this were not true then MSNBC's Professional Progressive Political Preacher Rev Al Shaprton would have refused his producers demands that he go to Wisconsin to cover the recall of the Republican governor and would have instead gone to Milwaukee, Detroit or Cleveland to see WHO NEEDS TO BE FIRED for molesting the Black Community's Permanent Interests.

Instead the forces of the "Black Racial Services Machine" are seeking to DEFEND their PERMANENT FRIENDS IN POWER from the "racist" attempt to nullify the "voting rights" of the Black people who voted them into power over their local institutions.

We are thus forced to believe that the "Negro who dared stand on stage with the Tea Party" is a greater racist threat than is the Progressive Leadership who presides over our Black majority Public School Systems - 50% OF THE STUDENTS WHO SHOULD BE THERE - NEVER WALKING ACROSS THE STAGE!!!!!

What Is The DARK MATTER ANALYSIS Technique?

The only way that ALL Black people of good will will ever be able to countermand the Embedded Confidence Men who are usurping our people's grievances for their own benefit in support of their "Progressive Joint Venture" is to UNDERSTAND THE "GOD GIVEN STATURE" THAT THE BLACK MAN SHOULD HAVE and then contrast our present condition against this greatness.

The person that says this seeks a FLOCK to protect and does not have the intent to create intellectual peers. PEERS tend to ask questions and are harder to negotiate "Congregational Unity Agreements" (CUAs) with.

If the Black Conservative is seriuos in developing a platform that the Black diaspora 2212 will be living atop of then it must choose to envelope the provencial POWER that the Progressive-Fundamentalist BIGOT has erected for our people to grovel over.

I reject the Republican/Democratic Parties and the American Political Domain as the appropiate "playing field" for such a realignment.

I have no problem crediting those who I have strong ideological differences with for their acumen in understanding the CROWD that they must play to.

Commander In Chief Obama, leader of the United States Allied Forces should be credited for how he handled Libya. This is, of course, if you are looking at the issue from an "American-centric" / "Euro-centric" perspective.

The brilliance of keeping the Anti-War / Anti-Imperialism forces on the left in check by avoiding the commitment of American blood into the conflict must be applauded. Commander In Chief Obama was wise to the fact that a large portion of these previous protests were ideological and partisan in nature. He was effectively able to checkmate these progressive-fundamentalist forces as he understood that - if given the choice between remaining consistent in their opposition to "War Socialism" versus handing their American right-wing adversaries a video stream of them protesting against the man that they helped lift into power - they would CHANGE THE SUBJECT, focusing their indictment on their political enemies and how they "insulted" the Commander In Chief so they wouldn't have to focus on how Obama force them to compromise themselves and their own integrity. Newt Gingrich's ability to turn the tables on his attackers pales in comparison to that of Commander In Chief Obama.

Commander In Chief Obama executed an "International Coup" that made American right-wing forces happy at the sight of global conquest via the American Military Machine. He made the American left-wing forces happy AT HIM because he was made stronger in stature. Their response was to taunt their right-wing adversaries with "Mission Accomplished As Heard On The 3AM Wake Up Call". This was all done at the expense of a set of Africans that were the fauna and flora in the stage play.

This Is Why We Should NOT FOCUS ON OBAMA - But Instead On "The Blacks" And "The Progressive-Fundamentalists"

The US State Department Official in the interview tells of the present high rates of unemployment among Africans and their intentions on "helping". Again we see a foreign interviewer who is not keen enough on AMERICAN issues to push back with the question: "How do you plan to provide substantial employment for Africans in Northern Africa when you preside over African Americans who have the highest unemployment rate in your nation? And your party dominates all the rungs of government where they are most concentrated? "

I have stated before - IF there are forces keenly observing at the antics of Black Americans (I am not only talking about the Korean merchants this time) then they have also learned an important lesson after spending this new "Season" with Black people and the forces that bear down upon our Black Community INSTITUTIONS.

These institutions can be compromised, muted from their normal "Speaking Truth To Power" IF they are given a greater objective beyond their traditionally noted "Permanent Interests".

For the Black American community the tactic of "Racism Chasing" the DELIBERATE promotion of "Twitter Feeds" into the Black American conscious attention span by Embedded Confidence Men and their Cheshire Foxes joint venture partners as a means of diverting the Black Community's collective attention from focus on the undeniable truth:

Christopher Kenney, 24, was being sought on outstanding warrants and in connection with multiple burglaries and car thefts.

Suspect killed by Gwinnett police after ramming patrol cars

When officers went to the home around 10 a.m., “they were able to sneak up on the vehicle, place their vehicles all around it, and even had time to deploy stop sticks in case he tried to flee,” he said.
Smith said that when officers tried to arrest Kenney, the suspect “started the car, backed it up and began crashing multiple times into the officers’ cars, over and over again.”
Officers broke out the window to the car Kenney was driving, and tried unsuccessfully to Taser him, Smith said.
“He was able to continue with officers behind the vehicle in danger of being run over,” Smith said. “We had officers jumping up onto cars, trying to avoid being run over by the suspect.
As Kenney continued ramming the patrol cars, officers opened fire, shooting him multiple times.
Kenney died at the scene.
Smith said it was not immediately known how many officers fired their weapons or how many times Kenney was hit.
The officers who fired will be placed on administrative leave, which is normal procedure, Smith said. The police department's Deadly Force Investigation Team will investigate, he said.

Black leaders to Haley: You're a minority, too

COLUMBIA -- Civil rights leaders bothered by South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley's stance on issues like requiring voters to show their IDs at the polls are reminding the governor that she is a minority, too.
"She couldn't vote before 1965, just as I couldn't," said the Rev. Jesse Jackson, referring to the Voting Rights Act that abolished poll taxes, literacy tests and other ways whites across the Deep South kept minorities from voting.
Jackson and other critics have said the law is merely a new, covert effort to take away the right to vote from older blacks and poor people, groups who historically tend to vote for Democrats and are less likely to have a driver's license or other government-issued ID.
Both Haley's parents were born in India and came to South Carolina before she was born. Haley - a Republican who became the state's first female governor - never dwells on her heritage, but she has occasionally mentioned it in her inaugural speech or stories from her childhood. Almost all have the same theme of overcoming adversity.
She refused an interview for this story, instead sending a statement through her spokesman, Rob Godfrey, defending her support of South Carolina's law requiring photo identification at the polls. The governor has said the measure is needed to prevent voter fraud.
"Those who see race in this issue are those who see race in every issue, but anyone looking at this law honestly will understand it is a commonsense measure to protect our voting process. Nothing more, nothing less," Godfrey said in the statement.

Professional Progressive Political Preacher Rev Jackson was not able to ALSO note that in 1965 no Black man could get elected into the mayor's seat of Detroit, Philadelphia, Newark and so many other MISSION ACCOMPLISHED CITIES.

Despite the fact that more Black people have their Permanent Interests injured in these cities that Jackson runs his "Protection Racket" upon - he and other Civil Rights Pharisees seek to make us believe that CARDING ALL AMERICANS will disparately harm THE NEGRO VOTER. This more than the governing consciousness that took over Detroit, etc.

From this bit of CONFIDENCE we are asked to buy into the notion that EVERYONE BEING ASKED FOR PHOTO ID is a KLAN TRICK to keep the Negro out of the polls.

You would be better off, Dr LaFayette organizing a foot patrol around the "King Compound" in Atlanta to keep our people safe from Street Pirates stealing their wallets and thus not having their driver's license than you can claim that carding everyone is voter suppression.

CLEANSE THE PAST (Don't create a "better you" create a 'NEW YOU' with alignment to God's purpose

HOWEVER - it is also clear that the Democrats see that a "Negro with a Ballot in his hand" will act in a predictable manner yet when conditions are crafted as was seen in TV One's showing of "Brick City" that came on last night - that NEGRO will walk past the schools, crime, unemployment and broken relationships in his community and VOTE ONE MORE TIME for CHANGE.

More malicious that the RACIST who wants to deny you your rights in the AMERICAN POLITICAL DOMAIN is the EMBEDDED BLACK FOX CONFIDENCE MAN who exploits your BLACK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CONSCIOUSNESS that resides in the "Black Community Cultural Consciousness and Competency Development Domain" and compels you to affix this, the most VALUABLE HOLDING that our people have and get us to invest it in to AMERICAN POLITICS.

Will the Black men who view these commercials have this character of hair set as their "ideal"?
As the "Sistas" see this commercial and run their fingers through their own hair - will they get a sense of EQUALITY or INFERIORITY?
After they purchase their new hair from the Korean merchant - will their man be allowed to run his finger through their hair? Or did she pay too much money for him to risk him loosening the glue strips?

As always, when it comes to the "Black Progressive-Fundamentalist" agenda - by walking past that which they protest against and instead noting what is NOT offensive to them per their actions......their present consciousness compels them to focus upon the issues that ultimately does not have the POWER to harm Black people per their countervailing force.

You need to look at the "Dark Matter Space", the forces that are left unguarded in the enclosed space of the Black Community, which proves to be more voluminous than the area that their ideological competences provoke them to focus on.

"Correctional Billing Services"? WTH?

Decisions. Decisions.

Either I have been previously immune to the issues around the "New Jim Crow" / "Prison Industrial Complex" OR I need to keep doing what I am doing so that I make sure that no one that I have responsibility for gets ensnared in it.

While these two points are not necessarily mutually exclusive it does detail a distinction in consciousness.

Remember last year when I reported that my annual donation to the "United Negro College Fund" had been taken away due to my cousin's incarceration and need for bail? Well I just got my grandmother's phone bill - which I pay every month.

When I called the customer service for this "Bama" phone company where she lives to figure out what CORRECTIONS they need to make on her bill which cost "$45.71", I soon got a lesson in "Social Justice". Despite the fact that I had switched over to "flat rate billing" as a means of reducing the window of exposure that they were charging her for the "inter-lata" calls that people in her house were making - they always seem to sneak some other charges on the bill. This small telephone company makes the legacy BellSouth (now AT&T) seem like an honest company, despite my years of complaints against what they used to do with my bills before I switched to Vonage.

I learned that this charge was NOT "corrective billing adjustments" for a previous under-billing that they found. This is what they charged my grandmother's phone bill when her grandson called his mother collect from jail. It just so happened that she was staying with my grandmother rather than at her own house.

My Ideological Theories Were Being Tested - Until I Focused On The Real Problem

I recall several years ago going to a "Fight The Power" Community rally at the "Providence Missionary Baptist Church" in Atlanta. A woman was standing outside with a petition for everyone to sign. The "Prison Industrial Complex" was getting over on poor Black people as they charged unreasonable "per minute" rates for collect calls from Black men who were locked up.

In my mind I said "GOOD! Maybe if their mothers had to pay this bill they will apply more pressure on their 'Street Pirate sons' to keep their behinds out of jail". Failing this they have no skin in the game. As I walked up the stairs and heard this activist lady get me to sign I told her "I will sign it when I come out of the conference, I am running late and don't want to miss it." This is my standard "Girl Scouts selling cookies at the front of the grocery store" avoidance story.

My cousin got locked up because he did not pay a previous ticket for a moving violation. The bail that I paid included the fines for the traffic violation.

While I did not realize that my agreement to remove the burden off of my grandmother (and her caretakers') backs included me getting involved in my cousin's drama - now that I have a financial exposure as such (they would turn off the phone if I did not pay the $45 for a call that my aunt accepted) I am now forced to become more engaged with my cousin.

I told him that he and his (live in) girl friend should take a ride down to Atlanta for a weekend so we can hang out. He told me he would but I never heard from him.

For the second time that I talked with my aunt - his mother - she told me that he would call me to "thank me" for paying his bail.

I need no thanks.

I have no doubt that there is a bit of shame involved with his situation. I have no interest in establishing myself as a "superior" to him - per the money that I have paid.

There is no doubt that his decision to do the things that lead to him having a child in high school, dropping out of school and then have a subsequent child - with a girl that he no longer gets along with - is the series of choices that will shape the rest of his life.

There is nothing that I can do to "preach" to him. His only hope is to see that with his present lack of skills that he can sell into the market - he will be forced to live on the margins, one misstep away from being ensnared by "the system", "the bank", "the law" - or whatever adversary that activists prefer to stand up as the prime threat to Black people.

I plan to drive up there in a few weeks. My mission is to get the little 7 year old girl - his niece, born from his sister who is following a similar path - a connection to the Internet so that she will have access to tools that will allow her to acquire more marketable skills. I plan to compel my children to form a relationship with her, teaching her the skills that they have.

I will take my cousin out for a "man to man" talk, possibly asking him his plans for the next 5 to 10 years and getting him thinking about how to "operationalize" them.

Just because he and I are indelibly attached to each other due to familial relationships and thus I have an interest in him remaining out of jail - this does not mean that I should work to "fight the state" from charging exorbitant fees for prison phone calls, just in case he gets locked up again. My interests should be focused on doing what I can to help him make the proper decisions so he is not locked up in the future.

Just as my preacher told us yesterday - "Without moving away from the forces that set his current situation CHANGE is not possible".

A Discussion @ A Book Store @ Harvard: "Why Do 'The Blacks' Keep Killing Each Other?"

C-SPAN "Book TV" ran a discussion lead by author and policy activist David Kennedy regarding the relatively high rate of violence and murders in certain "Black communities".

This is not a post to attack the "White progressives" who were in the room to take up the cause of "the Negro" as he kills himself. They ask themselves "What can WE DO to assist him in stopping this killing?".

Instead I desire to take the key observation that is so frequently heard and apply it to the proper target.

When such gatherings of "well meaning people" take place to discuss "the Negro" those of us who are wary understand that this is merely the "photographic negative" of that which is produced when "Republican candidates" talk about "The Blacks".

We must understand that the differences in the "offensive" that is delivered between White Conservative and White Progressive commentary has nothing to do with the "Black inferiority" that is assumed in common (ie: outside assistance is needed to allow us to govern ourselves). The key difference resides in the engagement model.

The conservative says "You'all Black people NEED TO.............."
The progressive says "WE need to stand together and help you to.................".

Between the two - the prevailing Black consciousness of today is more inclined to see the conservative position as racist and contemptful to Black people. I will not offer any opinion on this matter at this time.

Mr Kennedy Look At The Political Coverage In The Black Press Right Now To See Bigotry Against The Interests Of Black People

The "money shot" that is made in these type of gatherings in which "Black male homicide" is discussed is the notion "IF WHITE PEOPLE were killed at this rate there would be a national outrage in America. America does not care about the lives of Black people".

