Heaven Sutton, 7 Years Old, Shot And Killed While Selling Candy In Chicago
This is a sad series of events for the immediate family of the late Heaven Sutton and the community that she lived within. As she expressed her entrepreneurial spirit by selling candy to the other children in the community, her presence in the open area where individuals who had no respect for life placed her in grave danger.
This blog is about PATTERN MATCHING less than it is about the transactional assaults rendered by "Street Pirates Who Don't Give A Damn".
I do not post "Street Pirate Assaults" as a gotcha against those who I perceive as the enemy to "Black Community Organic Development". My only agenda when it comes to confronting them is to show how their choice to use news that is a more appealing draw upon the Black Community's Conscious Attention Span comes at the cost of competent redress against the more prevailing forces that imperil our community. While the depart from the local community focus to go "Occupy" other areas for the sake of showing strength in numbers - it "Would Be Pillars Of The Black Community" are left to foment the consciousness of STREET PIRACY - thus leaving our community vulnerable to greater attacks from within.
Shamefully there is no force that drives PROPORTIONALITY within our community. In the case of Trayvon Martin the viral "Hoodie Marches" was meant to show that the "Black life is cheap" meme has a nation-wide following. In many of these cities the "Hoodie March" walked right by several "Telephone Pole Memorials" that paid tribute to the location of where "A Ninja Got Shot", as the crowd made their way to the government building to demand a repeal of "Stand Your Ground Laws" - even in states that don't have "Stand Your Ground Laws".
There is no way to protest against a STREET PIRATE.
When it comes to the "Internal vs External" assault on Black people we should note the dynamics.

In The Back Of The Head With A Bullet That WasIntended To Kill Some Other Black Man
- The EXTERNAL Attack triggers the response by which the law enforcement authorities are called upon tho render JUSTICE FOR THE BLACK VICTIM.
- If the local and state authority is not trusted to deliver these ends then the "US Department of Justice - Civil Rights Division" is called upon
- The INTERNAL Attack triggers a more complex response. Both the victim and the assailant are of a protected stock
- The Bureau Of Alcohol Tobacco And Firearms is called upon to track down where the killer got his gun and, from the community's perspective the GUN DEALER is put on trial
