Rev Rice - How Southwest Atlanta REALLY Lost Its Health Care

A few weeks ago as I was walking through the "Hartsfield-JACKSON Atlanta International Airport" I over heard two Black female airport workers talking as they were pushing two empty wheel chairs through the walkway that connects the terminals together.  I had just taken several pictures of the new "Atlanta History Collection" between Concourse C and D (go see it).

While Philadelphia is "The City Of Murals" as it hopes to motivate the people on the streets to act more like the images painted on the walls..............................Atlanta makes use of "Civil Rights Pictures" to stimulate the very same effect among its Black folks.  The Civil Rights Pharisees that sponsor the black & white pictures often cant' see how divergent their own actions have become as they have "Taken Their Eye Off Of The Prize" and now are purely ideologues that are largely disconnected from the ORGANIC community development goals within the Black community. 

The one said to the other:  "You know I live right near the old Southwest Atlanta Medical Center that closed down."

This made me recall my very first visit to Atlanta.  I came as a college student that had intended to relocate, sight unseen.  Nothing but the rumors of fine women and career opportunity - as told through the pages of Ebony and Jet as my guide.

I was impressed by the "talking trains" at the airport with a cavernous  terminal complex.
My college friend met me at the terminal.   We hopped on the MARTA train and got off at a stop in Southeast Atlanta.

I walked into a community of desperate poverty with 2 churches on every corner.
My friend's house that he was renting was infested with ants and roaches.   I thought I made a mistake.  I was sure of this as I went downtown and saw the abundant number of homeless Black men that dotted the land.

As I toured the area and got a better view - I saw that Atlanta was merely a collection of intense poverty and celebratory wealth.  The key difference is that there was more clusters of "Black wealth" than what the average northern city that I was more familiar with.


Why Propaganda And Diversion Is So Important To The Embedded Black Confidence Men - To Hide Their Incompetence At Developing Black People Through The Institutions That They Now Dominate

Atlanta has a strong force that I call "The Civil Rights Pharisees".

As a young single Black male, my friend and I used to hang out at the Atlanta University Center and Woodruff Library.  We were both college graduates.   He later went to Clark-AU to get a masters and doctorate of education.

At the time we were interested in studying Black history using the resources in the library.  And of course looking at the young ladies there.

I plugged myself into the social and civic events at the "King Chapel", even attending the Sunday worship services there put on by the neighboring Interdenominational Theological Center.

The "King Chapel" runs a constant stream of Black speakers, historians and arts & culture.  The AU Center also has various programs, targeted at students, that accommodate discussions on various Black community related subjects.

At that time in my development I was in alignment with the prevailing narrative as told by the "Civil Rights heroes" and their modern day sycophants and academics.

The first thing you notice, over time, is that there is a high amount of alignment in this narrative.

Don't mistake any debate that two or more factions who are at the forum are having with DISAGREEMENT.   Beyond the egotism that is the most abundant motivation for the discord - they are mostly debating slight derivations of minor facts or one's own interpretation.

The major void in the bundle of this discourse is the SELF-REFLECTION in which it dares to appraise its own EFFECTIVENESS in altering the lives of Black people TO-DAMNED-DAY!

After the many references to "Dr King", meant to emote a since of pride and discipleship - once we strip away the essential focus on:

• Slavery
• White Supremacy
•  Capitalism
• and "Mystical Magical Africa" that was STOLEN from us (and we didn't ask to come here) 

....there is little content present for a social/cultural analyst and academic to conclude that the Negro could build a new kingdom for himself IF he followed this course of action.

The main agenda of this brain-trust, it seemed to me as I matured - was to forge an ideological clearing where PEACE AND UNITY is forged - as everyone agreed to "NOT HATE ON THE GAME".

The great contradiction of Metro Atlanta is that the great political success as "Portraits Of Favorable People" are hung on the walls, these are used as "self-chummed points of PRIDE".   When a favorable Progressive and/or Black government administration loses your paperwork at city hall - it is our duty as Black people  to grin and bear it.    "Do you want the White Racist Good ole boys to come back into power?  They will if you keep complaining".

This is the most predominate trick played by the "Embedded Confidence Man".
Just like my mother's inducement which said "Wait till your father gets home" used to make me say "Wait, wait.  Ok I'll do it now" (just as my son does today) - such a scheme, when conducted over time causes the speaker to see the pattern of the RESPONSE it garners.

Unfortunately the BLACK COMMUNITY can't see how it is being used.
WORSE - it has bought into the scheme and would be pissed off if they STOPPED BEING USED.
Like an abused spouse - this violent attention is evidence of LOVE.
From a broader view, however, as the conditioned specimen is made to focus in on small issues - almost to the point of a "phobia" or "anxiousness" - these Embedded Confidence Men in their charge are themselves too corrupt to see how DIMINISHED this powerful tool that the Negro has between his two ears has cost our community greatly.

