Funny thing about using race to justify anything is that it leads to crap like:

High yellow
Mulatto
Octaroon
Quadroon
Terceron
Mustefino
Mustee
Griffe/Sambo
Quintoon
Hexadecaroon

Gets kind of hard to sort out who is "authentic" and who is masquerading. Too bad the CBC didn't use some other means of limiting their membership to people they found worthy of associating with instead of using skin color like they did.

Actually - greater than the "de jure" discrimination that the CBC practices with regard to only accepting people of the "Black phenotype" (sufficient Negroid features) - regardless of the content of their gerrymandered district - is the IDEOLOGICAL bias that it exhibits in hits "de facto" discrimination.

To be clear - they are allowed to be as PROGRESSIVE SUPREMACIST as they want to be. BUT, for example - when I see Rep John Lewis claiming "WE CAME TOO FAR to repeal Obamacare" I know that he can't bring himself to note that in the Southwest corner of his own district in Atlanta - the WEALTHY BLACKS of Cascade Heights didn't care enough to (functionally) pay a TAX so that "Southwest Atlanta Community Hospital" could keep its doors open.

As the hospital filled up with poor Blacks from the neighboring communities (on the other side of the rail road tracks) who used Medicaid rather than private insurance for their care, the "Richie Rich" Blacks turned their noses up at their local hospital, instead sending their "bodies" and their "business" to Piedmont Hospital, Crawford Long or Northside Hospital.

The "WE ARE NOT GOING BACK" really refers to the consequence of LOCAL INEPTNESS at handling community affairs.

NO ONE in the CBC is going to vote AGAINST "NATIONALIZED SOCIAL JUSTICE" as they admit that it is a cover for their local failures.
More importantly when OUR BANKRUPTED COUNTRY can no longer be saved by Federal Reserve fraud - these same communities will note that they have not produced sufficient HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS to care for their own and their CONSUMER MENTALITY will imperil them once the scheme collapses.
