If "" Is Able To Detect "Political Hate Speech" Among The Parties In Kenya Why Is It That The Speech Heard On "Black Wing Grievance Talk Radio" Is Called "Resolve"?

The Umati project sought to identify and understand the use of dangerous speech in the Kenyan online space in the run-up to the Kenya general elections. Apart from monitoring online content in English, a unique aspect of the Umati project was its focus on locally spoken vernacular language; online blogs, groups, pages and forums in Kikuyu, Luhya, Kalenjin, Luo, Kiswahili, Sheng/Slang and Somali were monitored.

In all seriousness - The "" blog is an excellent source of technological and social current events on the continent of Africa.

The truth is - for the "Americanized Blacks" we should not seek to play "gotcha politics" by seeking out 'HATE SPEECH' conducted by them via the official channels into the Black community.

It is far more valuable to look at the 'THEFT OF CONSCIOUS ATTENTION' that is transpired and how it serves to undercut the 'Black Community Governance Culture".

In Kenya, as well as America "Hate Speech" is used for "congregational unity" purposes by "Keeping The Enemy On Trial" so the friends in power are provided with cover.
