The Economic Condition Of Black People	O'Reilly - Reads Off Various Statistics About The "Black Economic Vital Statistics" Under Obama Powell asks "Why do you direct 'Black questions' at me when I am an American?	O'Reilly - WHY DO YOU START THE CLOCK On The "Black Economic Condition" From 2008 (Obama)? Of COURSE the rebuttal from the "Black Racial Services Machine" will be turned back to 1865 or 1692 to rebut you. THE CORRECT ANSWER to nullify the BOTH OF YOU - is to look at the past 50 years of INVESTMENTS made by the Black Community. WHEREAS we have a history of forced economic behavior by derision - when the BLACK STRUGLGE became a POLITICAL STRUGGLE - the Black Community accepted certain PROMISES that would result IF WE INVESTED. The proper question, Mr O'Reilly and General Powell is to make note of the ORGANIC GROWTH (Uplift) that is or is not present WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY, through the INSTITUTIONS that have been placed in FAVORABLE HANDS. The point that YOU WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND - Mr O'Reilly - is that TODAY'S 'Black Community' consciousness is a victim of REGULATORY CAPTURE. The sight of THESE NUMBERS that you speak of - MAY INDEED  be brought up for scrutiny and be judge insufficent - SEE BEN JEALOUS - BUT - 'The Black Racial Services Machine" is a POLITICAL OPPERATION and as result it is NEVER going to ask "WHERE IS THE MONEY THAT WE GAVE TO US AS WE PROMISED OURSELVES THAT WE WOULD EXPERIENCE GROWTH" You CAN'T DO ANYTHING for a CONSCIOUSNESS that: Sees VALUE in "ITSELF" being represented in SEATS OF POWER and as a result of WANTING "MORE OF THIS" it can't bring itself to PROTEST AGAINST the "Favorable Person In Power' - DESPITE the fact that the PREVIOUS OCCUPANT was SUPERIOR enough to DENY this CONSCIOUSNESS their SOCIAL JUSTICE RIGHTS They VALUE this POWER more than they value their PERMANENT INTERESTS so it is best to leave them alone, allowing this grand contradiction to be corrected OR they implode
The Economy	General Powell - We Have Seen Improvements In The Economy - Though Not Enough.   The Stock Market Has Doubled In Value	PROPER FRAMING - DO NOT allow a person to talk about the NATIONAL ECONOMY and assume that this is synonymous with the LOCAL ECONOMY US Fiscal Policy is done on a national level There are international influences on the US economy THE LOCAL ECONOMIC forces and facts, however, are the greatest determining factor of the average American's employment status, job security, salary and economic productivity  The PROPER QUESTION for General Powell would have been a focused discussion on the LOCAL INSTITUTIONS in the places WHERE BLACK AMERICANS LIVE IN OUR GREATEST CONCENTRATIONS.  While most would rather talk about  POLITICAL VICTORIES as evidence of what BLACK PEOPLE PREFER - they are loathed to define IF these "Human Resource Development Institutions" that are now in favorable hands are sufficiently producing "FINISHED PRODUCT" - the "Professional Service Agents" who will sell their services and goods within the local market place - satisfying the NEEDS, receiving compensation and thus perpetuating a strong economy. When you allow a person to SELL "OBAMA" OR SELL "BUSH" - in their cheerleading they are prone to evade this critical inspection of the LOCAL INSTITUTIONS. The truth is that the Black community should have far, far more commercial entities, financed from the local economic activity, to DEMAND LABOR from the local market place, thus putting people to work. When you are bent on VOTING YOURSELF SALVATION - you see A JOB as a POLITICAL OUTCOME rather than the economics of SKILLED TALENT matched with market demand.
