The "Man Made / Man Managed" US Justice System Gets Two Murder Trials Outcomes Wrong

CONVICTED OF MURDERING HIS YOUNG SON
This guy was not a sympathetic character.  But he wasn't (likely) a Murderer either.

Clearly he was a 'Square' all of his life and then found 'Love' on the Internet, provoking him to cheat on his wife as he became one of the Online Dating Stories in which the actual man who showed up looked nothing like his picture.

While I will not lose any sleep over the guy's conviction for the "Murder Of His Young Son" - It is very likely that his team of lawyers will file an appeal and get the conviction over turned once the salaciousness of the entire episode and trial dies down.

His Ex-Wife testified that it was an accident and her ex-husband could not have intentionally murdered the son that he loved.

With so many other problems in Cobb County Georgia (and the metro area) it is stunning that so many resources were applied to get a conviction for this circumstantial case.

"MANSLAUGHTER" AND "CHILD ENDANGERMENT" WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE FITTING CHARGES TO CONVICT HIM OVER
MISTRIAL - DEADLOCKED JURY ONE BOOB ON THE JURY HELD UP A UNANYMOUS GUILTY VERDICT

I Am The First One To Agree That "Policemen Are Humans And Do Not Turn Their Emotions On And Off After They Are Engaged In A Struggle With A Suspect".
IN THIS CASE, Walter Scott WAS NOT A THREAT To Officer Slager.  Yet He Fired 8 Shots As Scott Was Evading Him

While Walter Scott Was Wrong For Withholding His Information From The Police To Avoid Being Re-Arrested For $18,000 In Child Care Payments - THE ACTIONS OF OFFICER SLAGER WILL COST THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT 400 TIMES THIS AMOUNT IN LIABILITY AND TRIAL COSTS

NO I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THIS MISTRIAL SHOWS LARGER (RACIAL) RAMIFICATIONS.

This Is ONE PERSON Out Of 11 Jurors - Whose Sentiments Are Disconnected From Reality.

(I will withhold the video from the interview with the juror in the 'OJ Simpson Case' who admitted that she practiced 'JURY NULLIFICATION' in order to 'Get Back At' the 'Rodney King Verdict' -------UNLESS the rhetoric surrounding this case boils over into B.S.)
