For Every One Indictment The Black Progressive Fundamentalists Make Against "The Oppressive System" The "Street Pirates Who Are Black" Make Three Assaults Against The Community That Tend To Justify The "Aggressive Policing" Policies Necessary To Keep Them In Check

On Today's "Democracy Now" a young "Fulbright Scholar" is invited into the broadcast studios of the Pacifica Network to give an articulate account to the larger progressive audience about how it is to be "Frisked While Black".





Give credit where credit is due.
An Android app that allows you to record............the POLICE as they commit a crime against young Black males - frisking them under the guise of purging the street of illegal fire arms (the original motivation for "Stop And Frisk") only to happen upon some "weed" and then opening the door to the " New Prison Industrial Jim Crow Pipeline Complex".

Throw in a few references to "Plessy V Ferguson" to impress the audience and you have the makings of a movement that is fully justified. 

Even Asian people who smoke weed but are never harassed by the police will say "Damn, its F'ed up to be a young Black man in racist America".


But don't rest too much on your laurels.
While Ben Jealous of the NAACP can convince an educated weed smoker to fall in line with the program.......................he has not yet found a way to compel the STREET PIRATE to cease his violent ways...................BEFORE the NAACP or the ACLU is forced to come to his rescue to spring him from jail by noting the larger pattern of the trap that he was ensnared in.


A Template For The Protection Racket Ran By The Establishment Power

I would be lying if I told you that in my recent visit to the funeral home in Pittsburgh where Marshawn Ptomey's lifeless body lay in wake that I did not look around the scene with the thought in the back of my mind that a street pirate gang member might drive by to make a hit on one of his friends that he missed the first time.

I am NOT running a "tit for tat" debate with anyone who you might perceive as "my enemy" within the Black community.   I have no vested interest in "embarrassing" my people.

Instead it is my view that THEY are the one's that are painting the fraudulent picture of what is going on within the Black community.  In their lust for showing "good news" (which is really a SELF pat on the back) and for showing Black victimization - they are loathed to call out wanton assaults upon Black people BY Black people in the same manner that they do when an INDICTABLE FIGURE wages the attack.

In as much as I am perceived as a countervailing force to their propaganda scheme - I am likely to be called a "Self-hating Black man".

We need to understand the common behavior of these who are the "ESTABLISHMENT POWER".
They loath being called out for their incompetency in keeping people safe on their watch.    In the days of the "Civil Rights Movement" anyone who dared allege that COMMUNITY HATRED was the protective force that allowed Black people to get killed with impunity.

Despite his powerful voice for justice - Rev Dr Vernon Johns got more grief from the White establishment powers in Montgomery Alabama than the "upstanding members of the community" that had killed the Black man which prompted John's act of "civil disobedience" via the sign listed above.

I don't even need to be motivated by a malicious intent, scouring the national news papers looking for "embarrassing news" - it gets broadcast to everyone via 7.1 surround sound.    Those who are loathed to admit it are the ones that need to be checked for their sensory perception problems.

These egregious actions are NOT tapering off, the more that our people get closer to that magical star called "Social Justice".

I am not making an "either or", mutually exclusive argument between "fighting against police harassment" versus "controlling our young people".    
My position comes from years of observation which notes that when given a CHOICE - the Black Racial Services Machine will ALWAYS focus upon the fork in the road that accentuate the claim of "Black Victimization", leaving the ramparts of our community, thus allowing those who are "would be pillars of the community" to foment into STREET PIRATES due to benign neglect.

The funeral was for Ryan Guider, 19, who was killed May 26

 Moments after a preacher had delivered a message on the value of life, four people were shot, two of them fatally, at a DeKalb County funeral Thursday, according to police.
Authorities said three people were taken into custody.
The shootings occurred at Victory for the World Church on North Hairston Road near Stone Mountain, where a 1 p.m. funeral for homicide victim Ryan Devon Guider of Decatur was nearing its end, according to DeKalb County police.
"We were ready to go to the burial, and I heard pow pow pow pow," mourner Regina Sharp told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. "I thank God I made it out alive."
Investigators believe there is a connection between the shootings at the funeral and Guider’s slaying on May 26.
DeKalb Public Safety Director William Miller said police believe the man accused of killing Guider, Marcus D. Ventress, showed up in the church's parking lot with a gun, fired several shots into the air and other people in the parking lot may have shot and killed him.
The scene at the church was chaotic. Police, fire and other emergency vehicles flooded the area, and North Hairston Road in front of the church was blocked both directions.
Witnesses said the church was packed for Guider’s funeral. Toward the end of the service, people were filing out of the church for the burial when a large fight broke out outside the church, witnesses said. The melee involved more than a dozen people, witnesss said.
Some witnesses said up to eight shots were fired.
Chris Collier, a friend of Guider's mother, said she hid behind bushes when she heard the shots and then went back inside the church with others and hid inside a closet.
"I was really scared," Collier said. "I thought we were all going to die." Other witnesses said people were running and falling in seeking cover.
Guider, 19, was fatally shot May 26. Authorities said Ventress, 28, killed Guider in retaliation for burglarizing Ventress' home.
Law enforcement sources told investigators that Guider stole jewelry, cash and drugs and punched Ventress' mother,” DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Sgt. Adrion Bell said Monday.
Ventress, who was considered armed and dangerous, was also wanted for aggravated assault on accusations he shot into an apartment in the 5800 block of Treecrest Parkway, thinking Guider lived there.
Ventress had multiple arrests between 2002 and 2009 in Elkhart County, Ind., about 125 miles southeast of Chicago, for charges that included attempted murder, drug possession, gambling and resisting arrest, according to Indiana jail records. He sent six years in prison on drug charges and was on parole and probation at the time of the DeKalb shooting, Bell said.
