It stands to reason that if, in Atlanta, adorning as much public space with "Civil Rights Heroes" does not act as a deterrent to "Street Pirates Who Don't Give A Damn", placing a mural that contains the image of "Dr King" out front of city hall does not effectively disarm politicians and confidence men (but I repeat myself) from executing upon their provincial schemes as they choose to handle the "people's business" with their long term development interests in mind.
I do not intend to make light of the fiscal condition of so many cities and counties around the nation.
The ultimate question that everyone SHOULD be asking is: "IF these local economies at the periphery are showing a cascading bit of insolvency - WHAT is it about the imperial federal government that both sides look to as the magic whitewash of local troubles that will ultimately prevent it from filing chapter 13? (Well besides the fact that it owns the law books in which the construct of "Chapter 11 and 13" has come to life)
The very worst thing that you should image if and WHEN that fateful day comes and the music stops - is to be an American that has failed to heed my message about the need for ORGANIC COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT that will allow you to leverage certain skills that you will need to survive when your "nationalized social justice source" gets cut off.
The ironic point that most can't see, however, is that IF they took up this mindset today - the raid on the federal treasury by both of the "Dung Producing Party Animals" would be mitigated and our fine experiment in democracy would survive a few more decades than what our present course and heading would have a sane person to believe.

| The Embedded Black Fox Confidence Men have requested that their friends on the Compton City Council delay the bankruptcy vote till September,. This allows them to be outside of the 21 day advance ticket purchase window and .obtain a favorable price on the ticket from Detroit to LAX. They are pissed that SouthWest does not have a first class section for them to fly in comfort but this is what they are willing to suffer as they offer protection to Black people from the "White Capitalistic Bankers" who are trying to steal "The Largest Black Run City To The West Of Detroit" out of the hands of Black Progressives. Though they will never say it publicly - THIS ECONOMY SUX and the high Black Unemployment rate has harmed their contributions, forcing them to take extreme cost saving measures. Their great works on behalf of Black people will be recorded in the annals of "Black History" - and on The Root,The Grio and AOL Black Voices |
If you think that no one notices the theatrics that transpire with the "Civil Rights Pharisees" and "Professional Progressive Political Preachers" when the sheriff comes knocking at the door seeking to serve the eviction order asking the people who failed to pay to vacate the premises - you are mistaken.
When Detroit - "The Largest Black Run City Outside Of Africa" - as we were told - was asked to submit itself to an "Emergency Governance Board" - we saw the actions of the Embedded Confidence Men at work, hauling valuables out of the backdoor of Detroit, before the sheriff made their way to the back to cover all of the entrances.
When it came to honoring the $2.5 billion in municipal bond debts outstanding as the "White owned banks" came calling to secure their collateral - those who had been interested in insuring that a DIVERSE set of Municipal Bond Brokers got their shot at selling this "Chocolate City's" debt to investors and thus get their cut of the commissions (nothing wrong with that) were the very same operatives who damned and condemned the "White banks" who got beyond their skepticism about the "Black face" who came to the table with a handshake and not a request for a "hand out".
What is missing in the analysis that you won't see from the "Paid Blacks" in the media is that beyond this question of DIVERSITY - when it came time for the city of Detroit to honor its debt obligations - the same Black Fox Embedded Confidence Men that were "Diversity Advisers" were seeking to resume their role as the middle men, using RACIAL HOKUM to get the banks to back off.
IF you had no intention in honoring your debt - why didn't you tell the Negro Bond Dealer that later donated to your 501c3 that he was dealing in the "Devil's Lottery"? That is usury scheme, while allowing the streets to be paved and the municipal service workers to be employed today would later imperil the city, threatening the seats of power that "favorable people" sit in?
The underlying narrative of this story is "ESTABLISHMENT POWER REPUDIATION".
Even when they legitimately hold all of the rungs of power - just as they struggled to do so, clearing more than 85% of the Black Voter's Investments all along - they reserve the right of FIRST REFUSAL of accountability. That banker that might have had in the back of his mind that such a scheme might one day be used against his bank, was ultimately made happy that he received a plaque from the "NAACP's Champions Of Diversity And Negro Good Will Banquet" by which he got his picture in the papers syndicated by the NNPA.
Contrast this with the recent bankruptcy filing in Stockton California.
While indeed we saw municipal services workers unions testifying before city council, just prior to the filing, a woman who was a retiree who depended upon her pension health care to make it through her sickness - the exercise was free of the THEATRICS that we were treated to in Detroit. This as, above all else the Black Racial Services Machine struggled to retain their POWER via the "Favorable People who occupied the seats".
NOT ONCE did I hear any of the embedded confidence men, taking to the microphone and speaking in the VOICE OF THE BLACK PEOPLE.
NO!! I am not talking about those who told the crowd that "The White State Republicans and the White Bankers are trying to PUSH BLACK ELECTED OFFICIALS OUT OF POWER - and thus they pulled out their crinkled copy of the Voting Rights Act that had Thomas Perez's phone number written in pencil on the back. I am talking about a frank discussion of the INJURY suffered BY THE BLACK RESIDENTS OF DETROIT that have put up with and been COMPLICIT in the FOOLISHNESS that has been allowed to transpire for so long.
Why didn't the "Detroit Chapter of the NAACP" see this coming - as clearly as they can see voter suppression by asking everyone for picture ID? More "Intergenerational Black Wealth" has been squandered by the collapse of Detroit. The BENEFIT of "The Black Vote" in Detroit has been made IRRELEVANT in defining the people's future. There is not one thing any voter with a photo ID and a duplicate copy in case the Republican at the polling place, demanding to see his papers steals his first one, rendering him akin to a Freeman walking the dirt roads of Virginia in 1850 with a hand written manumission letter that was ripped to shreds by a White man who didn't believe that it was real. This is because DETROIT DOESN'T HAVE A VOTING PROBLEM!!!!
Detroit has a GOVERNANCE and an INSTITUTIONAL INTEGRITY PROBLEM - the confidence men have their finger prints all over the crime scene, making sure that the Michigan Department of Investigation never gets their hand on the evidence. They are happy that Eric Holder and Thomas Perez are able to put the MBI on investigation for civil rights violations if they push too hard, raising such suspicions about their motives for their push.
Their goal in this closely coupled, multi-tiered alignment of PROGRESSIVE resources in government IS NOT TO DEVELOP BLACK PEOPLE. We would be DEVELOPED if this was so.
What we see is a continuing display by which the INSTITUTIONS that they take over with the grand promises of developing Black people as the "enemy" is no longer in power, turn into a situation by which THE INSTITUTION itself begins to take on "Black Attributes". The very same inferiorities and claimed external assaults and injuries that can be heard coming from the mouths of individuals who view the world in this manner and then projected upon the entire institution. In as much as the locale is filled with "like minded individuals" there is no countervailing who is willing to go back to their archive, pull out the audio taped promises that the people were sold on and refuse to accept this narrative. (This is where the Black Press fails at its mission and shows itself to be little more than Propagandists For The Machine rather than Muckrakers In Defense Of The Black Rank & File. By never challenging the prevailing consciousness - it is free to grow like kudzu - smothering more diverse plant species in its way than it does to produce a bumper crop of organic competencies as expressed through the people. )
Their goal is UNCHECKED POWER, figuring that they can run the same power play schemes that were used against Black people, while failing to see that even today: BLACK PEOPLE ARE THE ONE'S WHO GET HURT THE MOST WHEN BIGOTS ARE IN POWER.
