NOTE: With The Election Season Behind Us (Thank Goodness) - and the dust settling as it has - the model that I have created with respect to how the "Black Political Priorities" and how they translate upon the state of "Black people on the street" are going to be used as the basis of my study of Black people.
My ENEMY (despite what some of you might believe) is CORRUPTION (and not Progressivism). The CORRUPTION that has allowed the "Black Community Development Consciousness - the need to PROTECT the "Black Community Permanent Interests" from molestation from forces - OUTSIDE AND INSIDE.
As I look at the various classes and education levels WITHIN the Black Community and I use the personal conversations of otherwise educated and gainfully employed Black people - MY PREDICTION IS that these people (many of whom are the "Black Flight Progressives" that I talk about so frequently are going to be so compelled at seeing the damage done to the interests of the Black community that they will BREAK RANKS and demand more transparency WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY INSTITUTIONS.
When I say "Break Ranks" I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT "BECOMING REPUBLICANS". Anyone with any doubt about my agenda should now be able to look at ME AND MY POSITIONS as various issues have come about over the last several years. The "Black Republican" ultimately wants Black people to JOIN THEIR PARTY as a way toward the "Salvation Of The Black Community".
I AM WATCHING HOW THE "GRAVITATIONAL FORCES" THAT CONSPIRED FROM THE INSIDE TO LINK "THE BLACK STRUGGLE FOR ORGANIC COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT" AS A STRUGGLE AGAINST THE RIGHT WING.
It comes as no surprise to me that their agenda IS NOT A "BLACK AGENDA".
IT IS ONLY A LEFTIST AGENDA. George S Schuyler told us this more than 70 years ago!!!!
So now that they have gone to the store to CONTRIBUTE THEIR VALUABLES - ONCE AGAIN - they now are asking for their PRODUCT from the VENDOR - JOBS FOR BLACK PEOPLE.
If you can't bring yourself to come out of your own IDEOLOGICAL AND PARTISAN BIGOTRY to see that this latest request comes 50 years after the LOCAL RUN UP TO POWER based on the promises of jobs and justice after local victories - and that this entire scheme is a "Groundhog Day" - but scaled to the NATIONAL LEVEL - then you deserve what you are going to see over the next few year.
The problem is that the INSTITUTIONS WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY (Predominately Cultural ones) have been HIJACKED into "American Consumer Capitalism And Opportunism". RACISM CHASING has more of a POLITICAL OPPORTUNISM INDICTMENT to it than one can honestly claim that it maps to the MURDERED BLACK PEOPLE, UNEDUCATED BLACK PEOPLE, POOR BLACK PEOPLE, UNHEALTHY BLACK PEOPLE.
Instead those who have GOTTEN YOUR VALUABLES know that they can keep stringing you along by your GRIEVANCES - as they make INDICTMENTS AGAINST THE RIGHT WING to INTEGRATE - while the White Cheshire Fox Ally FRONTS - pretending that they are willing to yield their WHITE PRIVILEGES BUT FOR the obstinate WHITE RIGHT WING opposition who are racist. "Stick With US", give us your valuables. CONVERGE ALL OF YOUR BLACK COMMUNITY INSTITUTIONS INTO OUR FOLD - AND AT THE END OF OUR FIGHT WITH THE WHITE RIGHT WING - YOU WILL BE MADE EQUAL.
The "Black Racial Services Machine" HAS NO INTENTION of defending the INTERESTS OF THE BLACK COMMUNITY - IN ABSOLUTE TERMS. PERIOD!!!!
We now stand after a 50+ year struggle on their terms. THEY DOMINATE ALL OF OUR COMMUNITY AND CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS. After years of HARVESTING EQUAL BLACK BALLOTS - primarily by shaping the TALKING POINTS that are represented as "PRO-BLACK" - we now stand - pockets turned up and outward - with our VALUABLES handed over - NOW trying to make demands for BLACK JOBS, EDUCATION AND JUSTICE.
All of these items point to the INCOMPETENCY IN DEVELOPING BLACK PEOPLE THROUGH THE INSTITUTIONS THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN CONTROL OVER.
Until the Black Rank & File place THEIR OWN INTERESTS over their acceptance of those who they REACT TO after EMBEDDED CONFIDENCE MEN keep dangling RIGHT-WING THREATS FOR THE PURPOSES OF OFFENDING THEM , the SELF-CHUMMING SCHEME of the CORRUPT BLACK MEDIA - will continue to have the "Sheep Dog Effect".
