Police are looking for two suspects in the fatal shooting of a rapper who only hours earlier had tweeted about death threats against him.
Justin Mitchell, also known as “Yung Teddy,” was found shot to death at his Austell home Wednesday night, Channel 2 Action News reported.
Mitchell, 23, had posted on Twitter that someone wanted to see him dead.
Witnesses saw the killing, police told Channel 2, and investigators are following leads.
The first suspect is described as a black man, 20 to 23 years old, and between 5-foot-6 and 5-9 with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a gray sweater, dark pants and a black beanie hat. He had a handgun.
The second suspect is described as a black man between 5-4 and 5-6. He had a navy blue bandana covering his face and was wearing a multicolored beanie hat.
Anyone with information about the case should call police at 770-499-3945.
