Black employees of the Tukwila Washington School District file a racial discrimination lawsuit against the superintendent of the school district...........who is ALSO Black.

White folks felt comfortable around
so many Black folks on my staff.
These Ninjas just failed to see my
grand vision of developing the best
practices manual for a highly diverse
school system and then going into
Philadelphia, Detroit, Chicago
and New York and profiting
by creating charter schools that
successfully convince White parents
that it is safe to bring their white
children back to the public school
system. That the Black school
leadership has "The Blacks" on staff
fully under control. I feel
betrayed by these highly sensitve
Blacks who are so used to
White people calling them racist names.

psychology upon them. I knew I just should have kept my "All White Staff". They caused me less problems and were more appreciative of me."
When The Principles Of Diversity Fails At The Hands Of A Principal Who Couldn't Get "The Blacks" To See Her Grand Vision Of The Importance Of Not Upsetting "The Whites" Despite Their Presence In The Most Diverse School System.
