PASSOVER -  December 22, 2015: A Negro In West Philly Is Shot In The Head While Walking His Dog.  When The Police Arrive He Body Is Found Laying On The Ground, His Pet Dog Still Bound By The Leash, Standing By His Dead Owners Body

"When neighbors saw him lying on the sidewalk, he was still holding the leash in his hands and the dog was attached; so although he was unconscious and lying on the sidewalk, he was still holding onto his dog leash," Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small said.

So far police have not identified a suspect and the motive remains a mystery.