The problem that I have with this statement is that it attempts to make an indictment against the entire nation with the underlying assumption that RACISM(!!!) is the driving force motivating this disinterest in 'Another Ninja Who Got Himself Kilt". As such if we abate RACISM(!!!!) then..........."Black people will stop killing each other" because they sense that they are in a more loving environment.

In truth this platform of indictment has the underlying purpose of promoting Progressive-Fundamentalist policies:

Gun Control - "Take guns out of the hands of our Black males so they can stop killing each other"
Supplemental Training Programs - "Though we did promise you that when we took over the public schools things would be better, we now need these additional programs to foster Black skills because......Black people learn differently than what the public school systems that were engineered during the Industrial age (where there was abundant systematic racism) are able to deliver to us. You are not a RACIST are you? Well then why do you oppose helping Black people?"
Jobs Programs - "While we indeed took over the cities on the agenda of labor rights it was 'corporate abandonment' that had them pull out of these cities because they could no longer exploit us as 'wage slaves'. We need federal government jobs programs to put us back to work, countering the racism and exploitation that capitalist market-based job has thrown upon us. Did you see the report that a Black man with a college degree has a harder time finding a job than a White ex-felon?"

The key point that David Kennedy (the author) can't grasp is that if BIGOTRY underlines the reason why the 500 per 10,000 murder rate of young Black males is not a national outrage then it is indeed BIGOTRY that the Black Political Discourse is not talking about it as well.

The assumption at the "Harvard Book Store" was that RACIAL BIGOTRY was suppressing America's response to the unacceptable number of "Ninjas Who Got Themselves Kilt". "More young Black males are murdered each and every year than the number of people killed in the World Trade Center".

The "bigotry" that was not discussed while the C-SPAN cameras were rolling was the IDEOLOGICAL BIGOTRY which allows certain policies and theories and cultural norms to continue unchecked because they are loaded with good intentions that trump effective results. Thus failure triggers a "double down" effect.

When I point to how the "Consumer Social Justice" consciousness fails to develop a platform that can be transferred to assist other 'diasporatic Blacks' who are in far greater need of assistance than are "American Blacks", it also is the case that this consciousness fails to serve as a sufficient platform to fellow American Blacks regardless of if they reside across the nation or a few blocks away.

We see with the coverage of the US Presidential campaign that for the main line Black Press - the antics in the "American Political Domain" is far more important to them than are the issues that David Kennedy is discussing. The news that Philadelphia is the "Murder Capital Of The United States" and the previous knowledge that 80% of these murders are of Black people received only a fraction of the coverage in the Black Press than did the various "racist" statements made by various Republican candidates.

Philadelphia is yet another in the string of "Mission Accomplished Cities", totally dominated by the Democratic Party but with the "protection racket" at hand the Black Racial Services Machine are not inclined to go against the "baby that they have birthed" and note how much their investments have been squandered. Mr Kennedy can't bring himself to see that for them to go against the machine in the city.......they'd functionally have to go against themselves.

We understand that "the White Power Structure" is unwilling to give up its power privilege that they have built up over time. Less discussed is the willingness for the prevailing powers over these cities with the "districts of death" - where Black people happen to live - to yield their IDEOLOGICAL and CULTURAL control so that fewer Blacks can be murdered, under-educated, under-deployed.

The Angry Black Front

If 805K people can produce 40 homicides while 620K people produce 196........
WHY are we loathed to do a more in-depth analysis about the CONSCIOUSNESS
that is fermented in the landmass that is far more proficient in murdering Black people
in the very same way that the Post-Confederate South displayed a similar proficiency?
What about 'The South" made its "murders of Black people'" SUPERIOR to the killers in Baltimore City?

Have You Ever Heard A Civil Rights Pharisee Gloat That ONLY 50% Of The Negroes That Were Lynched 2 Years Prior Got Lynched In The Last Year?
Or did they believe that ONE "Ninja Who Got Himself Kilt" Is ONE TOO MANY?
Why Are They Not As Passionate In This Cause Today?
What Key Element Is Missing For Their Drive?

Instead we see a "Fight The Power Force" who cast a mighty front. They advocate for "Black Inferiorist" policies but use an "angry face" to proclaim that these are their RIGHTS, per the tenets of "Social Justice".

I am happy that Mr Kennedy has taken the time to "study the Black community". If he were to expand his scrutiny he would see that this "Angry Black Front" is an entrenched, bigoted force that also needs to be confronted. This will be difficult because they stand as the "true spokespeople for The Least Of These". Like a Somalian warlord - no NGO does work inside of their province unless they provide the clearance to do so.

Failure within their ranks is not cause for dismissal.
Instead the the presence of sub-par positions within their areas of control provides further proof to their loyal constituents that "the White man don't want a Ninja having sh#8". This type of "self-immolation" allows them to go forward, never scrutinizing the competency of their leadership (and the prevailing ideology) to develop Black people.

The demand for admission into "White Schools"
The demand for Progressive-Redistributionist tax dollars
The demand for "Civil Rights Protection" which is clearly more political than justified

...........ALL are tacit admissions of their own failures within which they turn into an external front against an adversary as they tap into some Nationalized Social Justice.

Having taken control over the schools in their community yet unwilling to yield many of their ideological tenets (ie: School as a platform for "social justice" distribution and training), their victories in the "Education As The Great Equalizer" distribution center has fallen short of the needs for the Black community. They save face by calling for ~~White~~ other schools to "share the load of poverty" so that the ~~Black~~ local community schools are not over burdened with ~~too many people with the consciousness that they have sculpted~~ poor people.

When it comes to tax redistribution - those same cities that once were bustling centers of "opportunity production" that attracted Black people to leave the oppression of the South have eroded into mere shells of themselves. We see the Civil Rights Pharisees look past the call for the resignation of those who directed the ship into the rocks. Instead they throw up the shields of the protection racket for the elected leaders who they assisted into office. Despite them being advocates for banking regulation by state and federal authorities - when these same authorities seek to take away POWER from those local officials who "were dining when the ship crashed into the rocks" they make sure that "the captain does not vacate the ship", cast out by external forces.

At the same time the insolvent city franchise does not serve as sufficient evidence that their economic theories hurt Black people. This is because they have not vacated their notion that the NATION STATE is ultimately responsible for the provisions of the people. In the face of this local evidence they simply return the volley, making an indictment against the state and the federal government.

As we return back to the "consumer consciousness" that has been inculcated - the "Black man holding the Equal Black Ballot" needs not accept that their theories might be misaligned from their own development interests. They have a BALLOT and can invest it into anyone who offers to "sell them" something that is in line with their present ideological sentiments. The "merchants" who study their antics and "sell them" what they want will stand to profit from their ballots - just as the Koreans merchants profit from their money.

Of all of the three bullet points above the "Civil Rights Violations" against Black people are the most arbitrary and hypocritical element of them all. Simply put - it does not matter that the end result is the same - "An assaulted or murdered Negro" - the attributes of the ASSAILANT determine if a 'Civil Rights Violation' has been transacted against a Black person.

The label "Civil Rights" has become a tool for political indictment, just as the "Civil Rights Pharisee" organizations using the label have similarly gone askew.

Just as David Kennedy claims that America as a whole fails to prioritize the murder of Black Americans - those who can't bring themselves to believe that a Black person is EQUAL enough to commit a "Civil Rights Violation" are similarly guilty of such INFERIORIZATION of Black people. Their knowledge that such equal treatment of a Black assailant would amount to a "self-indictment" they understand that since their own theories and ideology are not at play - their best strategy is to make EXTERNAL INDICTMENTS, proclaiming that any entity that "wants some of this" (the Black Ballot) will play by the rules that "The Civil Rights Pharisees" prefer.

Today "Voter Suppression By Carding Black People" is a greater threat than is Black On Black Homicide.

Do you see what I am talking about Mr Kennedy?

A "Browning Of America Debate" Between A Black Democrat/ Black Republican/Hispanic Progressive Lead By A Progressive Interviewer

The Operatives In The Interview	The Artifacts
An Al Jezeera Progressive Host Conducting The Interview	I do not know the name of the Al Jezeera host. He started off the interview segment with a fake premise (from the perspective of the interests of the BLACK COMMUNITY and others): "So how will the Democrats and the Republicans attract the minority vote in the 2012 elections"? Though I will cover this later - the reason that the question is fraudulent is because at no time in the interview does anyone acknoweldge the DOMINATE FORCE AT PRESENT in the "Minority Community" and if it should be held accountable for failing to build up the people after it has taken dominate control over the LOCAL INSTITUTIONS? Is "Black Joblessness" today in balance a problem generated by the "lack of government policy" or RACISM(!!!)? Why is it that we so rarely hear about the time interval in which the "Mission Accomplished Cities" have been in place and IF the INSTITUTIONS are producing people and job opportunities in line with the promises that compelled Black people to invest our votes to achieve this present day - THUS JUSTIFYING FURTHER INVESTMENT? The interviewer is guilty of treating "The Minority Vote" as a bunch of CONSUMERS with an EQUAL BALOT IN HAND to purchase whatever a politician will sell to them convincingly. This type of cage match is the very tactic that has the Black community with so many "Political Victories" under our belt and yet the very "Embedded Confidence Men" that lead us to this place are able to SELF-REPORT that "Things are not good for Black people at this point" yet do so with the full knowledge that THEY ARE NOT GOING TO BE FIRED!!!!! They only need to make the case that RACISM(!!!) is the reason for the under-performance and center this racism upon the ideological enemies of Black people, the "Right Thinking White progressives" will always be pure and clean from such offenses. This interviewer should apply for a partnership with the blog "We Are Respectable Negroes" as this is there meme except they are Black. Clearly the Al Jezeera reporter is not qualified, per a keen understanding of the racial dynamics of United States, to ask anything other than questions which compel the politicians to "sell me again so I can be made to feel good".
A Black Democrat Is Affilated With A "Non-Partisan" Organization For IRS Reporting Purposes Only	I like Hillary Shelton of the NAACP from the perspective of a strategic analyst. Mr Shelton understands that the only thing that he and his organiation needs to do to retain the favor of Black America is to pretend that they are mere "servants of the community". They hold fast to the honorable American attributes of: Civil Rights / Equal Protection Under The Law One Man One Vote Every Life Is An Equal Life Their ideological theories are in line with the prevailing sentiment and consciousness within the Black Community. WHO is going to call them out, claiming that they are doing something other than what the majority of Black people are demanding? The problem is that when we focus on popular sentiment rather than RESULTS an operative group like the NAACP is allowed to cherry pick as such. They will NEVER be held responsible for "heating the entire room" of the Black community up to the desired temperature. They only need to show that they have collected a "space heater" for a significant portion of the occupants in the room and that the "winter storm winds" of WHITE SUPREMACY keep blowing through the cracks in the wall, the Republican enemy refusing to provide government sponsored home insulation, allowing the house where "Colored People" live to become a protective shelter from the cold. Cold that THEY have made. The struggle for insulation thus is a just struggle........ just as "Dr King struggled for". They struggle because they carry his mantle. Pay no attention to the fact that the Democrats capture the entire benefit of the 'Black Community Development Consciousness" with the ONLY time "The Blacks" go against the Democrats is when they go "too far right" or fail to fight against the Republicans sufficiently enough. There are no ORGANIC points of damage that modern day Progressive-Fundamentalism and the Democratic Party is guilty of . The disassembly of that "African Culture" that was stolen from us via slavery is a more powerful indictment than is the lack of evidence of the ORGANIC DEVELOPMENT that our people have benefited from after they took over our key "Human Resource Development" institutions. Once again Mr Shelton gets away UNSCATHED from having to answer any questions about the present condition of Black people in regards to: The Mission Accomplished School Systms that "favorable people" to the NAACP now dominate. While "Education Is The Great Equalizer" per their words - we see that this is merely an indictment upon the larger government to make this recognition for the benefit of Black people. NOT TO Black people to claim it as such with our priorities. The Mission Accomplished City Economicies that "favorable people" to the NAACP are in control over the key economic policy development in support of jobs that Black people would benefit from. Having conditioned our people to remain as CONSUMERS OF OUR SALVATION it stands to reason that when the "Mission Accomplished Cities" become insolvent that Black people MOVE AWAY (just as we vacated the South) but this time there is no call to have the forces that proved to be repugnant CHANGE so that the conditions can be more hospitable for 'The Blacks' The Mission Accomplished Criminal Justice Systems that Favorable People control in the places in America where Black people live in our highest concentrations. Despite the NAACP being down with the "New Jim Crow" theory - there is NOT ONE PLACE in America where "Favorable People" in power has reduced the imbalance of Black people in jail (ie: Atlanta, Philly, Detroit). The main thing that they can compliment themselves about is that more Black authorities are now in place to process the disproportionately Black defendants as they matriculate throught he system. (Print it) If you notice Mr Shelton got to fire a shot off at Associate Justice Clarence Thomas - the bete noir of all Black Progressive Fundamentalists. The Black Conservative should be called a "Superior Threat" to them because despite them being so few in numbers they enjoy far more critical analysis in the Black Press than do the "inferior Black Progressive politician" that actually received "the Black Vote". OR is this all just an "IDEOLOGICAL Protection Racket" that has black shoe polish face paint? Had the interviewer been more apprised about the painful truth about Black America he would have asked Mr Shelton if the Detroit Chapter of the NAACP - one of its most powerful chapters around the nation - was on record as having protested against ANY of the forces in power in the City Of Detroit for the past 40 years - as they sounded the alarm that there were rocks in the pathway of the vessel - which is now grounded and taking on water as it lists to the side? The secret to debating the NAACP and other "Civil Rights Pharisees" is to walk past that which makes them angry and thus which is in their conscious focus and instead make note of that which is more comprehensively attacking Black America but which they are SILENT ABOUT for no other reason than their Ideological Bigotry and the Protection Racket they run on behalf of the "Favorable People In Power". They want BLACK UNITY at the cost of TRANSPARENCY and for the victory of PROGRESSIVE-FUNDAMENTALISM. We see the results that their "victories" have garnered.
A Black Republican Who Is CLUELESS About What He Has Stepped Into	Rich Counts (?), Black Republican of the "Washington DC Young Republicans". Sir, the next time you venture into a public space it would behoove you to do better "opposition research" in which the topic at hand "How Will The Democrat and Republican Parties Attract More Black People In 2012?" The topic intrinsicly tells you that you are going to be the "token Black Republican" who is pitted attainst one and more likely two progressives who will argue that your party is scum. You got treated to 3 adversaries and never saw it coming. You prove why the Republican Party is not a choice for the expression of my own "Black Community Development Hopes". This is because the "American Political Domain" is the problem. Even though your NAACP co-guest has hundreds of millions of "Equal Black Ballots" that have been invested over the years to EXPLAIN away the "Missery Index" items that the host itemized - YOU were put in the position of defending your party adn Mitt Romney and did not have the insight to define the present situation WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY and who has been fullilling our Prescription slips that were to promote our cure. When they see you coming the adversary smiles. They know that you are going to accept the terms of the debate as they handed them to you. At the end of the exchange the majority of Black people are going to be left asking "What is wrong with this boy? They have surely conditioned him good". You can't provide ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS to address the problems with Black America because you can't see that IF Black people became "more Republican" en masse it would not fix the core problems within our communities - it would merely cause more violent battles. If you think that the "intramural Democrat" battles that will soon been seen as TV One reairs the "Brick City" documentary series from Newark just imagine IF we ever had intra-party battles among more equally powerful factions? We might indeed have a shooting war. My call is NOT to have Black people intensify its investments into either major party in the "American Political Domain". I instead push for more SELF-AWARENESS and thus stop handing over to POLITICS that which MUST BE DONE more locally - through the institutions that we have. Like most "Republicans who are Black" - you just don't get it sir.
A Hispanic Progressive Who Judges American Officials "Support For Hispanics" Based Upon Their Willingness To All Illegal Aliens Into The United States	Roberto ? from Berkeley CA. Mr Roberto proves to be a more complex case IF you fail to position him correctly. You see - he is indeed a Progressive yet he is waging attacks upon President Obama, a Democrat, as he articulates his main agenda - "La Raza" - HIS PEOPLE. Mr Roberton constructs an argument by which those who seek to aggressively enforce US Immigration laws are RACISTS(!!!!). Ironically, in his view, " a good politician" is a politician that looks the other way in regards to American law as they agree to allow the population of Hispanic immigrants to expand in this nation and thus is operating in a "favorable manner" for the Hispanics. See the videos accompanying the interview that are helpful in confounding this argument from Mr Roberto. These are not from some right-wing news outlet. They are from the hard left "Current TV". We must transport Mr Roberto's arguments away from this nation by which he can use the Progressive technique of INDICTMENT as a means of compelling the authorties to deny "beating their wives" and instead move the argument to a place where the net effect of the entire ecosystem is that there is an "I DON'T GIVE A DAMN WHAT YOU THINK" dark cloud that suffocates all other sensibiltiies. Yes, lets travel down to Juarez Mexico. It is of the very same land mass and character of El Paso Texas, which is just 3 miles north. YET the question of the CIVIL RIGHTS and the VALUE OF THE LIFE OF A MEXICAN is not something that can be enumrated in an indictment against a certain sheriff in Arizona. Instead the Mexican GUN MAN who has the barrel in your face is the final arbiter of one's worth as a human being. It goes without saying that Mr Roberto's debate tactics are IRRELEVANT in correcting the painful facts on the street in Juarez and other places. Ironically the ONLY place that his antics might work to abate the "RACISM" that he calls out is the place who's laws he wishes to subvert. Sheriff's investigators say a Valdosta disc jockey has been shot and killed outside the radio station where he worked.
The Lowndes County Sheriff's Office says Stephon Edgerton, who used the name Juan Gatti while on the air for radio station WGOV, died after being shot three times outside the station's door just after midnight Saturday.
The Associated Press reports that Edgerton managed to call 911 and told emergency responders a man in a mask had shot him. He died after being rushed to a hospital.

