"Intra-Negro Debates - Untethered From The Real World Conditions He Experiences Inside Of His Community"

This is the greatest threat to creation of "Organic Black Community Development" because it allows those who seek "Congregational Unity" as the means of evading accountability for past choices to "Keep His Enemies On Trial" so his own destructive actions are never inspected.

Those who pretend that we can abstract the present (economic, academic, public safety) conditions within the Black community from the "Present Prevailing Consciousness" that largely goes unchallenged are fooling themselves.  The universal catch all to evade any such accountability for their active damage to our people are:

• Slavery
• Jim Crow
• Capitalism
• Racism By The Republicans
• Insufficient Political Power To Impose "Progressive Public Policy" 

For a large portion of those who believe themselves to be politically conscious - BARACK OBAMA'S POLL NUMBERS are a SUPERIOR concern to them than are:

• The Effectiveness of our Schools To Prepare Black Children To Become Professional Service Agents In Support Of Our Community's Desired Standard Of Living
• The Effectiveness of the network of messages and enforcement agents to sculpt Safe Streets via the proper channeling of our energy to avoid conflict
• The Effectiveness at Deploying our Human Resources, allowing them to sell their labor and intellect for a salary for them to feed and shelter their families

With all due respect - OBAMA FUNCTIONS AS "MASSA".    The "Massa Wez Sick" construct is most appropriately applied to the relationship between Obaam's perceived standing as a politician and the Negroes within his base of support that are willing to hide their grievances - after decades of investments - or at least agree to blame Obama's enemies for suppressing the Black community.

It is important to understand this consciousness.  Those who spent a life time STRUGGLING AGAINST the government from the outside as they could enumerate the damage done to the Black community BY the government are now prone to latch their wagon TO the "Favorable Elected Official" that is inside of the government.  Their belief is that these forces will CHANGE THE GOVERNMENT, via "Progressive Public Policy" and this make them whole.

When you see them stop their protest against the government - while these favorable people are in power, and instead scale their fight toward a higher rung of government - what we see is not their present satisfaction that the government entity that they are now in control over is producing as they promised.   They are happy that the "favorable person" is in power and now they are defending his seat as they expand outward to fight the enemy at the next rung of the political boundary that they have in common.  

There is NOTHING about their struggle that is about EFFECTIVE GOVERNANCE through the institutions that they have control over.  It is 100% IDEOLOGICAL in nature.   The fact that their enemy is still breathing is just cause for their withholding of local criticism as they fight the foreign wars, outside of their community. 

It is important to understand the force of "CONGREGATIONAL UNITY".   For the Black-Wing Talk Radio Host that entertains all of these messages - DISCIPLINED ARGUMENTS, THAT CLOSELY APPROXIMATE THE REAL WORLD CIRCUMSTANCES, AND WHICH MAKE NOTE OF THE PRESENCE OF THE VARIOUS TIERS OF GOVERNMENT - is not what they seek to regulate within the opinions of the callers.  ANYONE who supports who they support can say any foolishness they want to - and the affirmation of the existing "Prevailing Conscious Thought" is what matters more than truthfulness.

I am convinced that every Black adult who is engaging in this conversation is fully aware of the TIME LINE of "The Struggle".   

Today the "Mission Accomplished Zones" represent their previous ELECTORAL SUCCESS at placing "Favorable People Into Power" - their main qualification is that their POLITICAL THEORIES were in line with the voting populace.  

The very worst reference for a Black Progressive-Fundamentalist to use to affirm his own COMPETENCY IN DEVELOPING BLACK PEOPLE are the conditions WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY where the REPUBLICAN ENEMY has already been run off.  

IF there was a commitment to transparency and honesty the real discussion would be focused upon today's need to talk NATIONAL POLITICS as an analgesic to the painful truth about what happened when you took power and needed to produce ORGANIC SOCIAL JUSTICE upon your own ranks, but you failed.  

Don't be fooled by the high level of engineered resolve that appears to be delivered by the community of callers.

They know - as well as I do that NOTHING that they reach concurrence upon on their radio show has PREPARED BLACK PEOPLE TO STAND ON OUR OWN - as evidence of their COMPETENCY TO DEVELOP BLACK PEOPLE.

They necessarily must run a "Nationalized Social Justice Scheme", which attempts to place the onus on the American society - as regulated by the federal government - to produce the SOCIAL JUSTICE that 50 years ago was to come from the take over of the MUNICIPAL SEATS OF POWER that they were protesting outside of back then.

This very same federal government that they can document was destroyed by "Bush Tax Cuts" will be FIXED if the "Clinton Tax Increases" are restored.    It is simply no use for anyone to point to the present meltdown in Europe in order to note that just 3 years ago during the Health Care debates - they were pointing to Europe as a model "Social Justice" zone because of its high taxes for "social justice redistribution".     Today, with that entire federation of economies on the brink of collapse they no longer use it as a reference for their beliefs.  They are back to pointing to how the American Republicans have blocked all of President Obama's plans to fix the economy.  The economy that Bush destroyed.

If you listen carefully you never hear them talk about the tiers of economy in this nation.  The economic malaise or lack of development in Detroit, Chicago, Newark, Camden, Philadelphia and the suffering of Black people who BOUGHT INTO THE SCHEME is never brought up for it would be a SELF-INDICTMENT of all that they believe in.  

It Doesn't Matter Because It Doesn't Matter

Whom ever engineered this present fatal attachment of the "Black Consciousness" into the "Malcolm X Political Football Game" has done more material damage to the DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL OF THE BLACK COMMUNITY than the physical damage that the KKK has ever done to our people and property.

Even when one can logically conclude that the Negro has all in his possession that is necessary for him to THRIVE IN HIS COMMUNITY, mostly by using his institutions to develop his people - the present attachment on external affairs merely point to his present conscious state as an INTEGRATED AMERICAN.   He is more concerned about his ideology and politics than he is able to DO A DAMNED THING about what is taking place - right outside of his own front door.

The sad truth is that the Black Community cannot possibly develop unless this PREVAILING CONSCIOUSNESS IS CHALLENGED, and then CONFINED - no longer able to have unchecked access to our COMMUNITY CONSCIOUSNESS NUCLEUS for it is self-serving.

THOSE WHO MAKE AN APPRAISAL OF THE BLACK CONDITION BASED ON HIS "POLITICAL PREFERENCES" AND NOT HIS PSYCHOLOGICAL SET OF UNMET NEEDS AND AFFIRMATIONS - WILL NEVER ACHIEVE AN UNDERSTANDING AS A BASIS FOR BUILDING A PLATFORM FOR IMPROVED OUTCOMES

A being that has the conscious awareness of himself to say that HE WAS DAMAGED FROM SLAVERY but who fails to see that the cure is to INCUBATE HIS OFFSPRING from these damning forces - ultimately PROVES to the sober observer of his antics that THE #1 AGENT FOR THE PROPAGATION OF "SLAVERY THOUGHTS" is HIMSELF.
His OWN CHILDREN would stand a better chance of full development if HE were not allowed to INFLUENCE THEIR CONSCIOUSNESS.
