In as much as it is true that American history of law and civic participation lacked these attributes  when applied to Black people people - YOU WOULD THINK that those who strive for the "Post-Racial Society" that they mock as having fallen far short of the promise would themselves show a greater commitment to upholding the standard that they indict others for failing to live up to these principles.

The more accurate analysis is that they are "100% equal human beings" - with the same ability to be honorable and shameful - just like their adversaries.   

The best that we can say is - "They never had the power before to express their own corruption upon another people based upon a profile".

How Many Bubbles In A Bar Of Soap?

(Despite what this month's edition of Ebony Magazine would fraudulently have you to believe about "Voter ID being a poll tax.......)   The legacy of racial profiling is one of applying ARBITRARY  standards, applied to Black people in which the GOVERNMENT AGENT has the individual discretion to decide if a person standing in front of him/her will be allowed to partake in a public accommodation or civic right.

The individual government agent had the goal of retaining the power of "White Supremacy" through the use of government approved sanctions against non-Whites.

Today's Black Progressive "Voting Registrars" have a similar agenda for enforcing racial exclusivity.

In as much as it is true that today's "Prevailing Black Consciousness" is about the Pursuit Of Marginal Political Advantage and Serial Indictments Against "White Racism" for the promotion of a given ideology that is purported to help Black people achieve "Social Justice" - no one should be surprised at the arbitrary schemes used to justify or indict the use of "Offensive Racial Symbols" - based on WHO brings the artifact into the public square.

The Black Community's Aspiration For GOOD GOVERNANCE That Would Allow Us To Prosper Has Now Been Hijacked By POLITICAL Gamesmanship


If you listen to today's political (foolishness) environment, the use of racial indictment has shifted.  

American history of having purged Black legislators out of power at gun point ("The Colfax Massacre" or "The Red Shirts Rifle Club" in South Carolina) has shifted to a wide network of antennas that LOOK OUT FOR "White Right Wing" OFFENSIVENESS to the Black Progressive Sensibilities.

As I make my observations of "What Makes The Prevailing Black Political Consciousness Tick?" - I am constantly stunned at the fact that many Black people are more offended by a White conservative reporter who "disrespects" the first Black president triggers a greater response than does the news that a majority Black school system has lost its accreditation.   In MY value system - the later is the greater outrage that will have a greater damning effect on my Black people.

The truth is that while most would also agree with my assessment - they also see that by having the Progressive Joint-Venture allowed to rise to uncontested power and thus reprioritize the resource distribution in this nation - that the achievement of "Nationalized Social Justice" will provide the fix for these local schools.   Again this is the vantage point of the "rank and file" member of the Black community.

Next let's talk about the role of the "Lampblacked Yellow Journalist Press".
They understand the dynamics within the Black community and the unmet desires.  They also understand the power of perceived threats of RACISM.  

Since their goal is to provide a protection racket for "Progressive-Fundamentalism" via the use of indictments (the "Keep Your Enemy On Trial" scheme that is used in abundance) they ensure that none of these "Failing Majority Black School Systems" OR "The Most Dangerous Cities In America" are ever tied back to the failure of Progressive-Fundamentalist forces that dominate these environments.

In a two track strategy their goal is to argue that these conditions are present due to a national failure to provide resources equally AND a direct, sustained attack upon Black people - by a force that is necessarily specifically targeted so that their joint venture partnership is not indicted along the way.  

It is the "White Conservative" that is the enemy of the "Black Progressive".
While they talk about "White Supremacy" in total as the historical enemy of Black people - today they have adopted PROGRESSIVISM as the fix for the Black community and as a result any friend of "Progressivism Is A Friend Of Black people".   Thus the "Progressive Who Is White" has achieved the reparation of their good will to Black people that his conservative brother won't achieve UNTIL his conservatism is neutralized.

 
With this as their goal, Black Progressives can't bring themselves to see that the more INSTITUTIONS within the government that they take over - the MORE that they become "The Establishment" that is failing to DEVELOP the Black community.

Unfortunately - just as the "Soap Bubble Lady" held the power to define which "Negro Who Stood In Front Of Her" had guessed her bubble count correctly, so it is today that those who have destroyed the economy, destroyed the public schools or who have set up the environment for economic stagnation and crime within the Black community is assigned to those ideological forces that don't know the bubble count in a manner that is satisfying to those who possess the prevailing Black Political consciousness and the bar of soap that it provides to them.