Some news stories make me as an American feel cheapened with regards to what we "suffer from" from a relative stand point.

KANO, Nigeria — People in this north Nigeria city once wore surgical masks to block the dust swirling through its sprawling neighborhoods, but swarming children hawked the masks for pennies apiece Sunday to block the stench of death at a hospital overflowing with the dead following a coordinated attack by a radical Islamist sect.
The Nigerian Red Cross now estimates more than 150 people died in Friday's attack in Kano, which saw at least two suicide bombers from the sect known as Boko Haram detonate explosive-laden cars. The scope of the attack, apparently planned to free sect members held by authorities here, left even President Goodluck Jonathan speechless as he toured what remained of a regional police headquarters Sunday.
"The federal government will not rest until we arrest the perpetrators of this act," Jonathan said earlier. "They are not spirits, they are not ghosts."
However, unrest continued across Nigeria as unknown assailants in the northern state of Bauchi killed at least 11 people overnight Saturday in attacks that saw at least two churches bombed, a sign how far insecurity has penetrated Africa's most populous nation.
Friday's attacks by Boko Haram hit police stations, immigration offices and the local headquarters of Nigeria's secret police in Kano, a city of more than 9 million people that remains an important political and religious center in the country's Muslim north. The assault left corpses lying in the streets across the city, many wearing police or other security agency uniforms.
On Sunday, soldiers wearing bulky bulletproof vests stood guard at intersections and roundabouts, with bayoneted Kalashnikov rifles at the ready. Some made those disobeyingtraffic directions do sit-ups or in one case, repeatedly raise a bicycle over their head.
Signs of the carnage still remained. Police officers wearing surgical masks escorted a corpse wrapped in a white burial shroud out of Murtala Muhammed Specialist Hospital, the city's biggest. Hospital officials there declined to comment Sunday, but the smell of the overflowing mortuary hung in the air.
An internal Red Cross report seen Sunday by an Associated Press reporter said that hospital alone has accepted more than 150 dead bodies from the attacks. That death toll could rise further as officials continue to collect bodies.
At least four foreigners were wounded in the attack, the report showed. Among the dead was Indian citizen Kevalkumar Rajput, 23, the Press Trust of India news agency reported.
Jonathan arrived to the city late Sunday afternoon, traveling quickly by a motorcade to meet with the state governor and the Emir of Kano, an important Islamic figure in the country. His motorcade later rushed to what used to be the regional command headquarters for the Nigeria police, with an armed personnel carrier trailing behind, a soldier manning the heavy machine gun atop it.
The Christian president, wearing a Muslim prayer cap and a black kaftan, looked stunned as he stood near where the suicide car bomber detonated his explosives. Officers there said guards on duty shot the tires of the speeding car, forcing it to stop before it reached the lobby of the headquarters.
However, it didn't matter in the end as the powerful explosives in the car shredded the cement building, tore away its roof and blew out its windows. Blood stained the yellow paint near a second-story window, just underneath a 10-foot-tall tree uprooted and tossed atop the building by the blast.
"Whether you are a policeman or not a policeman, when you see this kind of thing, definitely you'll be worried," said Aminu Ringim, a senior police officer. "You'll be touched."
U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon also condemned the multiple attacks Sunday.
"The secretary-general is appalled at the frequency and intensity of recent attacks in Nigeria, which demonstrate a wanton and unacceptable disregard for human life," a statement from his office read. He also expressed "his hope for swift and transparent investigations into these incidents that lead to bringing the perpetrators to justice."
A Boko Haram spokesman using the nom de guerre Abul-Qaqa claimed responsibility for the attacks in a message to journalists Friday. He said the attack came because the state government refused to release Boko Haram members held by the police.
The coordinated attack in Kano represents Boko Haram's deadliest assault since beginning a campaign of terror last year that saw a suicide bomber strike the United Nations headquarters in Abuja and at least 510 people killed by the sect, according to an AP count. So far this year, the group has been blamed for 226 killings, according to an AP count.
Nigeria's weak central government repeatedly has been unable to stop attacks by Boko Haram, whose name means "Western education is sacrilege" in the Hausa language of Nigeria's north. The group has carried out increasingly sophisticated and bloody attacks in its campaign to implement strict Shariah law and avenge the deaths of Muslims in communal violence across Nigeria, a multiethnic nation of more than 160 million people split largely into a Christian south and Muslim north.
While the sect has begun targeting Christian living in the north, the majority of those killed Friday appeared to be Muslim, officials have said.
Violence continued Sunday in Nigeria's north. In Bauchi state, local police commissioner Ikechukwu Aduba said at least 11 people were killed in assaults there that also saw two churches attacked.
It was unclear what started the violence, though communal violence remains occurs between the area's different ethnic groups. Bauchi, about 200 miles (320 kilometers) from Kano, is also a region where Boko Haram has staged attacks before.

As a Northern transplant who has returned to the roots where my parents were born few things are more frustrating than the caricature of the South that Northern White Progressive media operatives like to paint. They are not able to get past the fact that the net shift of Black people is away from the "Mission Accomplished" centers of power that they highlight as "highly evolved" down to the South. If Black people exited to the North as a means of seeking out opportunity and evading negative attributes - WHY don't we hear these same progressive fundamentalists appraising the North as a repellent force to the interests of Black people?

I am a resident of Georgia. I have family in South Carolina and North Carolina. I am very familiar with with the entire region. I have not seen a "Confederate Flag" in about 3 weeks yet these external bigots can't resist running with this caricature. Despite seeing a "Ninja Who Got Himself Kilt" in Metro Atlanta on a daily basis "the Klan element" no longer is in the top 10 list of police profiles of the killer. Sadly the people who kill Black people as my people focus on this type of chum that the White Progressive Cheshire Fox is feeding us is a key reason why we are distracted in properly governing our own communities.

With the opening scene of the "Confederate Flag" at the state capital and then the cut over to Jeff Greenfield it was clear that Mr Greenfield had planned to take over where Bill Moyers had left off in his string of political and social commentary shows on PBS.

Since the core of the argument about South Carolina is that "Black people are being marginalized as White folks converge into the Republican Party - all due to racism - the logical challenge to vet this claim is to look at a Northern state with a Black population about the size of SC and determine "how their Negroes are faring".

You need to understand what this is.
Their goal is to abstract the "Black Condition" as much as possible from the present prevailing thoughts and actions WITHIN and instead focus on the METHODOLOGY and VEHICLE that is presently "oppressing" Black people and how "diversity and tolerance" (read - more acceptance of progressivism would lead to a fix). The methodology is "Progressivism vs Conservatism" and the vehicle is "Democratic Party vs Republican". I reject this framework as I see that the choice for the development for the Black Community is the adoption of the proper balance between the "American Political Domain" and the "Community Cultural Consciousness & Competency Development Domain". If their argument was true we'd see the Black condition in monopoly Democratic strong holds such as Chicago, Detroit, Milwaukee, Cleveland and Philly substantively improved over where "The Tea Party rules". It is NOT the case.

It is clear that when we focus on the DEVELOPMENT OF BLACK PEOPLE - via transparent measure and not just WHAT BLACK PEOPLE PREFER - some close friends - with long canines and incisors that protrude are not such "development partners" after all. Yes there is a difference between the Theories and Policies that Black people in our present consciousness believe will improve our condition and the set of policies that ACTUALLY provide a fix. Once we add the qualifiers of:

Achievement by Organic means through our community instituions
Enduring Solutions
Comprehensive

................then the argument is even more exact.

Poverty	Understanding The High Young Child Poverty Rates In The South	Pittsburgh - High Regional Black Poverty Rates Are A Shame According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the Pittsburgh region has the highest rate of poverty among working-age African-Americans of any of the 40 largest metropolitan regions in the country. More than one-quarter (28 percent) of the region's African-Americans ages 18 to 64 lived in poverty in 2008. That's twice as high as in regions such as Baltimore and Charlotte, N.C. If you think that African-American poverty is just a city of Pittsburgh problem, you're wrong. Fewer than half (46 percent) of the poor African-Americans in the region live in the city; 37 percent of them live in the rest of Allegheny County, and 17 percent live in other counties in the region. In fact, the highest rate of poverty among African-Americans in the region isn't in the city of Pittsburgh -- it's in Lawrence County, where almost half (49 percent) of the African-American residents are poor. Split Screen Analysis Of The Forces Of "Fight The Power" - Activism In Defense Of Education Of Black Kids Or Something Else?

As I continue my longitudinal appraisal of 'What Makes The Prevailing Black Political Consciousness Tick" I see the impact that "transactional indictments" have in drawing Black people's conscious attention. Since the "racially defensive posture" sits atop of all other priorities that require proactive planning and temperance, those who purposely work to draw upon Black people in this way for the purposes of retaining their version of "Black Unity" should rightfully be called oppressors of Black development.

A people without priorities and the enforcement therein will find themselves in permanent response mode. Not only will the "embedded confidence men" within their ranks work doggedly to present them with the latest racial indictment as a means of covering for their own incompetent leadership, those on the outside of their community who understand the scheme will set up back channel "Twitter feeds" with the purposes of syndicating any indictments that were missed.

I have no ability to force anyone to adopt the priorities that I have.
My only task is to:

Understand the entire dimensions of the "playing field" that Black people "struggle upon" within our communities (ie: define the macro reference for a future appraisal of proportionality).
Construct a reasonable list of actions and responses that "a people" who are seriously interested in applying management controls to the variable forces that bear down upon this space. (Best Practices)
Make observations of what is presently being done, WHO is doing it, and their relative associations (which groups are their associated with, which power domain do these groups reside)
Plot all of these forces within the context of that "playing field" and making an analysis based on the PROPORTION of the enclosure that they address

So often I find 2 important points:

What can compel Black people to respond with the greatest intensity are also the issues that, in relative terms, do NOT represent issues that are worthy per the "Proportionality Filter"that must be applied to prevent purposeful "consciousness hijacking"
Of the area that they claim to be working in defense/support of - this enclosure represents the worst reference of their competency at governance. Knowing this they constantly struggle to make indictments against external antagonists. They work to compel the larger society to adopt a "Nationalized Social Justice" meme, the primary benefit being that their previous localized power grab based on the promises of benefits to those who stayed UNITED with them is recast into a new, larger struggle. (An "Occupation" as the terms are changed so they don't have to stand accountable for "their wins" that did not turn into "our victories" where it counts the most.)

The latest appraisal tool I call "The Split Screen Analysis".
I leave it up to the consumer of these two stories to determine for themselves - along with the associated facts that I provide - which of these two issues are the greater "threat" to our community interests, despite the clear distinction in how they have been approached by the "Black Racial Services Machine" and the "Civil Rights Pharisees" cog in this machine.

The Hil - Gingrich says Obama ‘failed’ blacks on jobs

Retail politics are the enemy of material development WITHIN the Black community.   It foments the "Team Play" that Malcolm X warned us about.

There are external forces to our community, like Newt Gingrich, who operate in the 'American Political Domain" and for the "other team" than the "team" that most Black people agree to play for.   As such you have internal people - the Embedded Black Fox Confidence Men who, at this point in the campaign for the American president are talking more about RACISM than they bother to make note of the 95% rate of investments that the Black community was compelled to make - not just in 2008 but over the past 50 years and ask "Where is our return on investment?".