Education	O'Reilly - "America spends more on education per capita than any other nation besides Switzerland"	O'Reilly errs as he makes this a debate on Money (Effective spending). His Progressive Fundamentalist opponents have a long list of data points to show that certain "Inner City Schools" don't get the funding that the lily White suburban schools get.  Recall that operatives left Chicago and its 406,000 students and went to Hutington Creek(?) IL to find a school district with 4,000 students to do their financial comparison on per capita spending. THIS IS AN ISSUE GREATER THAN FUNDING!!!! Why didn't O'Reilly do more research regarding Powell's own charitable work for "America's Promise" in which his "TED Talk" message told of the need for STRUCTURE and RESPONSIBILITY as the necessary platform for increasing the likelihood of future prosperity? You need not challenge Powell.  You ask that he OPINE about WHY the Progressive networks that he now frequents never ask him IF the ecosystem where "The Least Of These" live, which the Progressives receive the balance of the "valuables" from - are in line with HIS OWN MODEL and why have you never been asked this question before?  Are the progressives content with the flow that they receive from these places? We are dealing with INSTITUTIONAL GOVERNANCE INSTITUTIONAL INTEGRITY RESPECT/DISCIPLINE FOR/WITHIN AN INSTITUTION Simply put - those who hold up the sign that says "Education Is The Gateway To EQUALITY" have less intent to MANAGE the institution that they have in their possession into one that fits these spoken words than they do in putting this flag in the ground and demanding that AMERICA LIVE UP TO THIS PRINCIPLE. They can't see that THEY ARE "AMERICANS" in the phrase: "America doesn't want to see a Black man........................". 10 years ago we were having a dog fight over "No Child Left Behind" - with claims of profiteering for corporate contracts on the backs of Black kids who were intentionally failed.  Today we see "White House Photo-Ops" where many of the same past critics are seen "cheezing" over the notion that the "White House Initiative For African-American Education" is going to DO SOMETHING that the LOCAL POLITICAL MACHINES failed to do when they achieved "Mission Accomplished" status in these same school systems.   It seems to me that the real debate is the "Government Jobs Program & Political Power Base" versus the "Corporatization And 'Management By Numbers" is at the bottom of it all.  BOTH HAVE FAILED, using our children as pawns - with the adults fighting for their own interests. Family Values	O'Reilly - The Republican Party is pushing "Family Values", yet you seem to be drifting away from that	The GOP owns "Family Values" as much as the Democrats own "Justice". IN BOTH CASES it is used as a WEAPON against their enemy - while they both fall short when they do a "Self Breast Exam". I was disappointed to hear Black Republican Star Parker take what was otherwise an accurate speech (on the damage of adopting the CONSUMER consciousness of "Social Justice") yet attribute the counter narrative TO THE REPUBLICAN PARTY. A Black Republican loyalist is no different than a "Black Democrat" except they don't have as large of a following nor the ability to corrupt the institutions of "Black America" for their party's benefit - with a large number of people going along with the scheme.
America Is "Browning"	Colin Powell - "The Republican Party is not seriously considering the demographic changes that are taking place in this country	PROPER RESPONSE - General Powell you are speaking about "POPULARISM". Shouldn't the REAL question be - "As we look in the places where the opposition to the Right wing has their most UNCHECKED POWER - do YOU see sufficient DEVELOPMENT OF 'THE LEAST OF THESE' - via the INSTITUTIONS that they now control?   NOT with 'Social Justice Entitlements' that allow the masses to live up to a 'CONTRACTED AMERICAN STANDARD OF LIVING ' - but sufficient ORGANIC COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT so that they are able to operate their ecosystem up to their desired living standard? The ONLY thing that you are making note of, General Powell, is that today's Fiat National Economy will experience a shift in PRIORITIES for its DISTRIBUTIONS.    We have already established that this nation is $16 trillion in debt, the Federal Reserve has created $2 Trillion of "Magic Money" sense the "Economic Melt Down" and absent some major structural adjustment where our "Economic Expectations" are PUSHED DOWNWARD TOWARD THE LOCAL ECONOMY to fulfill - this NATIONAL FIAT ECONOMY IS GOING TO MELT DOWN. NOT BECAUSE OF "RACIAL CHANGE" but because it FAILED TO DEVELOP PEOPLE IN LINE WITH THE NEED FOR ECONOMIC OUTPUT. How is this abstraction between the people's standard of living from their actual production any different from the Wall Street confidence men who were over-leveraged 6 to $1 dollar on hand?