Southwest Atlanta Has The Greatest Concentration Of Black Wealth, Black Poverty (including NW Atlanta) And Civil Rights Pharisees Who Rose To Fame In Protecting Black People From Harm Back In The Day But Who Can't Bring Themselves To Take Credit For Consciousness Of The Street Pirates That Are The Main Attackers Of The Black Community Today

 The point is clear.
If you lay claim to a "Mission Accomplished Zone" as evidence of your greatness and mass appeal to Black people - then, as an honest broker you should be able to move past the evidence of your greatness as shown by the size of your CONGREGATION and instead submit yourself to an inspection based on more relevant and tangible measures.

The one thing that you quickly notice about the self-celebratory nature of the Black Racial Services Machine is that they do not have any SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS that they bind themselves with to the Black community.

Whereas a "Nation Of Islam" - "Community Meet And Greet" in which an army of Black males with suits and ties flooding a violent community is entered on the CHECKLIST of "How We Reduce Crime In The Black Community" - the official GOVERNMENT (absent a favorable person in power) doesn't have it quite so easy.

In the dysfunctional Hurricane Katrina Rescue the Black community had in the back of its mind the unofficial DIMENSIONS of what a rescue effort that was in line with the NEEDS should look like.

• The Headcount of people in need - SCALE
• The relative emergency and desperation (rising flood waters) - ACUTENESS 
• The size of the fleet of rescue vehicles and personnel - CAPACITY
• The perceived effectiveness of the rescue in reference to time - TIMELINESS 

When it comes to applying these very same constructs of GOVERNANCE in DEFENSE OF the Black community UPON the CHOSEN MACHINE that leads the Black community - the EMBEDDED CONFIDENCE MAN EFFECT kicks in to thwart the normal transparency in governance that provides the necessary course correction.

Today:  No other force USES BLACK PEOPLE for their own agenda MORE THAN DO OTHER BLACK PEOPLE, organized into the "Black Racial Services Machine".   PERIOD!!!!

The brilliance of the "White Progressive Cheshire Fox Ally" is that he sees within Black people............................

1. Whomever is fused into the "False Religion Of Black Americanism" as THE ENEMY will always  receive the flow of polluted excrement from the BLACK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT STRUGGLE
2. More importantly - WHOMEVER is cast as the ENABLER of the desired Black Community STANDARD OF LIVING - via the narrative of the "False Religion of Black Americanism" will NEVER be shaken loose - regardless of how many "Negro Valuables" he collects, having failed to deliver as promised during the last 20 election cycles 

If you listen to today's speech in the "False Religion Of Black Americanism" they increasingly qualify WHITE FOLKS by their IDEOLOGICAL categories. 

• The White Allies are invariably PROGRESSIVES
• The threat to Black people are the White Conservatives - who would have us back in chains if they were allowed to go unchallenged by good natured progressives - Black and White

The key points by which to refute this claim is to add NECESSARY CONSTRAINTS to their narrative.

1. Obtaining one's desired Standard Of Living via "CONSUMER BASED SOCIAL JUSTICE" is not the same as developing one's own people through the INSTITUTIONS that you now control - after a long political struggle.  Your PEOPLE'S COMPETENCIES and not some abstraction notion to the SHARED SOCIAL CONTRACT of "Nationalized Social Justice" 
1. If "Black Liberation Theology" seeks to prove its veracity - it would be heard projecting the consciousness that it is instilling into the American Negro and noting that so little of it could be transplanted into other Black Diasporatic zones around the world, offering STRUCTURAL BENEFIT to their condition.  CONSUMERS, when transplanted become SOMEONE ELSE'S CONSUMERS, often degrading into the lumpen proletariat in the new land. 
2. Demand that the SEAT OF POWER that was once POWERFUL enough to provoke "Civil Rights Protests" when an opposition member was impaneled STILL retains this POWER to harm or benefit Black people - now that a FAVORABLE PERSON IS IN POWER.  
1. Prevent the scheme called "Establishment Power Repudiation" from taking root, serving as the grounds for the PERPETUAL STRUGGLE for Black people BUT "Progressive/Democratic Party" Kudzu infestation as they remain unchecked from their culpability
3. Demand that people affirm that ORGANIC ECONOMIC PRODUCTIVITY INCREASES are SUPERIOR to REDISTRIBUTIVE TAX POLICY DEBATES
1. Today's Presidential Debates are FRAUDULENT.    The amount of lost ECONOMIC PRODUCTION in the MISSION ACCOMPLISHED CITIES laps the amount of money that one could expect from NATIONALIZED SOCIAL JUSTICE POLICIES - several times.   
2. When you take over a city with the promises of PROSPERITY - the constituents who now fall for the TAX debate deserve to be USED - as they can't bring themselves to DEMAND A RETURN ON THEIR OWN INVESTMENTS.  
4. Prevent The BLACK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CONSCIOUSNESS and related INTEGRITY STANDARDS from being dragged down into the "Malcolm X Political Football Game" of American Politics
1. IF the "Subprime Loan" scheme was the case of greedy banks taking advantage of "The Least Of These" BUT FOR the fact that such a scheme is the essence of politics 

You Lost Health Care In Southwest Atlanta Because There Was Not A Fiscally Viable To Care For Blacks In Their Own Community