To be clear, some do ask.   More accurately they "self report". After years of activism in compelling Black people to make such an investment they make note on the one hand that "We wuz slaves", thus detailing how far from behind we came. Then in defense of "their team", despite the condition of the 'Mission accomplished cities" they note the structural racism seen in the exclusion when their enemy was around them and the "corporate abandonment" when their enemy left them all alone.   In both cases they argue that the "national social contract" that all Americans are signatories on has been violated. This is the "nationalized social justice" that I speak of.   It is the necessary analgesic which allows them to make a transparent assessment of how our people have developed (or not) on their watch.

Newt Gingrich And No Republican Can Save The Black Community Because National Politics Are Not Going To Save The Black Community

Newt Gingrich said President Obama has “failed to pay attention” to the problem of black unemployment.
The comments came Tuesday on CBS, as the former House Speaker defended a previous statement, in which he said that the black community should “demand paychecks and not be satisfied with food stamps.”

“The original statement was in the context of saying I would love to be invited by the NAACP to come to their convention, because the president has particularly failed to pay attention to the tremendous unemployment — we’ve had 43 percent black teenage unemployment,” Gingrich said.

I appraise the veracity of a person's argument based upon his ability to remain consistent across several issues.
In this case Republican Newt Gingrich fails miserably, proving that this is merely a statement of political opportunism.

It is counter to well stated conservative principles that the GOVERNMENT is the central force in jobs creation. Why then would Gingrich taunt Obama for failing to "focus on Black unemployment" when it is also true that, if he were in power, Mr Gingrich would oppose any government initiative that Obama is likely to proposed if he were "paying attention" to "the Blacks" - his most loyal voters and ardent defenders - because so many live vicariously through President Obama's daily schedule.

I reported earlier this week the words of Professional Progressive Political Preacher Rev Al Shaprton, who said on his radio show "The Black unemployment rate has ALWAYS been 2 to 3 times higher than the national average". The purpose of this statement was to "normalize" the condition of unemployment for Black people and thus - what should be an indictment against EFFECTIVENESS of the PROCESSES that Black people were compelled (by Sharpton and others) to invest in for our transformation - Sharpton told the caller that illegal immigrant workers are not the source of Black unemployment. In the world of "dark matter analysis" Shaprton and others should be made to prove that they are effective at developing our people with what they are selling to us. Instead they pretend to be INSIDE ADVOCATES for our people.

Newt Gingrich is merely an outsider, seeking a sales opportunity in kind.

He seeks to lure Black people with promises of jobs IF we invest our vote into his slot rather than the other. This is STILL a "consumer mentality".

The Failure Of The Black Rank & File To Protect Its Own Interests From Usurpation Both Inside And Out By Demanding Earnest Money Along The Way From Anyone That Has Received Its Investments

When The Black Community Is Made Fearful Of Asking To See The Water Level In This Cistern BECAUSE In Doing So "Their Team" Might LOSE The Election As We Are Made To Doubt The Power Of "The Vote" It is WE WHO HAVE LOST. This Is The Line Of Thinking That The Embedded Confidence Man" Promotes So He Can Maintain His Quota Of Negro Ballots Deposited Into His Progressive Joint Venture

Neither Newt Gingrich nor most of the "rank & file" appreciate the TIME LINE. This represents the time period by which the "Black Community Development Consciousness" has been fused with the American Political Domain.

The masterpiece book by Manning Marable documents how the primary voice of this strategy debated against Malcolm X - the man who warned us. This voice was that of Bayard Rustin.

It should come as no surprise that the Black unemployment rate is the highest in the nation. This is due to the lack of ORGANIC DEVELOPMENT and INFRASTRUCTURE within the Black community.

We were compelled to fight for seats in government while certain operatives held on to economy theories that were incapable of retaining productive cities which they now controlled. It should be no surprise, for example, that the once powerful city of Detroit is now functionally solvent AND we see the embedded confidence men seeking to protect the leadership in power rather than standing in defense of the interests of the Black community. This would be evident had we heard their voices a long time ago, questioning the favorable leadership about their falling population rates and tax digest.

Sadly - the embedded confidence men would be talking to themselves.
They are an inseparable part of the machine that runs the city.

If Republican Newt Gingrich had any sense about the Black community he would see that there has been a shift in the rhetoric about the interests of Black people.

Today the Black Racial Services Machine talks about "high speed rail" to allow "Mission Accomplished city" dwellers to ride to work in the more conservative suburb. They call for "sharing of the poverty" among schools. As you read between the lines this is the new "racial diversity programs" that allow the "lucky Blacks" to sit next to kids with "Republican parents". The 2010 US Census showed us that a record number of Black people feel comfortable enough in their belief that a "racist" like Newt Gingrich is not going to fire bomb their house when they move into the White suburbs and the South, thanks to the Civil Rights protections that the Thomas Perez US Justice Department Civil Rights Division is forced to get a taller ladder to cherry pick indictments from at the margins because so much of the 'low hanging fruit" of such UNCHECKED violations have been mitigated.

Ironically in their "victory" at defending against the most blatant racial attacks on Black people the Civil Rights Pharisees and Black Racial Services Machine prove that they are not competent beyond their marginal points of mastery, to lead our people as we stand in the clearing from these attacks that have confined us for so long. They revert back to old ghosts because they understand that this provides them the tether that they need to keep our people "united" in the way that they desire.

Why is Newt Gingrich seeking for Black people to admit what there is NO COST that most want to recognize? They don't believe that their "Black Community Development Consciousness" has been misappropriated into the Democratic Party that has all of these holdings. They believe that AMERICA has denied them their increase per their denial of the implementation of "Social Justice Public Policy".

In their world the Black Community has sustained more loses over the past 50 years from:

Cities that have suffered from "corporate abandonment"
Black people locked up in the "New Jim Crow" Prison Industrial Complex
Schools that are underfunded
Banks that first denied loans and then came in and "tricked" Black people with subprime loans

They can't see that the "dark matter" portion of this entire argument is that with growth in the POLITICAL ESTABLISHMENT over where we live came the responsibility to FILL THE COMMERCIAL AND FINANCIAL VOID that the departure of one's enemies created in the way of opportunity to prove that "Nationalized Social Justice Theory" WORKS to develop the Black community.

How can you get a people to SEE the squandered potential when they are more prone to focus on their "favorable leaders" and the subject of "racism"??

I have been trying for several years to capture the movie "Black Girl". It is not available on DVD, VHS or any of the streaming movie services. There are segments of the movie available on YouTube.
The movie played on what I assumed to be "TVOne". I was initially angered because I didn't notice it until I switched channels about 20 minutes into the movie. I recorded that portion.

As I went to my other Tivo to watch the news the next day I was pleasantly surprised. I had a "Tivo Wish List" search on "Ossie Davis" configured for a while. I figured that one day it would capture this movie because Davis was the director. J.E. Franklin was the writer of the original stage play.

I later discovered that the movie played on the "Turner Classic Movies" channel.

Upon seeing the movie "Black Girl" for the first time several years ago I believed it to be the most powerful movie to capture the INTERNAL struggle among Black people.   "Crabs In The Barrel", if you will.

As a house full of women, each wounded in their own way take out their pain upon those who are in close proximity the net product of that closed system was a lack of forward progression and healing.

J.E. Franklin / Ossie Davis did an excellent job in capturing interplay of wounded souls.

The mother's antic in which she persistently threw up the name of the "college girl" in the faces of her "loser daughters". Their expressed anger at the college girl from the "White college", taking out what they were unable to do against their mother upon the "college girl" - showing her that she is not wanted in their house.

The "Black Girl" had dream of being a dancer. Her "evil sisters" compelled her to believe that her bed room, which was really a small dining room area turned into a living space is under threat by the 'college girl'.   This room with a door into the kitchen and another door into the living room was the throughway for others in the house to get their food and water.   With the "loser sisters" successfully compelling the "Black girl" into focusing on protecting this room - a space full of "nothing" that was actually confining her, denying her of her privacy - she was compelled to turn against the 'college girl' who they said would return from school and kick her out of this room.

In truth "the college girl" had been writing letters in support of the "Black girl's" dreams of becoming a dancer. The "loser sisters" had been stealing the mail before "the Black girl" ever got a chance to see them.

I believe that J.E. Franklin and Ossie Davis were very aware that this dynamic within this small house is an archetype of behaviors seen in other houses as well as "within the Black community" in a macro scale.

The manipulation of our people for the purposes of power retention by compelling us to disconnect from our larger dreams as we are compelled to defend the "tempest in a tea pot" that we presently are confined in was successfully captured on the screen. The movie is brilliant in this way.

The use of the "de-Blackification" tactic was also dramatized.   The two "loser sisters" attacked the "college girl" for attending a 'White college', wondering if she had had sex with "those White boys".   They claimed that she returned with "her nose in the air", thinking that she was better than they were.   Despite bring them presents they turned this display of kindness into an indictment - "You gave us perfume. Do you think we stink?" "You gave her a book. Do you think that we can't read?".

Ironically the father of the two "loser girls" came back on the scene after exiting to Detroit.   Just as I noticed with the "Harold Melvin And The Bluenotes" /Teddy Pendegrass song "I Miss You" denoted a "deadbeat dad" who suffered no consequence (via a "child support system") the same was the case with the dad who returned in a luxury car and a wad of money.    While the "loser daughter" and the mother did harass him for money, his failure to provide continuing support appeared to be an accepted norm of those days. He was able to flash his cash in front of everyone, using his money and his car as evidence of his privileged life and that they should be so lucky for the one time bonus they provided to them.

At the end of the movie "the Black Girl" escapes her dungeon as she moves to the "White college town", away from the oppressive forces that would have compelled her to follow on their track to "Loserville".

The Black community today has similar forces at the macro-level who would prefer to keep their "flock" "ignorant and fighting to defend their provincial holdings" rater than releasing them from the nest- knowing that the platform of consciousness that they have built up in the community during the incubation period has served them well enough for solo flight.

"The one who made it out and who NEEDS TO REACH BACK TO SAVE ANOTHER" is only trumped by the TRUTH which would force those who make this reference to do an inspection of "the nest" and then nullify the power of the "embedded confidence men" to derail occupants from growing into their full potential.

I DO NOT BLAME AL SHARPTON FOR HIS ANTICS.
The fault goes to the people who know better.

Earlier this year I stated that I would begin calling out the 'Black Flight Progressives" more frequently.
They are the 'Get In Where You Fit In Blacks" who are "Down with the Struggle" yet when the enemies depart and thus "the struggle" must be turned into competent governance - instead of "Speaking Truth To Power" against the forces that they placed into power - they move their family and their personal interests out of the "Mission Accomplished Domain" so they are not harmed yet continue their support, failing to stop the train of foolishness and obfuscation.

Just as "The Occupation" had an opportunity to express their credibility by going against Jay-Z profiting with a t-shirt they now show their real colors as they stand with the forces that have destroyed the City of Detroit as a solvent concern and instead focus upon the "protection racket" that would allow the machine to continue unchecked.

How does someone who claims that banks should be regulated to provide the necessary oversight so they are no longer allowed to execute self-serving practices that harm thousands of people stand in support of this protection racket for the machine that produced such damage to the interests of the people of Detroit?

Is there any evidence of SEPARATION between their fight for "the people's interests" and the machine that controls Detroit?

Their argument is that THE PEOPLE elected these individual representatives in power and thus "the machine IS THE PEOPLE".

The obvious rebuttal is that every chartered city and every school board is a franchise of the STATE. With education being a "state constitutional function", for example, any state that sees a franchise that is failing to live up to the state constitution and chooses to be intimidated in such a way is guilty of abdicating their constitutional mandates to work on behalf of the PEOPLE - even if a group operatives purport to be gatekeepers who stand between the state and the people who are being failed.

To the masses of Progressives that MOVED away from Detroit, Flint, Chicago and other "Mission Accomplished Cities" yet now are SILENT as this is going on - YOU have the sticky liquid on your hands.

Is there any surprise that when we extend these antics to other areas that are important to our people's development that our present languished condition exists DESPITE the apparent "victories" that the Embedded Confidence Men point to?

World Bank warns on risk of global recession

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) -- The World Bank Wednesday slashed its 2012 growth forecasts for both emerging and developing economies from its estimates of only six months ago, and warned the world is on the cusp of a new global recession that could be as bad as the crisis four years ago.

It warned that an escalation in Europe's sovereign debt crisis, a new oil shock, or a "hard landing" in one of the larger developing economies could trigger a global economic downturn. The bank added that the risks of those events makes even the bank's lowered growth forecasts "very uncertain."

A meltdown in financial markets triggered by the sovereign debt problems in Europe poses the greatest immediate risk, according to the report.

"An escalation of the crisis would spare no one," said Andrew Burns, manager of global macroeconomics and lead author of the report. "Developed and developing country growth rates could fall by as much or more than in 2008 and 2009."

A full-blown European crisis would shave a full 4 percentage points off of global growth, which would tip the global economy from a position of weak growth into recession.

The rants of Professional Progressive Political Preacher Jesse Jackson have played a substantial role in the adoption of my new slogan"It doesn't matter because it doesn't matter".

This man is known to say anything when he is afforded the opportunity to advance his agenda.
In saying this on MSNBC he understood that he was in the company of friends who would not call out the ignorance of this statement.   I am surprised that the MSNBC host did not demand that the Republicans PROVE that the carding of all VOTERS is NOT racist against Black people - the permanent 'Least Of These' coalition that is vulnerable to such requests".

I have the pictures that I took from my recent venture of bailing out my cousin that show that "the unbanked" have EQUAL photo id requirements to those of us who don't answer when someone calls out "Hey you 'Least Of These' person. Stop!!!".    I will download them from my camera and post them later.

A few weeks ago PPPP Rev Jackson told a group of "Occupiers" that "Jesus was an Occupier".   This was the one time that I wished that the Christian religion enforced a standard against the misappropriation of their savior's image as do the Muslims.

There is no means by which we can dismiss the question of "Assumed Black Inferiority" from the question of assigning the reasonable prevailing standard that someone should show a photo id in the process of transacting an item of VALUE.   We do so with money. We do so with our Second Amendment rights for gun ownership.

The promotion of the 'Inferior Negro' merely the transaction of "Black Inferiority" as a means of disarming people as the claims of RACISM is pushed.

Most people can't see that this RACISM is flowing both ways in this issue.

We understand that the Republicans are pushing this RACIST plan of voter suppression because they understand that "a disproportionate number of Blacks carry photo id" than do White folks.
I wonder why few people are questioning if Democrats who are seeking to "Maximize The Black Vote" and thus ensure their political victories are RACISTS as they understand that the "Mission Accomplished Districts" that they dominate injure the "Black Permanent Interests" BUT the "Embedded Black Fox Confidence Men" will run a protection racket by which the machine suffers no harm from failing Black people as they keep our people focused on "Racism Chasing"?

