Alan Judd LISTS all of the behavior that these troubled students display BOTH in their "normal" school room setting and then as the behavior continued in the "Segregation schools" - the GNETS school. NOT ONE TIME did Mr Judd make a JUDGEMENT of the student's outlandish behavior and how other children have their instructional time stolen from them, or worse - the rocks thrown at his fellow students by "David" might have seriously injured them - thus JUSTIFYING his removal from the "Normal School".

Instead we see that Alan Judd is operating off of a permutation of "Mass Incarceration Nation" and seeks to PUT THE SYSTEM ON TRIAL. He saves his opinion and commentary for how THE SYSTEM has treated these disruptive students, denying them of the needed psychological treatments and farming them into RACIALLY SEGREGATED "GHETTO SCHOOLS".
It is strange that while Mr Judd is keen on using THE PERFECT 1.0 WHITE REFERENCE in order to prove 'Disparate Impact', despite all of his claim that GNETS is underfunded and is failing to provide psychological treatment - he never mentions that this $70 million funding, spread among 3,352 students comes to $19,707 per student spending in the GNETS program.
The very same AJC reported in 2015 that Georgia spends an average of $9,402 per student.
THE AJC KNOWS THAT THE MAJORITY OF ITS READERS ARE NOT GOING TO CROSS REFERENCE THEIR LATEST CLAIMS WITH CLAIMS THAT THEY MADE IN THE PAST AND THEN PULL IN A THIRD PARTY SOURCE OF INFORMATION TO CHALLENGE EVERYTHING THAT THE AJC HAS CLAIMED
