Philadelphia Mayor Kenney - "The David Zirin Mayor" - Heavy Appropriation Of "Black Grievances", While Confident That His Black Constituents Will Be More Thankful For Being Recognized Rather Than Noting The Amount Of Valuables They Invested Into 'Social Jutice/ Unicorn Pee' With The Hope Of Development

SUMMARY: WITH "AMERICANIZED BLACKNESS" BEING INDEX TO 'POPULARISM' - AND 'POPULARITY BEING A DERIVATIVE OF PROPAGANDA - THOSE WHO VOICE THE PRESENT CONDITION OF THE "COLONIZED AMERICANIZED SO-CALLED NEGRO" WILL ALWAYS ATTAIN ACCLAIM. THE ONLY HOPE FOR 'ORGANIC COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT' IS TO SWITCH TO A 'RETURN ON INVESTMENT' MODEL BY WHICH ANY FUTURE INVESTMENT OF ONE'S VALUABLES IS CONTINGENT UPON EVIDENCE THAT THE 'LEAST OF THESE' HAVE ATTAINED THE ABILITY TO DO A FORENSIC AUDIT OF THEIR TRUST FUND

As A Native Of Philadelphia I CAN'T BRING MY SELF TO THE POINT WHERE I FULLY BLAME A POLITICIAN, REGARDLESS OF HIS COLOR,  FOR PUTTING FORTH NARRATIVE OF THE COURSE OF BLACK DEVELOPMENT IN PHILLY THAT DOES NOT COMPORT WITH THE TRUTH OF HOW THE NEGRO WAS SYSTEMATICAL HARVESTED OF HIS VALUABLES AS HE PUT HIS HOPE FOR BLACK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT INTO LOCAL POLITICAL POWER, YET 30 YEARS LATER, AFTER ATTAINING A LOCK ON LOCAL POWER HE REMAINS  UNDERDEVELOPED BUT IS NOW SCHEMING WITH HIS INVESTMENT ADVISERS TO NATIONALIZE HIS HOPES FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE

When Marty Moss Coane Heard The Mayor Of Philly Blame Their Common Enemy, The Republicans For The Education Spending Shortfall In Philly.....
You Can Put A Black Face On Failure, As Long As The Picture Advances Progressive Fundamentalism

......She Did Not Thing To Go Back To An Interview Earlier In The Week And Challenge Him With The Cost Per Pupil  Radio Times School Funding In PA &NJ
A Minimum Of $9000 Is Needed To Educate A Child In PA

Philadelphia Spends $16,000 Per Student
The Truth Is:The School Funding Debate Is A Rouse.
There Is Little Actual Interest In Developing Black Student Performance.
Black Students Are Merely A Token For Use By The Progressive Colonizers To Nationalize Their Agenda