I can't force you to VALUE one point over the other.
I merely ask you to consider which of these above scenarios produces a larger population of "Negroes who's Permanent Interests are injured".

I hate cowardice.

To the author of the blog "Solipsistic Me" he proves that he is as intolerant of a bigot that he accuses others to be.

The author of the post titled "MLK Holiday: When We Pretend Not To Be A Racist Nation" deleted my rebuttal to his claims and my questions of his line up of indictments.

It is more interesting to look at the compliance in the posts that were not deleted as a means of understand why he deleted my post. This blogger prefers "ideological unity" where the unsubstantiated claims stand while challenges are scrubbed.

He has no proof that 'RACISM has increases since Obama became President".

When I attempted to shift the measurement of the state of race relations from "Offensive FaceBook posts against Obama" over to the MATERIAL harm which the Black community suffers from which I listed. The majority of these ailments are not called "Civil Rights Violations" or RACISM(!!!) because they don't have the same "value as an indictment" as is the case when an "interesting target" makes the same attack on Black people.

I maintain that "Black Inferiority" and "Non-White White Supremacy" are intractable parts of the Progressive-Fundamentalist agenda. No Black man, it seems, will ever "kill another Black man as dead" as a White man or a police officer can do, even if he uses the same model gun and bullets.

It is easy to run and hide, retaining one's own bigotry.

When I mentioned a few weeks ago about a Black poster who said "ALL of the opposition that President Obama is facing is due to RACISM" I was convinced that a White Progressive Cheshire Fox like the owner of the "Solipsistic Me" smile with approval. His Black joint-venture partners are THINKING the way that is favorable.

He needs not worry about all of the complexities that are seen in the financial press, in international relationships or disciplined science. The Negro partner that he is watching has nullified all of the complexity and now demands: "CONVINCE ME that you do not oppose OBAMA because of any other reason than HE IS BLACK!!!".

I suggest that the compliant Black Progressive-Fundamentalist return to his friend who is so pleased and ask if he would agree to allow him (the Black Progressive-Fundamentalist) to be an investment adviser for his retirement savings. He will soon see that his line of thinking which is favorable when the Fox stands to benefit from the loyalty of his friend is not extended when there is material risk and consequences in the personal intimate space.

The White Progressive Cheshire Fox that has a strong sense about "Racism" would never make the case that:

The only reason that the group of people with the highest unemployment rate and who's communities are monopoly dominated by the machine that is now in the White House has an 80% + support of the president is because they are IDEOLOGICAL bigots with RACE merely adding to their nullification between the truth in their community and their popular sentiment. When radio host multi-millionare Tom Joyner, radio host Bev Smith and Black Progressive-Fundamentalist political operative Dr Ron Daniels said publicly that "Black people should vote for Barack Obama's reelection BECAUSE HE IS BLACK. Other people vote their race. Why should BLACK PEOPLE be ashamed to do so" that they are EQUAL in their "racism" as any SUPERIOR White Republican candidate that hinted at the same.

The truth is that Joyner, Smith and Daniels ARE NOT "asking Black people to VOTE THEIR RACE". Herman Cain and Allen West could only be so lucky.
They are using RACE as a cover to compel Black people to NULLIFY the RESULTS that are taking place in our communities and VOTE THEIR IDEOLOGICAL BIGOTRY.

It does not take a lot of insight to note that the weakest reference they have are the "CONDITIONS WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY AFTER" after decades of matriculating through the institutions that they have dominated for decades. They would like us to believe that the "little Black boy" in the 1st grade today will be damaged by the legacy of Slavery and the present (Republican-lead) racial suppression of today by the time he reaches the age of 21. What they don't have to admit is that THEIR INSTITUTIONS are INFERIOR in their ability to sculpt this "Pillar Of Our Community" in line with our DEVELOPMENT NEEDS. The tactic of "Establishment Power Repudiation" is used as a means of expanding their circle of power where they REFUSE to accept accountability for the "Present State Of The Negro" until all of their ENEMIES STOP BREATHING. Sadly they have a large contingent of Negroes and happy White Progressive Cheshire Foxes who know that, at the end of this process THEY will have the balance of the "Negro Ballots" in their hands as a result of this STRUGGLE.

If (White racist) Senator Barry Goldwater (R-AZ) was condemned for saying "Give the Black man $100 and then give me a handful of costume jewelry and I will soon have that money in my hands" as he stereotypically observed the ways of Black people - it is beyond the comprehension of most loyal Black Progressive-Fundamentalists that they are guilty of advocating that Blacks use the valuable "Equal Black Ballot" in the same way in relation to the Progressive bigot.

The only difference between these two scenarios is the absence of OFFENSE because the Black Racial Services Machine are acting as the broker in the exchange.

My Evolving Views Of The Value Of MLK Jr Day In Developing The Black Community

The reason for my increasing rejection of the rituals around MLK Day Holiday is because of these antics. In as much as a Progressive-Fundamentalist prefers to fire off INDICTMENTS they exploit this day as an opportunity to look past the problems WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY, instead choosing to fire up the "congregation" with the incidents of "racism" that "their ideological enemies" have rendered during the past 12 months.

Anyone who ventured into "The King Compound" (the area of Auburn Ave and Edgewood Street in Atlanta where the King Center, SCLC, and Ebenezer Church are housed) just prior to the election in 2008 saw the highest concentration of Obama marketing imprints than any other place in the nation. Sadly this is but an island in the violent "Old Fourth Ward" area which serves as a "Killing Fields" for Black dreams and Black bodies. The air conditioning from these sanctuaries of Black Progressive Achievement does not cool the greater community.

These rituals merely serve to entrench the present operating order, anesthetizing them from the necessary accountability of the promises that compelled the community to fuse its "Black Community Development Consciousness" using their "Equal Black Ballots" but coming up far short in the deliverables.

In my post on the "Solipsistic Me" blog I closed my post by asking the man who was not able to articulate ANY "organic" dysfunction that might be present within the Black community -specifically via the antics of "external indictment" that he shares in common with the "Black Racial Services Machine" as a possible source of our inability develop our people. Regardless of the increase in control over the institutions that are increasingly controlled by "favorable Progressives" - this blogger, it appears, is unable to agree that BLACK PEOPLE ARE EQUAL and thus - at least some portion of our problems are of our own making AND can be fixed by a commitment to more effective "human resource management".

As a person who researches the present Black Community Political Consciousness and how it is functionally abstracted from the painful truth that is on the streets - "your guy" Bayard Rustin keeps coming up at the architect of the present prevailing machine that encapsulates the "Black Community Development Consciousness".
While YOU - (I assume a White male) Progressive-Fundamentalist see RACISM(!!!) as the primary agent of suppression of Black people today I, a Black male analyst and observer of the HIJACKING of our development consciousness blame the problem on those who purposely distort the forces working against Black people out from their real world proportion and who are incompetent at developing the "organic forces of UPLIFT" as they use the practice of "Racism Chasing" to cloak their own incompetence.
Thing for a second Michael. Black people have historically suffered RACISM(!!!) by:
* White people who killed our men in order to "keep us in our place"
* White people who raped our women in order to "express their superiority over them using sexual prowess"
* White people who under-developed our ability to "think our way" out of our problems by purposely denying our access to quality education
* White people who stripped away the ability of the Black community to finance its own salvation as they destroyed economic resources held by Black people.
WHICH OF THESE ATTACKS ON BLACK PEOPLE, Michael are in the exclusive province of the White man - excuse me "White Republican Conservative" per YOUR model?
It was BAYARD RUSTIN that told my people to VOTE OUR WAY INTO SALVATION by:
* Electing Democrats
* Into all possible seats of power
* To advance "Progressive Public Policy"
* For the benefit of the Black community
If you cared about the INTEGRITY of your model of the world, Michael - you would look at the various "Mission Accomplished Cities", note how Rustin's grand view has been IMPLEMENTED and yet the Black community in the majority of these locations have not seen the ORGANIC BENEFITS that were promised.
From my take the BIGOTRY that damns my people the most today are those who assume "Black Inferiority" as they get MY PEOPLE to invest their "Black Community Development Consciousness" as transacted as investments of their EQUAL BLACK BALLOTS but when they get what they compelled our people to do - instead of standing ACCOUNTABLE for the results - they EXPAND THEIR INDICTMENTS as they rile up the "congregation" to believe that the external WHITE REPUBLICANS are the blame of their condition as they refuse to adopt NATIONALIZED SOCIAL JUSTICE.

Detroit Police say car break-ins are up in the city’s entertainment district. So they’re trying a new approach to prevent crime: banning street parking in the area.
A lot of people—Detroit Police won’t yet say how many—got their cars towed last weekend as a result of the parking ban.
Police officially issued the ban late on Friday:
"The Detroit Police Department in partnership with Olympia Entertainment, have decided to eliminate street parking for this weekend. Olympia has agreed to reduce parking rates on their lots, due to an increase in larcenies from motor vehicles. The Detroit Police will increase patrol as well as enforce parking on public streets within the listed boundaries. The goal is to reduce the number of break-ins and move parking to a well lit parking area."
But Farrok Sabeti, a manager at the Bucharest Grill, says he didn’t know what was going on until an employee told him cars were getting towed.
"Seeing as how we own a business down here, we should have been the first people to find out about this," Sabeti says. "These signs…some of them are written in marker, or pencil. I went through the day without even noticing it.”
Joe Kvoriak, manager at the neighboring Park Bar, says an Olympia employee informed him what was going on, and offered his employees free parking. Still, he's not sure it’s a good way to fight the bigger theft problem.
“It just doesn’t seem effective because eventually, cars are going to go back on the streets," Kvoriak says. "People should be allowed to park on the street, if they're following the rules.”
Detroit Police say they’ll refund the towing fees for vehicles that were towed before all the “no parking” signs were posted.
A Police spokesman says the department is testing the method to deal with the theft problem. He says they’ll evaluate data from this weekend’s “trial run” before moving forward.

For now it is all beyond my ability to understand.

As a self-proclaimed "Black Conservator" you have no idea how much it pains me (and causes me to LOL) to listen to you assign a "Hip Hop Voice Of The Street Pirate" lyracist as "Black Conservatives".

Clearly the problem resides with YOUR ability to define conservatism.

When I hear the claim that "Black people are a CONSERVATIVE people" I cringe in a manner that is similar to what I did when I heard your interview on "Tell Me More".

You see, Prof Spence - you are confusing "TALK" with the ability to "Operationalize" a set of beliefs who's clarity provides the unfortunate consequence of setting and ENFORCING a boundary of behavior that leaves those who are not "down with the program"......what do you progressives call it? "DISCRIMINATED AGAINST".

I get the sense that many Progressive-Fundamentalists have been been watching "The Daily Show", "The Colbert Report", "Real Time With Bill Maher", "Washington Watch With Roland Martin" and MSNBC that they only know "conservatives" from the ridiculed depiction that they have ingested.

You could have at least convinced me that I have something in common ideologically with Jay-Z and Russell Simmons. This would have allowed me to get over the time when a White sales manager showed me his "New York" ring tone featuring "Jay-Z and Alicia Keys" while in the lobby of a major account, for the purpose of showing me - a Black guy- that he was "down". I immediately thought that the word "Nigga" that is in the hook of the song is not "Conservative".

Do you have any framework for the appraisal of the 'conservatism' that the "Hip Hop Voice Of The Street Pirates" possess besides their:

Materialism
Homophobia (not a word that I accept but I used for literary ease)
Welfare Bashing?

From my take the "Hip Hop Voice Of The Street Pirate" argues that they are NOT going to "flip burgers" for minimum wage when they can "push some weight" and make a lot of cash.

NAACP Puts Voter ID Laws in Crosshairs

I like the NAACP.
They are one of the most effective component of my model of the "Black Racial Services Machine". Their level of predictability is off of the charts.
I am forced to thank them for serving as the catalyst for so many of my models of "What makes the Black political consciousness tick?"

One day I am going to fill out one of their "NAACP Voter Survey" mailings and return it but not include any money as I suspect that they are more interested in the survey as a fund raising tool rather than capturing my opinion. The proof is in the ridiculousness of the canned responses in their multiple choice questions.

The best way to understand the NAACP is to make a full accounting of the priority problems that negatively impact the Black community and then indexing these problems based upon the following matrix:

The Source Of The Threat - From Forces External To The Black Community or Internal
The Mitigation Of The Threat - From External Struggle (Demand For Social Justice) Or That Which Requires Effective Human Resource Management To Synergize Organic Production

I credit the NAACP with knowing its strengthens and its weaknesses as an organization but more so for their knowledge of "what makes the Black political consciousness tick". They understand that when our people are put into a "Racially Defensive Position" that the maximum amount of congregational unity is generated and that this generates the necessary motivation to "Get The Blacks Out To Vote For The Democrats".

The most obvious rebuttal to the claims made by "The Civil Rights Pharisees" that by carding ALL AMERICANS WHO VOTE you are "suppressing Black voters" is to do what I notice is instructive about the Georgia NAACP's "public education lawsuits" - Go to the places that the NAACP does NOT sue and assume that the are satisfied with the outcomes. The "Dark Matter Analysis" technique strikes again.

This is not an "antagonistic" disposition in reference to the NAACP. It is, in truth a prevention from allowing them to use the plight of the Black community for their own larger ideologically bigoted agenda. They wish to cherry pick the agenda, understanding that they have a highly complicit Black Rank & File that will agree to tuck in their own demands for "earnest money" from their previous investments as a necessary means of allowing "the team" to win the transaction at hand. It is my view that this antic is the primary force in the UNDER-development of the Black community as they advance "favorable people" into power.

Look At Where The Black Vote Goes Unmolested And Note The Silence Or Spin Of The Civil Rights Pharisees

When you look at the fundamental argument for many of the NAACP voting/redistricting agenda it is based on the notion that: "Black people have the right to be represented by the person of THEIR OWN PREFERENCE and CHOOSING".

I say with a heavy heart that there is distinction between:

What is popularly ASSUMED to be the gateway to obtaining the 'Black Community's Permanent Interests"
What is MEASURABLY EFFECTIVE as a means of actually achieving them

Since "congregational unity" is more important to the "Black Racial Services Machine" than is the promotion of methodologies that run counter to their "nationalized social justice redistribution" bias - they understand that they need not worry about actually being held accountable for producing the RESULTS for the benefit of the Black Community. The people who are necessary to terminate the methodology and those who advance it would have to be willing to practice "self-mutilation" as they are incumbent to this movement. "They are the ones that they've been waiting for", indeed.