A New Leadership Model For The Future	Powell: WE MUST EDUCATE "THE MINORITIES" FOR POSITIONS OF LEADERSHIP	The BLACK CONSCIOUS ATTENTION FILIBUSTER GENERAL POWELL - we just concluded "Silly Season" - the "2012 Presidential Elections" YOU SAY "PREPARATION FOR LEADERSHIP". General Powell - this was the first election that the LEADER OF THE FREE WORLD was made into a VICTIM. General Powell - WE KNOW that you would say "The Republicans" should take the duties to run the country MORE SERIOUSLY and thus REMOVE ALL 'CRAZIES' from the microphone to represent the GOP. When we consider the POWER IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES - and the "BLACK CONSCIOUS ATTENTION FILIBUSTER" that was run, the new "SYSTEMATIC RACISM CHASING" operation that was developed in the Progressive Fundamentalist Propaganda Press forced  A REDEFINITION OF "RACISM". No longer is RACISM the conjunction of: Racial Hatred AND POWER TO INJURE that person Instead we see a more insidious con - by which the PRESIDENT, THE US ATTORNEY GENERAL and the Ambassador To The United Nations were called VICTIMS OF RACISM. All the while, General Powell - which this CON was being run - THE AMERICAN IMPERIALIST MILITARY PARTNERED WITH NATO to BOMB AFRICA and Yemen. General Powell - WHY have you never been asked by anyone else to "put your head around" that one? General Powell - IS THIS A "SOUTHERN LYNCHING SCENE" where a BLACK MAN IS BEING TORCHED? OR is this the IMAGE OF "THE FACE OF AMERICAN IMPERIALISM" being set ablaze? NOW TELL US - General Powell - WHY AREN'T THESE PICTURES AS POPULAR IN "THE BLACK /PROGRESSIVE PRESS" as the one's from the time when YOU WERE Secretary Of State?
Popularism	Powell: You Can't Have Immigration Policies That Impact Them In A Negative Way	Colin Powell's argument is the EPITOME of CONSUMERISM. Hispanic Immigrants are COMING TO AMERICA because their HOME NATIONS are NOT sufficiently providing them with SOCIAL JUSTICE. Black Progressives have INVESTED THEIR VALUABLES into the present STATE OF THEIR "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED ZONES" - YET despite having FAVORABLE PEOPLE IN POWER at the LOCAL LEVEL - who made promises of the benefits to be received - THEY HAVE NOW NATIONALIZED their "Social Justice Struggle".  With the "Regulatory Capture" that has been put in place by the "Black Racial Services Machine" INSTEAD OF SAYING "We will not take one more step with you until you DELIVER UPON YOUR PROMISES - THROUGH THE INSTITUTIONS THAT WE HELPED YOU TO TAKE OVER ......until you SHOW US THE ORGANIC DEVELOPMENT THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED. General Powell can't see that this is a fundamentalist VIOLATION OF "INSTITUTIONAL INTEGRITY".  He believes in SELLING YOUR VOTE TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER who won't OFFEND YOU. YES IT IS TRUE - the RIGHT WING PARTY might go OUT OF BUSINESS.  (I actually hope they do) WHAT POWELL CANNOT DO is to LOOK AT THE mission accomplished zones where the evil RIGHT WING has been defeated and show evidence that SOCIAL JUSTICE flows like a raging river. IN MY VIEW until the PROGRESSIVE MOVEMENT is accepted as THE ESTABLISHMENT POWER who FAILED TO PRODUCE "Social Justice" - as promised to THE LEAST OF THESE - it is the LEAST OF THESE who will be strung along - always the CONSUMER but never living up to the demand for them to develop the necessary GOVERNANCE CULTURE to endure for the ages.
Voter Suppression	Powell - You Can't Make It Harder For Minorities To Vote	Seattle Times - Black Voter Participation Outstripped WHITE Voter Participation For The First Time Politico - MSNBC Experiences A 60% Increase In Black Viewership IS IT POSSIBLE that the NARRATIVE about BLACK VOTER SUPPRESSION GOT OUT before hand through the propaganda channels - AS WELL AS DID the NULLIFICATION of the conditions in the MISSION ACCOMPLISHED ZONES  and thus no one lost their elective seat in DETROIT - because of the message "WE NEED TO STICK TOGETHER to overcome this ATTACK ON BLACK LEADERSHIP"? GENERAL POWELL SAYS "THERE WASN'T ANY FRAUD" INDEED in the AMERICAN SYSTEM OF ELECTION there was not sufficient FRAUD to support many of the REPUBLICAN'S CLAIM.