The VICTORY OF THE PROGRESSIVE FORCES in the "American Political Domain" was a necessary step in order to GAIN A CLEARING in the understanding of how - EVEN AFTER they have REACHED THE MOUNTAIN TOP - after decades of promises and investments from Black people. It is NOT that the Black Quasi-Socialist Progressive Fundamentalist Racism Chasers ARE NOT GOING TO CHANGE based on TAKING BLACK PEOPLE ALONG FOR THEIR RIDE and failing to deliver for our community.
THE BLACK RANK & FILE ARE THE PROBLEM. THEY ALLOW THE BLACK INSTITUTIONAL INTEGRITY TO BE CORRUPTED BY AMERICAN POLITICS - FOR SHORT TERM GAINS - AT THE ABSOLUTE COST OF OUR LONG TERM PERMANENT INTEREST: THE DEVELOPMENT OF BLACK PEOPLE THROUGH EFFECTIVE GOVERNANCE
UNTIL THE COSTS OF THE CURRENT SCHEME IS RECOGNIZED AND REJECTED BY THE "BLACK RANK & FILE" AS 'NOT WORTH IT' - NOT based upon the CONGREGATIONAL UNITY that it can generate but based on the DAMAGE THAT IT DOES TO OUR LONG TERM POSITIONING - NOTHING IS GOING TO CHANGE - WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY.

Let me set this up.
In the context of the political victory had by the diverse progressive coalition - "The Blacks" that have keep their progressive coalition together during the election by centrally filibustering discussions on what BLACK PEOPLE DID NOT RECEIVE FROM THE PREVIOUS INVESTMENT OF THEIR VALUABLES FOR THE PAST 52 YEARS - are now seeking to loop back around - after having cleared away the Right-Wing Threat and are demanding that the BLACK PERMANENT INTEREST of "Thriving Local Economies" be fulfilled by a "Presidential Jobs Program" from the top.
The Black labor force disproportionately working in government roles and at low skilled jobs is said to be a victim of RACISM and BAD PUBLIC POLICY that fails to provide a "Living Wage" and "Benefit Packages" that will allow them to live at a justifiable "AMERICAN STANDARD OF LIVING'".
If we take these arguments and then logically apply them into the POLITICAL EXPRESSION for Black people - it stands to reason that those who believe that the Black Employment problem is a matter of:
- Regulating RACIST HIRING AND EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES for private employers
- Establishing a Public Policy Baseline for Living Wages
- Erecting a Nationalized Health Care Model by which one's health care services is abstracted from an individual's condition of employment
- Neutralizing RACISM in Education by packing Black, Hispanic and White Children into one school - nullifying the WHITE RIGHT-WING'S tendency to "DO FOR SELF"
The promise made to Black people is that IF WE HAND OVER OUR VALUABLES for this policy set to be erected - AMERICA will then become the JUST NATION that it failed to live up to for more than 200 years.
For the White Progressive Cheshire Fox Ally - THERE IS NO CONSEQUENCE suffered by "Standing With The Negro" during his struggle...............................as long as the WHITE RIGHT-WING is their common target.
Credit must be given to the Cheshire Fox Ally. He knows that he merely needs to give the FRONT of willingness to yield his "White Privilege". By not OFFENDING BLACK PEOPLE - his cause becomes the defacto repository of "Black Political Struggle".
This trusted adviser can be counted upon to tell "The Blacks" everything that the Right-wing says about Black people behind closed doors where in the exclusive presence of "White people" everyone is allowed to say things they would never say in public.
In the world of the unchecked "Media Matters" syndication feed into the "Black Press" - each "Twitter Feed" is plugged into the "Black Conscious Awareness" by the Black Press Operative. Their goal is to filibuster Black conscious attention from the present problems within the Black community and instead MAKE A LINKAGE as to WHO hates Black people and thus are the cause of our employment, health, violence and education problems.
WE HELPED YOU CLEAR OUT OUR COMMON WHITE RIGHT-WING ENEMY NOW WE NEED FOR YOU TO PARTITION JOBS TO THE BLACK COMMUNITY - JUST AS YOU PROMISED
As I travel around it is easy to see that Black people disproportional occupy the lower rungs of the labor market. The "Wal-Mart full of Black female employees", the hotel service staff at a conference, the service employees at an airport.
I have also said - in the middle management positions that I most often consult with - the more frequent "melanated person" that I work with is Indian/Pakistani rather than Black American.
After years of struggling to adopt the policy set that I have highlighted above - there seems to be a void in the will of the "Black Rank & File" to make note of how the previous intermediate successes - the taking over of our school system administrations and the codification of anti-discrimination laws at all rungs of government - which should allow a reasonable person to seek out some OTHER FORCES that might be involved in retaining the status quo in the distribution of Black people toward the lower rungs of the job market.