The "Mission Accomplished City" serves as the perfect point of reference that all who have transparent intent should use to interpolate the future for the lands that agree to yield to this management order. In as much as so much of their economic ideology is a "socialistic attempt to tap into national capitalist resources" their local victories over all of the key institutions produces fatal "we are all alone, staring at the flaws in our theories" effect that trigger a recalibration of their indictment that "The Occupation" represents.

Since every movement's primary goal is self-perpetuation, the "Occupation" that transpired in all of the 'Mission Accomplished Cities" in America represents a necessary avoidance of an "Earnest Money Payment" from the local politicians that should be bringing forth the economic, academic, public safety gains that were promised.

Why isn't the Detroit Chapter Of The NAACP pushing to purge every "Favorable Person" that they put into power out of office due to the present condition of the city and the number of Black people's who's fortunes have been injured?

Instead they echo the disposition of Professional Progressive Political Preachers Revs Sharpton and Jackson, spinning the present condition of Detroit as an attempted usurpation of BLACK VOTER CHOICE as the state seeks to nullify their choices via Emergency Financial Managers. Detroit is being "foreclosed upon" per their venacular.

If you blink you'll miss the rhetoric of failure, incompetence, misappropriation and contempt that Dr Earl Ofari Hutchinson had hoisted upon the "National Bush Republicans" that never seems to be placed upon "favorable people".

Thus, I surmise, that the "Black Progressive Agenda" is ONLY a "Favorable Elected Official Protection Racket". We cannot conclude that it is for the benefit of the Black Rank & File or they would not turn around when someone yells out in a crowd "He YOU 'The Least Of These' Person!!!"

My Conversation With A Union City GA Police Officer On The Eve Of A Martin Luther King Jr Day Protest March Over The Policy Shooting Of An "Unarmed Black Man"

(Early Sunday Morning)

I made a late night run to Wal-Mart after enjoying an evening out with some close family friends.
As I pulled up I saw two Union City GA patrol officers walking in to the Wal-Mart store.

As the K-9 officer left his vehicle his dog barked in protest of being left all alone, reminding me of how my dog used to do with me. As I walked in the store I saw that they were sitting in the dining area of the "Subway" sandwich shop that was closed at the time, eating meals from McDonalds. I went on about my business, shopping for the list of groceries that a house guest asked for so that she could "hook me up" with a dinner meal for tomorrow.

As I walked to the checkout area, despite having about 20 lanes only one was open at this time in the morning. As I pulled up to stand in line a middle-aged White man started talking to me about how inefficient this set up was. "I am a business analyst and this makes no sense. They can't open up a 'self-check out line' and allow this one guy run 4 registers?".

"What type of business analyst are you?", I asked him?
"I do ERP systems for mid-sized and small businesses. We use Sage Software".
Hmmmmm. I was just reading about Sage the other day for one of my clients. I began to milk him for information.

He told me that many of his customers are purchasing Customer Relationship Management packages from his company (which was doing $100M in sales) and they are "buying these systems like crazy" in order to increase their sales efficiency. He said that his company is a "Faith Based business". I wan't quite sure what that meant.

As he went to check out with his purchase of 2 packs of Coke - he did not have his wallet. After he searched I told him that I would take care of the bill, no problem. (It was only $8). He game me a hug and said "You're a good man. Bless you."

I game him a piece of paper and asked him to write down his contact information.
This all worked out as I wanted to get his business card anyway in order to learn what his company was doing.
It is so obvious to me that the prime opportunity in today's economy is with automation to improve the efficiency of small and mid-sized businesses. The large firms have an IT staff to service them. These smaller companies need consultants to assist them in "business process re-engineering".

I gave me his contact information and promised to bring me by the office to show me what they do.
This was $8 well spent for me.
I just paid $8 for a "qualified lead" coupled with a bit of an obligation to "pay me back"

Engaging The Union City Policeman

As I walked out I saw that there was only one officer left in the Subway area. It was the K-9 officer that I saw getting out of the SUV. I turned my cart into the darkened area and asked him: "Excuse me officer, what type of dog do you have out there?"

He said some breed that I had never heard of before. I don't even remember what he said.

I asked him. "Do you mind if I talk to you for a second? " I started to pull a chair from the other table to sit between the two tables but he invited me to sit at his table.

I said something to the effect of: "I have been watching all of the news about the shooting that one of your officers was involved in a few weeks ago. I hear the version of events in the news. I hear your department's version. I listen to Black people on the radio and holding rallies in Union City. I want to understand more about what you see as a police officer in your interactions with the Black community.".

I won't go into details in trying to accurately reassemble what he said. I was not recording his words. I was less interested with his actual words but in understanding his mindset. I wanted to talk as little about the specifics of the shooting as possible. This was a discussion between "two equal men", not an interrogation". I had no "gotcha" questions or indictments in mind.

He said that Union City is a small, safe community. They have domestic violence calls, shoplifting and those who choose to break into cars.
He pushed most of the "racial questions" that I asked back toward our commonality as "Children of God" and as "Americans". I sensed that he had the notion of a "universal, American" right and wrong.

"Can you tell me what a car thief looks like?"
"Can you tell me what a shoplifter looks like?"

As he talked about his upbringing - in response to my statements about how "Black talk radio" sees them as "White (racists), who have little understanding about the Black community and Black culture" - his reference was that of expecting a natural "respect for the law" from everyone.

When I made a statement regarding respect for HIM as an "officer of the law" - upon seeing a person who he asked to "stop" as they walked away from him - or asked to "pull up their pants" (pant's sagging), he corrected me - "No, respect for the law" - trying to remove himself from the equation.

He mentioned that the civilian population has a high set of expectations of the police. When they as police run red lights (I assumed - turning on their lights to get through the intersection and then turning them off - I have seen this done several times) without cause, thus "violating the law", some civilians have it fused in their mind that they are no less corrupt than the common criminal. "Some take pictures with their camera phones and send it in to the news if they could".

I got the sense that this officer - a White Christian male with conservative values of "right and wrong" had a particular world view that stemmed from his town in which (my words - "they kept their doors unlocked at night") and he sought to apply this norm to his patrol in Union City. As such he enforced this high standard rather than showing willingness to dilute his worldview to fit the realities that are often present in a Black poor/middle class area.

My analysis is that it wasn't that "All Black people are criminals and we are looking for the exceptions" - as is the rhetoric that one might hear among some bomb throwers - it is more accurate to say that he and others have a particular world view, have "the law" spelled out for them and the "authority" to enforce it. His assertion of how things should be in Union City with the elements listed above shaping his consciousness was his driving M.O..

He appeared protective of his police chief, affirming several times that he is an honorable man who would provide a report of the shooting incident that was fair. He also mentioned that the officer involved in the shooting would "give anyone the shirt off of his back". WE DID NOT TALK SPECIFICALLY ABOUT THE CASE. This was not my agenda. I wanted to understand "the general consciousness" of this random patrol officer employed by the police department that is being focused upon because of this unfortunate and tragic situation.

I noticed that as we were talking he said "Good evening" to most of the shoppers that were exiting the store, the majority of whom were Black females. Though we was attentive to my discussion with him the motion of people walking by in the background triggered a response in the way of a greeting.

Also throughout the conversation he used several "parallels" to show that "We are not black. we are not white - we are Americans" - using the white napkin and the black cellphone case to prove our real skin color is misaligned with the label. Of course these simplistic examples can't cover the realities of our world.

He did talk about how when he had to confront young people on the "soft issues" (again pants sagging or seeking to investigate them in the context of suspicious behavior [note these are MY assumptions of his meaning]) the initial interactions with the "authority of 'the law' " dictated his response to the subject at hand. Those who immediately protested his interaction with them merely amplified his curiosity. [Again my insertion].

When 19 year old Ariston Waiters responded to the presence of a police officer by running - his actions made him an "interesting subject" in the context of a police officer pulling up on the scene.
It is also true that a police officer is required to note the context of the call that they are responding to. Indeed it might be common for those in a particular community to evade the police because "the police mean trouble" for them. Surely the presence of a dead body on the ground and the need to find the killer is a very different sub-plot than two females who were reportedly fist fighting on the streets.

Again I sensed the application of his own life experiences to these interactions. In the realm of possible engagements from "the police as my friends" to the other extreme of "you (the police) are the problem" both he and the subject at hand wore the "uniform" of their race/class, social norms that were inculcated and their respective authoritative position.

He made it clear that beyond the badge that is issued to him is a human being that is also seeking to return home after his shift is over.

From my personal perspective the "pants sagging" fad, besides being the WORST EVER fashion statement EVER adopted en mass by (mostly) Black males - it also is an unspoken statement about rebellion and bucking authority.

This officer's consciousness was the antithesis of "sagging as a fashion statement".

Where are the churches in Union City on this matter of the shooting?
I asked him "Are the Black and White churches around the city working together to bridge any divide that this shooting my have brought forth?", I asked him.
"Oh, I don't know. I don't attend a church in the city so I haven't been following this.

It is clear that in between the world of the "young people" in Union city and "The Law" that the police see themselves as the agent of enforcement the community needs an intermediary that should be working on relationship building where more positive interactions can be synergized.

Analysis

The Casualty In The Long Running War WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY

The honest citizens of Union City stand caught between two forces and they need to take the lead in establishing a long term vision for their community.

In the battle between "The Innocent, Hard Working People In Black Community - The Police - The Street Pirates - The Civil Rights Pharisees"   it is the innocent people in the Black Community that always seem to bear the brunt of the burden.   In the case of Ariston Waiters - the 19 year old unarmed Black man, shot by a Union City police man he is just one more casualty in a long running battle of agendas.

I see little value in the "Angry Black Community Who Is 'Not Going To Take It Any More'" type of disposition with the police.   WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE PRIMARY VECTOR OF HOMICIDE FOR BLACK PEOPLE and assign EQUAL HUMANITY to the police officer and the young Black males who seem to be the subject of our stories - this "Angry Black Front" doesn't do a DAMNED THING to mitigate this primary vector of death for our people.   It merely ensures that this plague which has our Black population of 13% being represented as 50% of the homicides because of its DIVERSIONARY POWERS.

There is no doubt that the White conservative male police officer that I spoke with comes from a totally different culture than I -a self-proclaimed "Black (cultural) Conservator" comes from.   It is also true, however, that I come from a different cultural point of experience than did the late Ariston Waiters. I have no plans to run from the police when they come on the scene. (In truth I was more concerned that I had been drinking about an hour earlier just prior to going to the Wal-Mart).

I got the sense from the patrol officer that his task was to remain as the rather consistent agent of law enforcement, providing the "right or wrong" in the community - as authorized by the laws of the city of Union City and state of Georgia.

In the span between the family & community and "the law enforcement" is the void which fails to provide the proper "consciousness sculpting services" which allows so many of our young Black men to be derailed.   If this "White Conservative Police Officer" and those like him on the force were removed - must assuredly those who have an "angry front" would be made to comfort the "Black Women Crying On The Television News After Having Suffered A Loss Of A Loved One By A Street Pirate Who Was Not FINISHED".

In watching this video about "Mass Incarceration" I hear the intent for "Social Justice" ("work to let them all out" as the brother said ) but not community level HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT.

When the "Cultural Development Function" supplants the need for the "State Sponsored Police Function" in the protection of the interests of the Black community then the incidents by which BOTH "Police Shoot Innocent Black People" in the extended aftermath of a police call AND the present over-representation of Black homicide victims in relation to our population numbers will be mitigated.

Those who like to DE-CONSTRUCT the streaming truth do so by having our people focused on INDIVIDUAL TRANSACTIONS that come before us each day.   They are expert in having our "Community Consciousness" focused on the 'OUTRAGE' that is most profitable to them.

Philadelphia PA Assumes The Character Of Philadelphia MS During Dr King's Time - 15 Homicides In 17 Days

In today's prevailing Black Consciousness that has been hijacked by politics - IF there is no indictment to be had - "A Ninja Who Got Himself Kilt" is not worthy of a national campaign which demands that the VALUE OF BLACK LIFE be respected.
When given the choice between protection of the prevailing favorable powers versus the transparency that "institutional integrity" requires - the defense against the pain that "stepping upon the ingrown toenail" would provoke is just not worth the value of a single "Ninja's life".

It is easier to venerate "Dr Martin Luther King Jr", showing new HD pictures of masses of people coming to worship at the new statue and to announce plans for a $100M "church building fund" for the 'King Compound In Atlanta" than it is to take to task the present conditions WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY.

The present bodies that are piled up within the community are hidden in the "virtual earthen dam" that today's protection racket seeks to encase them in.

Philadelphia Pennsylvania - A Bloody Start To A New Year

It seems that even Philadelphia Mayor Nutter has lost his ability to make declarative statements about the safety of his city. Instead he turns a "challenge" into a "question"

Sorry Mayor Nutter you are giving the wrong people a 'Stretch Goal".

The MLK Jr holiday has, for all intents and purposes been hijacked for purely political and ideological purposes.

Today those who have most substantively abdicated their responsibility over the communities that their "machines" dominate feel empowered to use the "venerated image of Dr King" as leverage to indict those who always seem to coincidentally be their ideological and political adversaries.

Even though there has been a sea change since the day of Dr King regarding those agents who are committing "Civil Rights Violations" against Black people - they understand that if they do not call these attacks "civil rights violations" that all but those of us who are keen enough to keep track of their hand tricks won't see what they are doing.

What, if anything, do these events - all in the new year - say about war and peace in Philadelphia? Who, if anyone, can make sense of such utterly senseless violence? What scars, if any, do these fatal bullets and raging fists leave on the city's image?
Little. No one. And that depends.
We're off to a bad start, with 17 homicides in the first two weeks of 2012 - the bloodiest tally in the last five years over that span.
Over the long term, though, violent crime has steadily declined in Philadelphia since the 1990s. In Center City, murder, rape, and arson are down by more than 55 percent.
However reassuring those statistics may be to real estate brokers, business owners, and public officials, they are meaningless to the families of victims.
"It's hard to fathom that people value life so little," said Joe Neary, a 61-year-old Upper Chichester accountant whose son Kevin, a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, was shot in the neck during an attempted robbery in Northern Liberties before Thanksgiving.
Kevin Neary was walking home Nov. 15 after a night out with friends when a would-be robber shot him, severing his spinal cord. The second of Neary's three boys, he is now paralyzed from the neck down, unable to breathe on his own.
Before the attack, Kevin Neary had been recruiting staff for health-care facilities and waiting tables at Jones and Union Trust, his father said.
"He loved living in the city. He loved the excitement of it, the vibrancy, the whole milieu of being here."
Kevin Neary and his family do not blame Philadelphia for the tragedy, his father said.
But like the other killings and beatings of the last few months, the attack had symbolic power.

