This is not the video from "CNBC" called "The Pot Barrons Of Colorado" but it will do to get the point across.
I AIN'T MAD AT WHITE LIBERALS!!!
While many Black people say with pride "American Culture Is Driven By Black Culture" as they point to the fact that most White Spring Break parties now have hip hop and R& B music..............
The larger truth is that BLACK GRIEVANCES serve as the basis for "Progressive Public Policy".
They wanted to "Legalize Weed" so they pointed to DISPARATE ARREST RATES FOR BLACK FOLKS WITH WEED AS COMPARED TO WHITE FOLKS.
Colorado quickly blew past the "Medical Marijuana" phase and are now doing "Casual Use".
The "CNBC" video that I am referring to showed the 'Gold Rush" that is taking place as well capitalized individuals are working to build up their brand/ franchises before "Big Business" scoops in and buys them out - making them multi-millionaires.
The one thing that I did not realize before watching the news documentary is that the "Marijuana Business" in Colorado is a CASH ONLY BUSINESS
- You must pay cash at the retail counter
- The Marijuana shops pay their employees salary in cash
- If they obtain their supplies from a wholesaler - they pay for these supplies in cash
The reason for all of this is because the federally charted banks see this business as illegal - according to federal law. They are averse to being charged with money laundering - and as a result they close the commercial bank accounts of these businesses once they detect the line of business they are in.
As a result all of these businesses have loads of cash money on hand.
IF marijuana is legalized in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Illinois or Georgia AND these banking laws remain as they are - you would be insane to work in a marijuana dispensery in North Philly - for example. With money and weed in one place -
|I Rob Drug Dealers|
What employee (or a legitimate business) in their right mind would agree to package $80,000 cash into a nondescript bag in order to carry it to the wholesale weed supplier in order to restock the business?
Now that this guy's face in on the national news (operating from Denver) HE WOULD BE A FOOL to go on another supply run without security protection.
Everything about this scheme is a mirror of "urban drug dealing" EXCEPT it is LEGAL and they have a comptroller that applies "Generally Accepted Accounting Principles".
While the threat of violence is abundant with the cash proceeds on hand - at least acquisution of "a Block" is not done by VIOLENCE. The one franchise owner was looking for a $4 million offer for a buyout.
