New Series: "The Study Of 'The Blacks' Program

Please accept this latest indulgence people - for I am a Black man who is crying inside based on what I see happening among Black Americans that fronts as "The Black Agenda". If I did not have this outlet I would turn to violence - just like the Street Pirate featured later in this post.

This is "The Constructive Feedback  CHARTER SCHOOL", founded in 2012.
I have created my own accreditation for its doctoral program.
Just as the various "legislative report cards", " Black Blog" awards, "Image Awards" - this appraisal and credential certification should not be mistaken as an ABSOLUTE evidence of value.  It can only be seen as an affirmation relative to MY JUDGMENTS.

As such I judge anyone who graduates from the doctoral rites of passage in The Study Of 'The Blacks' Program of this newly christened school to be fully equipped to understand:

• The Unmet Psychological Wants Of Black Americans
• The Structural Antics That The Black Racial Services Machine uses to retain Congregational Unity
• How The Expression Of "The Black Community Development Consciousness" THROUGH The American Political Game, with the masses now having forgotten the original goal of our "Struggle" is the WORST thing that has happened to the Black Consciousness about our-selves and our people that has ever happened since we have been free in these lands, able to express self-determination - against the grain IF WE CHOSE TO.
• How the real goal of that which represents itself as "The Black Agenda" has NO INTEREST WHAT SO EVER in developing Black people by MANAGING OUR "HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTIONS" through which our people would be allowed to develop ORGANIC COMPETENCIES - and thus the CONSUMER CONSCIOUS dependence upon the American Capitalistic/Social Justice Distribution  System would be broken. 
• If the scheme that presently pacifies "The Blacks" with an American Integrated Consciousness can ever provide any structural benefit which could advance the development of another set of 'Diasporatic Blacks" around the world IF portions of this "1%" (The American Blacks) were to move to these other places, taking their present consciousness with them?  Or would they merely be CONSUMERS - complaining about the lack of "Social Justice" infrastructure in these other places and are then seen longing to return to America?

It is fitting that the kick off post for this new course of study features two articles that appeared in the Atlanta Journal Constitution.  As "Civil Rights Pharisee Central" - Atlanta proves to be a key proving ground for tactics that leverage the grievances of Black people into the benefit of "The Progressive Joint Venture".

Rep John Lewis (D-GA) uses a picture of a mug shot of his arrest from "Back In The Day" in which he was detained by the police as he fought for Social Justice against laws that were against the spirit of the US Constitution and an affront to human justice.	Street Pirate - Political Prisoner Johnquavious Hood, 20 - member of the "30 Deep Street Pirate Gang" is poised to be released back on the streets after having performed a "Street Pirate Execution" but not prosecuted by the local district attorney. Johnquavious said that he is a Street Pirates because there are insufficient jobs in Metro Atlanta for people like him.

Rep John Lewis (D-GA) in office since 1987 - understands that he has a greater chance of being reelected by showing Black people HIS mug shot from the 1960's than he needs to worry about the mug shots that are piling up from people like Johnquavious Hood or how the Black Racial Services Machine in his district has produced more "College Graduation Portraits" than mugshots among the masses who have invested their confidence in them since the "Civil Rights Movement" was turned into a "Political Movement For Attrition".

 Even though there are segments of Northwest Atlanta and Southwest Atlanta that are statistically as dangerous for a Black person alive today to walk through with the white cable from an iPhone being seen hanging from his ear than in 1960's Mississippi where he was just walking down the street - for some reason the threat seen in Mississippi back in the day is SUPERIOR in its ability to draw upon the sentiments of Black Progressives TODAY.

Though the Black community was told that:

• Street Signs named after their "Civil Rights Heroes"
• The renaming of the airport and a new International Terminal adorned with pictures
• The election of a machine of favorable people that now control the executive branch, the legislative body, the law enforcement community and the criminal detention & justice system.............

would lead to an abundance of prosperity for the Black Community - these black and white pictures of the past appear to have a SUPERIOR imprint upon the Black community's psyche than do these new, high resolution color pictures of today that tell of many important "Human Resource Development" issues that have gone unchecked.

Sadly the graduates of far too many of the traditional "Black Studies Programs" make sure to honor the past actions of "Civil Rights Pharisees" by inviting them into class as guest lecturers - are now planning to republish the images of "Civil Rights Heroes" as 3d hologram productions as they understand that for propaganda to work effectively upon the masses it needs to be presented in the media that is in line with their consumer tastes.

It would not be rational to blame John Lewis or any other 'Civil Rights Pharisee' or Embedded Confidence Men for this situation.   They project their propaganda images into a group of ADULT - EQUAL HUMAN BEINGS that are equipped with 100% of the capacity to fraud with reality and protect their own PERMANENT INTERESTS from those who wish to misappropriate it for their own scheme.

"The Study Of 'The Blacks' Program" plans to go into these Under-Developed communities of Black people within Mission Accomplished cities like Atlanta and provide them with the tools necessary to scrutinize those who have their confidence but have not sufficiently developed them - as they promised prior to taking their ballots.

As found of the school I make the case that when it comes to the DESIRED OUTCOMES ON THE STREETS OF BLACK AMERICA there is little difference between:

• A CORRUPT set of people in a sovereign government which systematically BLOCKS the ability of Black people to vote
• A group of people who are CONTAMINATED by an ideological perspective which, despite its popularity among the people in question - their ABUNDANT INVESTMENT of their votes - which are not blocked sufficiently by any threat BUT once invested as they choose - and the people are made happy per their emotional attachment to the Confidence Men that received their investments - THE FOUNDATIONAL REASONS FOR THEIR INVESTMENTS remain unmet.

With respect to the last bullet point above - It is not that they remain largely a people with great amount of grievances.   The PROBLEM IS, and my dissertation will show:  When THE PEOPLE are so emotionally attached that THEY REFUSE TO DEMAND A RETURN ON INVESTMENT from the Embedded Confidence Men who TOLD THEM the growth that they would experience IF they made the investments of wealth taken from their "Black Community Development Savings Fund" and placed into the prescribed offering plate - THEY FEAR THAT ASKING FOR AN ACCOUNTING OF THIS GROWTH WOULD HARM THE CAUSE OF THE EMBEDDED CONFIDENCE MEN.

Clearly the problem resides with in the people's consciousness - which can't protect them FROM THEMSELVES and what they prefer, despite being clearly askew from the real world.