Black Political Operatives - They Are Talking About "Democratic Party Fortunes" Not The Black Community

Right now I am sitting at my computer in which I record "Black Wing Talk Radio" (using Replay AV). I need to reset the connection every 24 hours to record the next day's "propaganda sent to the Negro flock".   When I make my analysis - I have the recorded details to back up my claims.

Right now I am listening to a rebroadcast of the "Keeping It Real" radio show by Professional Progressive Political Preacher Rev Al Sharpton.   Dr Earl Ofari Hutchinson is a guest political analyst giving a run down on the presidential campaign and the national economy. When you listen to the language that they use it is clear that they are not speaking from the perspective of the "Best Interests of the Black Community" but instead from a "Democratic Perspective".   I have yield long ago that it is easier to understand these people by assuming that you hear a "Democrat talking" instead of being fooled by assuming that "a Black person is talking". Everything makes sense when this perspective is adopted.

Dr Hutchinson proved this point with his comments on the economy. He glowed about the "signs of life" that the economy is now showing, proclaiming that if it comes back - "The Republicans are toast".    I notice that when it comes to holding Obama (and the Black Racial Services Machine) accountable for the economy on their watch (local and national) the Embedded Confidence Men play "hot potato".   The quicker they can throw the blame for the economy on the enemy and give Obama credit for any point of light in our economic fortunes, their agenda is accomplished.

As we go beyond the national numbers and retain our focus upon WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY - is there any evidence of an "economic recovery" seen among our people? The Black unemployment rate for December 2012 went UP while all others went down. To be clear I DO NOT believe that any president is directly responsible for the exact rate of employment. It is the aggregate forces that bear upon the economy AND our "national economy" is actually an aggregation of local economies that have "national/international" policies that impact the outcomes. For example - yes our international trade policies can impact the amount of industrial production in Akron OH.

These Embedded Confidence Men understand that the average Black person is more interested in advancing Obama and the Democratic Party than they are in looking at their present standing, noting that this machine dominates all of the institutions where Black people live in our highest concentrations and prepare themselves to note the DISTINCTION between the agenda of the "Black Racial Services Machine" overlay and the BLACK COMMUNITY'S INTERESTS. If there is one thing that I hope to get across is the difference between the "Prevailing Set Of ASSUMPTIONS Held By Black People Regarding What Is BELIEVED To Be The Best Course For Our Community's Development" and the ACTUAL Best Channel For Development. The "constructive feedback" provided by the numbers that are collected by "transparent analysts" (ie :the US Census) provide sufficient information for all who care to provide a check upon the prevailing operatives within our community.

Dr Hutchinson:

"The GOP wrecked the economy. The foreign policy was in shambles. All of the scandals. The American public said 'enough is enough.". He then talks about the continuing problems under Obama but casts it as the need for further clean up "after 8 years of Republican rule".

When I hear this claim I accept it as their opinion. I understand that they are not going to follow up this claim by telling us:

Who wrecked Detroit - injuring hundreds of thousands of Blacks
Who wrecked Philadelphia - injuring hundreds of thousands of Blacks
Who wrecked Cleveland - ..............
Chicago
Newark
St Louis
Milwaukee

It doesn't matter who did it. They need to keep "the congregation" focused for the next battle.

RACISM - Blacks not receiving education
RACISM - Oppressing Black people, keeping us at the bottom of the barrel

A caller called in challenging Sharpton and Hutchinson on the impact of illegal immigration on the interests of Black people.

Shapton replies:
"We can't use the illegal immigration issue as a distraction......"

"We've always been 2 to 3 times unemployed"

"Undocumented people work in the 'underground economy' and thus this is not counted in the official statistics anyway. They are not a threat to the interests of Black people"

This statement by Sharpton captures so many of the points that I model per my analysis.

Establishment Authority Repudiation

PPPP Rev Sharpton is actually a "Lumpen Prolitariat", a consciousness in which the agent believes that prevailing forces prevent them from getting ahead.   Regardless of how much POWER they organize as a machine - they will always "Self-Repudiate" the part that they played in the events that have been obtained.

They have a vested interest to deny their present power as it allows them to aggregate more power over our affairs. Black Inferiority and "Non-White White Supremacy" are the unfortunate consequence of this scheme. Many Black people buy into this as they look forward to the benefit acquired at the end of the transaction of their inferiority and "damaged state".

Here is what draws an a tear in my "internal eye of Black Consciousness" - Sharpton argues "BLACKS HAVE ALWAYS HAD AN EMPLOYMENT RATE 2 TO 3 TIMES THE NATIONAL RATE".    This "factual statement" is rendered to throw the "congregation" off from the fact that THE MACHINE has more control over the institutions in Black America than EVER BEFORE.   If you as a parent would not tolerate your child matriculating through a public school while failing to meet development targets that you have in your own mind regarding her development - WHY would you accept this common refrain that Sharpton has bestowed upon you regarding how things have 'ALWAYS BEEN for the Negro in America"?

Sharpton thus should not be talking about HISTORY, he should be indexing the actual EFFECTIVENESS of the "Black Racial Services Machine" and the "Progressive Joint Venture Partnership" in its ability to CREATE JOBS FOR BLACK PEOPLE.   I have pointed out how ironic it is that the conditions "WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY" serve as their weakest reference of their accomplishments. It serves as the best reservoir to tap the resources of the "Equal Black Ballot" as those of us within who are aggrieved are understood to be good as a perpetual funding source that asks little in return but to be made "proud" by the presence of the "favorable person" who will advance the policies that people prefer, regardless of their effectiveness. By blaming the enemy for the problems the cycle is allowed to continue.

As I showed in the "Black Progressive-Fundamentalist Play Book" from last week - they don't mind admitting their failure.   It is not coupled with a threat of their termination - so it doesn't matter that they are honest about their shortcomings.

We are supposed to accept that our historically high unemployment rate is a factor of THE ENEMY (Republicans) remaining in power as the opposition that oppresses Blacks. It should be noted how the force of "White Supremacy" is now strategically made into a conjunction: "White and Conservative (Republican)". Those who are White but "think in a favorable manner" that is in line with the "Prevailing Negro Political Thought" are no longer attacked as 'the enemy'.

This same consciousness can't fathom the "Dark Matter Analysis" that is left untouched: The machine that they have fused the "Black Community Development Consciousness" toward has been successful at winning elections, thanks to the investments of our "Equal Black Ballots" but has failed us where it counts - Developing our people as we matriculate through the institutions that they now control.

From my perspective - if we put the trumped up threat of "Voter Suppression" on one side of a balance scale and the facts of how the "Progressive Joint-Venture" now dominates all of our community's "Human Resource Development Institutions" - those forces that retain the confidence of Black America - despite failing to develop us, still leveraging their positions on the soap box to continue focusing the "congregation" on the external battles in the "American Political Domain" are the forces doing the greater amount of damage to Black people.

Worse than a "suppressed ballot" which blocks the voice of Black people is a HIJACKED ballot that is deposited and counted, electing "favorable people" who's results garnered for the Black community persistently falls woefully short of the promises with the "Embedded Confidence Men" that orchestrated these INVESTMENTS later seen preparing the Black investors for another round of funding.

Today the federal and state governments can regulate the administration of the voting process, mitigating the molestation of the "Equal Black Ballot" down to the exceptional incidents, the news of which is over-emphasized in order to keep Black people on the "Racial Defensive".

When it comes to the defense of the "Black Community Development Consciousness" there IS NO GOVERNMENT AGENCY in the "American Political Domain" that can provide "Consumer Protection" against its usurpation. This is an oversight function that must come from the inner consciousness of the Black Community.

As long as the "Embedded Black Fox Confidence Men" control the terms of this "inner space" - we can be sure that 50 years from now a new broadcaster who has been trained in the spirit of PPPP Rev Al Sharpton and Dr Hutchinson will be detailing to their Black congregation about how the legacy of "racial oppression since slavery has ALWAYS kept the Black man down".

Nigeria cuts fuel prices after national strike

Nigeria presented the critics of "free market capitalism" an opportunity to comment about how their theories of the alternative of a central government planned economy works in the real world. Just like the present fiscal collapse of Europe - then decided to spike their analysis in order to save face.

I noted a few weeks ago that the story about Nigeria is not that the "government removed price subsidy which caused gasoline to double in price overnight". The real issue is that Nigeria, an oil producing nation has failed to develop sufficient domestic oil refinery infrastructure. All of the royalties that we hear about that foreign nations pay to the central government was channeled through various government agencies while the people received little detectable benefit from these billions of dollars. By removing the subsidy for oil that they exported that is later imported back as refined gasoline the government promised to spend the money on improved infrastructure.

Since most of the press only does "transactional reporting" and/or when they do analysis they are blinded by their own agenda, we did not see the story on Nigeria painted as a fatal flaw of central planned economies. Not only did corrupt politicians misappropriate hundreds of billions of dollars over the last several decades, the citizen victims of their policies understood that their violent protests in rejection of government policies could force the government to reverse course.

If you think that a "corporate economy" where distributed private entities have too much control and need to be reigned in by the central government then you should look at Nigeria as the other extreme. When "the economy" becomes a matter of politics in the hands of the central government then all economic growth gets caught up in the swamp that is the national capital and the greedy politicians that understand their power.

The choice by the central Nigerian government to change their policy which saw fuel go from 65 naira (Nigerian dollars) up to 120 naira and now down to 97 naira (or $0.60 per liter) was a political decision and not an "fiscal" economic one.   It was an "economic" decision though because the government made an economic decision about the price that the violent protests was heaping upon their ability to govern the nation.   The cost of the physical damage and loss of productivity of the nation during these strikes is yet unknown.

Nigeria In Total Is A "Vote Of No Confidence Upon The People"

Nigerians do not have strong contractual property rights.   The petroleum taken from the "Delta Region" for export is acquired via royalties which are paid to the central government and not private land owners. The people who live in the "Delta Region" receive little of this money invested locally for their benefit. As a result there is a hostile relationship between them and the oil companies and government.

The "rebels" who seek to stake their claim to the oil and who are aggrieved by the environmental damage that the oil spills render upon their lands have taken up arms. The government forces are deployed in the region to protect the oil assets in the region.

A more distributed economy and government would be based on property rights and government regulation of the oil operations that are contracted with the property owner.

As it stands today the government is in cahoots with the oil companies and they have a vested interest in perpetuating lax environmental regulations lest their own flow of capital dry up (or can be bought off ).

Those from the outside looking in also express "inferiority" of the government as they go to the international oil companies and seek to compel them to live up to a higher operating order than the government. While I do agree that these international firms should have their own "organic" business principles - it is ultimately up to the sovereign government to set the standards for operation on their turf and ensure that they are high standards. (I didn't say oppressive regulation.) A balance should be achieved for the interests of the country

Just as African economist Dr Dambis Moyo warns about the perils of "Dead Aid", that being foreign aid that reduces the drive for self-development in African nations, I believe that this present assumption that the Nigerian government is too incompetent and thus only Western corporations can reform Nigeria is a similar product of "assumed African inferiority".

On paper Nigeria should be a wealthy state, similar to those in the Middle East. Instead it remains as a desperately poor nation (from the view of the people on the street) with an infrastructure that cannot handle the population growth in its largest cities.

The people on the streets have become accustom to struggling. From their perspective the 60 naira gasoline was the cornerstone of their mobility and standard of living. When the government reset the price, crowding out their meager financial holdings, with nothing else to lose - they began to riot.

This story did not begin when the rocks began streaming through the air. The lack of "organic development" in Nigeria using the capital from their natural resources is a long running affair.    The most difficult concept that I have at present is to show people what they SHOULD BE (if there was efficient governance) and have them prepare themselves for this higher order of living.

Instead most who answer to "The Least Of These" are prone to struggle at the margins.    As the "water level in the lake" that they live in is reduced they are seen fighting in this newly confined space.

Most of their leaders also suffer from the blindness that makes them incompetent in raising the water level in aggregate. Instead they erect plans by which the present set of scarce goods are DISTRIBUTED MORE EQUALLY in the name of "Social Justice".

Violent protests are typically the expression of the masses who feel powerless - never having been developed to be otherwise.

I have not yet committed my views on my new strategy for dealing with the "Civil Rights Pharisees" per their crown jewel event - "The Martin Luther King Jr Day Platform" which allows them to show how out of touch they are with the NEEDS of the Black Community. I am positive that I am a part of a small but growing consciousness that they are out of control, misaligned with the needs of our community in our pursuit to develop "organic competencies".

The Black Rank & File is the real problem. The "Civil Rights Pharisees" and "Embedded Confidence Men" are giving the rank & file what it wants per its present CONSCIOUSNESS. In doing so they fully understand that they don't have to deliver EFFECTIVE RESULTS for our community development.

After they run their entire cycle of the complex rituals that they use to foment UNITY within the congregation, with the express goal of having us invest our "Black Community Development Consciousness" through the Democratic Party - they understand that after they give you the "win" that your present consciousness sees as such - they don't need to produce the results that provoked you to follow along because there is no agent of "transparency enforcement" that is holding them in line. The Black Press which should be playing this role, instead see themselves as the media arm of the Black Racial Services Machine. At this point in time, the most vulnerable point for the Black Community in proportion to our ability as free people for self determination, the Black Press has shown itself to be more corrupt today than at any other time in our history in America.

When I tell you all that more "Ninjas Get Themselves Kilt" in Atlanta on streets named after venerated civil rights heroes some of you no doubt believe that I am biased, unable to see past my "hatred of 'Black Leadership' ", always wanting to "run a Black man down" and thus you dismiss my claim.

I have purposely worked to emphasize the videos and articles using the voice of Black people - so that my "thumb" is removed from the scale as much as possible.   The sign of the "Black woman crying on the local news after suffering a personal loss of a loved one at the hands of a Street Pirate" should be sufficient in getting past the "enigma machine" that the Black Racial Services Machine throws up to distract the truth.

My "agenda" is to stitch together all of the interconnected facts that the average biased Black Press operative and "Black Progressive Blogger Understudy" refuses to do because of their entrenchment with the "Black Racial Services Machine" and the larger "Progressive Joint Venture" machine.    A poster on a blog said the other day that 'Black people are used to getting by on the minimums" (after decades of being disappointed by racism).   I conclude that this same consciousness compels these operatives to "Inferiorize" the murder of a Black person by a "non-exploitable assailant", knowing that regardless the pattern of murder in our community the "Black Rank & File" is not going to revolt against the leadership that promised protection.

Further - when they throw up "threats to the Black community" I apply my "Dark Matter Analysis" where I listen to their argument but dare apply it into the greater scope of issues that our community faces. Almost without fail their focus (ie: on the "State Sponsored Executions") is a mere fraction of the vectors though which Black people's bodies are presented to the mortician for preparation for burial each year.   When it comes to addressing the disastrous span between our 13% population proportion and our 50% homicide victim statistic they understand that they their ideology prevents them from culturally regulating Black people -lest they adopt hated conservative (oppressive in their view) theories for governance.

They can't bring themselves to see that the Black Community is oppressed by the cloud of violence that causes many people in parts of the community to live in fear.

And, according to a release from the church, Ebenezer’s Sr. Pastor Raphael G. Warnock will offer strong remarks about the Republican presidential race, specifically about candidate Newt Gingrich.
This comes on the heels of Gingrich's appearance Saturday at a black church in South Carolina where he faced tough questions about his past statements on race and class, according to the Associated Press. Gingrich, making a rare appearance by a Republican primary candidate before a black church, visited Jones Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church in Columbia, where he peppered with questions about his assertion that poor children lack work ethic and his criticism of Obama as a "food-stamp president," according to AP.
Ebenzer did not offer any more details on what Warnock might have to say about Gingrich.
Valerie B. Jarrett, a White House senior advisor and assistant to the president will bring remarks on behalf of the Obama administration. . . Described as a friend and confident to both President and Mrs. Obama, during the 2008 campaign Jarrett was usually at Obama's side in her capacity as a campaign senior advisor.

It is clear to me that these "Civic Rights Pharisees" are actually INCOMPETENT in enacting a governing regime over the Black community through which these homicide numbers are brought into line with our population proportion. They are expert in the "moral indignity" of the "EXTERNAL INDICTMENT" against their ideological adversaries in government, corporations and society. When it comes to the most OFFENSIVE words that fill my ears:.......

"Another Black man was murdered on the streets"
"Another predominately Black school is not on course to 'finish' our children in line with our community needs"
"Another bit of proof that Bayard Rustin's economic development plan for the Black community has failed to develop the platform for job creation, leaving our people Under-DEployed"

They Are Not Going To Stop

Neither the 'Street Pirate' nor the "Civil Rights Pharisee" is going to stop.
What they do is too profitable.
What they do has no CHECK enforced by the Black Rank & File.

Today it is the 'Street Pirate' and his actions of stealing the metal from the HVAC units of the cathedrals that the Civil Rights Pharisees are heard selectively focusing their congregation to the world outside.

If you recall - last year about this time we as a community were focused on "The Black man in Mississippi who was found hanging in a White neighborhood". The police ruled it a homicide. This drew a lot of action from the "Civil Rights Pharisees".

Later on in the spring I heard the (now) late Rev Howard Creecy, former head of the SCLC, on a local radio show talking about the 'Lynching in Mississippi". I noted that Rev Creecy had "drove past hundreds of 'Black carcasses' in Georgia and Alabama on his way to the lynching scene. I called this "Creecy's Cadence". The purposeful focus upon "indictable events" for the purposes of riling up the congregation with the benefit of creating a 'siege mentality', allowing the leaders off the hook. It is clear that the senior pastor at Ebeneezer Baptist Chruch, Rev Raphael G. Warnock has mastered "Creecy's Cadence". This year a Black high school football star was murdered in Mississippi. Unfortunately for Devin Mitchell he was killed via a more common means - a violent shooting at his apartment complex in Starkville.

There will be no one heard carrying on "Creecy's Cadence" in support of Devin Mitchell. He will not appear on the pages of "The Final Call". His killer is not of "Superior Interest" to the Civil Rights Pharisees. His killer is "JUST another Black man". If the Civil Rights Pharisees wondered aloud if Mitchell's killer had received a life-full of messages which taught them "racism against Black people" then this would be a "self-indictment" upon the prevailing Black culture, unlike what we would be likely to hear if Mitchell had been shot dead by a "White police officer".

Rev Warnock plans to excoriate Republican Newt Gingrich for his "racist statements" on the campaign trail. Fine. He has the free speech rights to do whatever his congregation finds pleasing.

My agenda is to assemble a more TRANSPARENT set of priorities - not defined by my own biases but by what I hear, in aggregate, from the community. It is clear that the Civil Rights Pharisees and the Biased Black Progressive Press has no interest in aligning our "conscious attention" with these organic priorities.

I understand that after each external indictment that they make against their enemies - the Street Pirate - those who's consciousness was fomented by the community institutions that these forces dominate - are going to do series of actions to the Black community that trumps the assault that the Civil Rights Pharisees want us to focus upon.

As Rev Warnock filled the church bus to go to Jackson GA to protest the "State Sponsored Execution" of convicted cop killer Troy Davis - there was a "Street Pirate Sponsored Execution" in the "Old Fourth Ward" - a few short minutes from the grand spire of the Ebenezer Baptist Church. The air conditioning inside of the sanctuary seems unable to alter the quality of air in the community that surrounds them.

Man Receives "Old School Philly Beat Down" But With More Deadly Results In The "Old City" Section Of Philadelphia

I have seen my share of "Philly Beat Downs" in my day. When someone from the wrong part of town or the wrong clique gets bum rushed and beaten down mercilessly.

The recent attack in Philadelphia in which 4 men jump out of a car and beat down one man who's only crime appears to be telling a cabbie to turn off his lights rises beyond what I have ever seen on the streets of Philadelphia.In an attack as brutal as it was senseless, a 23-year-old man was dead Saturday night after being beaten by three men near Independence Hall early in the morning, police said.The killing stemmed from a misunderstanding over a hailed cab, investigators said.About 2:30 a.m., in the bustle of an Old City weekend night, the victim, whose name police did not immediately release Saturday, was walking with two female friends on Chestnut Street near Fourth Street - the trio having just left Lucy's Hat Shop Restaurant & Lounge a few blocks away.The victim, who graduated from Temple University in 2010 and had recently begun working at an insurance firm, tried flagging down a cab, investigators said.The taxi's rooftop lights were on, signaling it was available, but there were passengers inside and it did not stop, investigators said.

"Independence Hall" is a short distance away from the "Constitution Center", the location of the recent "Free Mumia Rally" in which "social justice activists of leisure" told of the turpitude and treachery that the US, state and local government had exacted upon "revolutionaries".

When their antics are placed on the street and "operationalized" there appears to be a massive gap between their ability to recognize the power wielded by governments, corporations and "the 1%" and their consciousness that "one paper cut at a time" as delivered by a Street Pirate proves to be just as deadly as the victim "bleeds out" on the streets.

These brick ladened streets of the "Independence Mall" area of Philadelphia is a prime tourist spot where millions come each year to see the buildings "Great White Founding Fathers" gathered together to build this nation that I heard a Black blogger call "corrupt and evil" just the other day. The one thing that is for certain is that the blood of the now deceased 23 year old has been washed off of the hands of the 3 Street Pirates who beat him to death and off of the cold bricks of "Independence Mall". With the King Holiday on tomorrow - more than 85,000 people are expected to be in the area, according to reports. They need not see a blood stain to upset them as they see how much Philadelphia PA in 2012 has outpaced the flagitious conditions of Philadelphia Mississippi of 1964.

"This is a senseless and tragic incident," Evers said. "Young people were out having a good time, and seconds later this kid is dead."

How The "Subprime Progressive Fundamentalist Leadership" Is Able To Fail The Black Community Yet Continue To Lead Us In "The Struggle Motion"

Though I observe and disagree profusely with the antics that the "Black Racial Services Machine" operatives execute as they work hard to keep the "congregation" unified and investing their "Black Community Development Consciousness" into a prescribed channel - I "respect their 'baller status' ".

If we dispense of any notions of the integrity of "Black Nationalism", "Afro Centrism" or "Moral Authority" and merely look at the fundamental principle of "Group Think 101" these "Embedded Confidence Men" must be credited for being effective in their agenda. At least the "front end" of their agenda: "Ideological Unity Enforcement Upon The Congregation".

These skilled operatives have the ability to compel masses of Black people to abdicate their personal and collective responsibility to Protect, Grow and Invest their "Community Valuables" in a manner that produces ORGANIC COMPETENCIES. Their primary methodology for their provincial success is by keeping our people thinking TRANSACTIONALLY. As a result "the next confrontation or election" becomes the focal point. They argue that any demand for earnest money demanded by any Negro before they agree to take one more step forward with the congregational leaders is a vote to allow the ENEMY to return to power. Thus such an internal challenger that demands "to see the books" is himself an AGENT FOR THE ENEMY. (Right Tavis Smiley?)

There are a new set of talking points being broadcast out by the "Black Racial Services Machine" - all with the agenda of compelling Black people to look past what we were promised more immediately 3 years ago but architecturally about 50 years ago. This being the promise of our community salvation would come through the channel of American electoral politics and that we must remain congregationally united, speaking as one voice to the "external powers" who held the resources that would make us whole.

If you play close attention to the antics that are at play you can easily note a few interesting attributes:

Those who PURPORT to be advancing the "Black Community's Permanent Interests" do not FOCUS WITHIN the Black Community as our present condition after decades of "Struggle" is a counter-reference to their "good works".

They instead speak as a voice of THE PEOPLE in their PRESENT CONSCIOUSNESS. Their condition is less a consequence of their previous "investment choices" as they purchased that which they were told would provide "uplift" but is more of a consequence of their present state in the perpetual battle against "the other team".
With this 'Team Consciousness" (as Malcolm X had framed it) - they don't see the failure of their past investments as the grounds to refuse to do business with the "retail agent" that has took their valuables yet disappointed them. They see their losses as a function of what "the other team" has done to block their "play from scrimmage" and/or make their own selfish gains at their expense.
In any event these are the mechanics of how the "Equal Black Ballot" becomes functionally nullified in its correlation to the events on the streets of Black America.
The Black vote is an "Opposition Vote". If the "Mission Accomplished Zone" becomes void of "opposition" (see Detroit, Chicago and Cleveland) then the "Struggle Leaders" will scale their focus to FIND where the adversary's battle front is and then shift the focus of their rhetorical chum bucket fed to "the strugglers" to draw them into this area.

Today's newly-retreaded talking points are:

As you analyze why they are promoting these "disarming principles" if you fail to apply a TIME LINE and an STRUCTURAL dimension to their latest agents for struggle - you will forget how you were targeted in the past.

With respect to TIME - those who fail to note that in the past election cycles within the American system they sold the promise of "Equality, Justice, Fairness" as the gateway to OPPORTUNITY for Black people.

As they presented these worthy agenda items before our eyes - they told us that these would be achieved IF we first unified, with the vehicle that they have vetted, and adopted a certain methodology - through which our community would be made to prosper.

As I assess the situation that our people face I also realize the frivolity of attempt to get A PEOPLE to enforce the PROMISES that were made to them as a key "contractual agreement" for their continued interactions with other agents.

The fact that these masses of Black people are made to believe that the overlay group that I call "The Black Racial Services Machine" ARE "THEMSELVES" - an innate and imprescriptible component of our community makes it that much harder for people to assemble the necessary architectural separation between the "permanent interests" of Black America and the METHODOLOGY that purports to deliver our salvation.

Our people have the mistaken belief that that which appeals to us in our present consciousness is in fact that which will lead to our salvation BECAUSE there is prevailing belief among the masses. A circular reference, indeed.

What is actually needed is a system of transparency that will "keep the people from 'themselves' ". This being the self-serving, insider trading in which "majority rules" despite what the "majority knows" is the case otherwise. This is the "architectural" component of my argument. The need for more sophisticated structures of internal governance.

By having an external enemy as the source of all of our conscious discontent those who are the "Embedded Confidence Men" understand that not only are we 'There for the Taking" - if the present leadership DID NOT deploy us in a 'Struggle" then some other worthy leader would step in and perform the task.

Outside of a murder trial the family of the murder victim and the executor of the "Street Pirate Sponsored Execution" get into a physical confrontation.

But for the formal setting of the church that their "congregation" that is listening attentively will be sitting in and the national network news feed that this blessed day will expose to the rest of the world, including the IRS, this speaker who has been bequeathed by "Dr King" would otherwise let out a yell "Lets go get those Republican Tea Party bastards and then hand out voter registration cards to all who join in on our crowd!!!!".

As I listened to a radio promotion in which a modern day activist told of a discussion later in the day regarding how Black people today can use the insight from Dr King to address our struggles with RACISM(!!!) today I was made to think

"Dr King Did Not Have Lieutenants Who Where Heard In A Public Forum Stating That They Would Not Criticize Commander In Chief Johnson About His War In A Foreign Land And Thus, For The First Time In Our History As Free People In America ' Speaking Truth To Power' Was Muffled Because 'It Might Give The President's Enemies Rhetorical Ammunition To Use Against Him"

On Monday I will release my personal plan on how to celebrate the "Martin Luther King Jr Day" - a holiday within the "American Political/Social Domain" as I apply it to the "Black Community Cultural Consciousness & Competency Development Domain".

This latest episode of death in the City of Philadelphia proves that this is the time to go against the grain as there is a measure of entreched bigotry in existence today that Dr King did not have to deal with during his day.

The common denominator between Dr King's day and now is that "Ninjas Are Still Getting Themselves Kilt".

The Dead Black Man which figured so prominently during the "Civil Rights Movement" is today a streaming set of news that is a point of embarrassment that is spiked so that the "Ingrown Toenail" that throbs inside of our community is not stepped upon. The "congregation" seems to be in agreement with this scheme.

The practice of "Veneration Of The Dead Leaders And Vicarious Of The Living Leaders", all done as part of a "protection racket" that avoids us having to address the truth closely parallels the "history" that the long time oppressor of Black people have committed into writing per their "history books". This proves, once again that "Black People Are 100% Equal" per our propensities - good and bad.

There will be no marches in Philadelphia about their status as the "Most Deadly Big City In America". This is rightfully so. This is not a problem that a "march" or a "struggle" is going to fix. The city of Philadelphia has a problem with "Would Be Pillars Of The Community" being feed messages into their 5 senses that allow them to foment into "Street Pirates" - the main attackers of the Black Community today.

The more that "the congregation" stand by and LISTEN to the hijacked messages from the podium on this "Blessed 3rd Monday In January that 'Jesus' has granted to us" and as we look forward to the re-release of the 'Civil Rights films" as they have been "colorized" and turned into "1080p high definition" for play in February on our "LCD flat screen televisions" - the more that our community will remain in its present fate.

The "Struggle" today is a struggle to NOT BE ALONE, ALL BY OURSELVES, the theories that are used as indictments against others becoming the "last policies standing", the source of our community's prevailing living standard.
