The greatest fear of "The Least Of These" is the day that they will one day be "The Last Man Standing" - forced to PRODUCE SOCIAL JUSTICE via the INSTITUTIONS that they should have been building up all along but are not present because they were focused outward, hoping that their ideological enemy would deem them as EQUALS.

Education The Development Of Our People In Preparation For Them To Serve As The Professional Service Agents That Our Community Needs To Live At The Desired Standard Of Living	In The Struggle For  Social Justice - The Black Community Agreed To An INTEGRATIONALIST Strategy Which Promoted The Notion That By Departing Our Community Schools And Sitting Next To White Students - Black Students Would Benefit From The Experience. After Receiving EQUAL ACCESS To The Buildings The Education Of Black Children Did Not Pan Out In Line With Our Community Needs	With Common Agreement That "Education Is The Great Equalizer" - The Key Black Community Institutions Of The Education Have Become Centers Of Social Policy, Jobs Programs And Political Conquest. The Black Community Needs To Determine The Number Of Professional Services Agents Necessary To Live Up To The Desired Living Standard And Ensure That Our Schools Are Matriculating The Sufficient Number Of Human Resources To Support This Goal
Relationships The Cultural, Conflict Resolution Based, Consciousness Coalition Building Set Of Norms And Associations That Are Enforced And Propagated And Perpetuated Among A People, Driving The People To UNITE Around A Set Of Traditions That Have Been Proven To Produce The Productive Outcomes That They Need To Prosper At The Desired Level	In the Equality Meme - the "progression" of relationships is judged from the perspective of expanding the rate of ACCEPTABLE relations: Interracial Marriage The Choice Of Being Single and Raising A Child Today - Same Sex Marriage Since they value EQUALITY as their guiding function the declining marriage rates among Heterosexual Couples and within the Black Community specifically is not proof of their failure in social policy.  Instead it is seen as a fall of the doctrinaire, "Ozzie And Harriett" world where social pressure forced one's hand.	One of the consequences of a larger society and a Black community's choice to promote an "External Social Justice" is that the people are now made to believe that their EQUALITY is dependent upon their ability to leverage political power draw more resources from the national trough.   This CONSUMER CONSCIOUSNESS that is subsequently produced causes the people to deprecate the vital need for them to order themselves for ORGANIC production though their own ranks. The ironic point of this outsourcing is that - in their pursuit for EQUALITY in the society - the key COMMUNITY LEVEL structures that promote: Individual Respect Conflict Resolution Economic Development Protection  They fail to develop the institutional competencies that would allow these points to be achieved within. The only thing that the "Constant Struggle" permits them to do is evade the threat that them BEING ALL ALONE and having to live in with the institutions that they have failed to develop because their SALVATION is consciously attached to the enemy that keeps evading them.
Economic Development The leverage of the human resources, acquired knowledge and material resources to synergize a productive output that is greater than each of these individual resources in their raw form. The people are DE-ployed into a system that allows them to receive the services produced as the process draws upon their education and provides them with "on the job training".   Their are compelled to increase their knowledge and competency as they pursue greater capability to produce good service.	ACCESS RIGHTS TO OPPORTUNITY. This is the cornerstone of "The Permanent Struggle" that the progressives base their very being upon. The assumption put forth is that the present economic standing is due to the misallocation of resources as expressed by capitalism, oppression of labor, discrimination and withdraw of capital resources. "The GOVERNMENT is the only force that can keep corporations in check" - the views of a caller on a talk radio show.  This is a few that captures the sentiment of this thought group. Yet when they are in control over the government in certain economic markets (city or regional basis) THEY NOW BECOME the establishment power which must erect an economic infrastructure in which they are the "Consumer Of Labor" - needing to balance the demands for compensation, the mandates of government regulation with the need to make a net profit from their operations.	There is no other expression of VALUE than to observe a people with net free will who agree to leverage their resources in a coordinated manner that produces NET POSITIVE VALUE from their operations. The value of the individuals are enhanced as they tune their productive output to be in line with what the CONSUMERS of their services value per their market demands. When you have clusters of individuals who's actions are in line with creating and consuming these items of value then you have a COMMUNITY that produces net value. This same cascade effect is noted at the city level, the county level, the state level, the regional level and the national level. The bottom up development framework should be contrasted with the popular grassroots political struggle.  There are many examples of groups of people without political power who are, TODAY, leveraging this strategy to prosper in areas that other people have written off as economically dead.
Community Safety The basic mandate for a community is in line with that which a nation is built upon:  Protection of the people from external threats, Erect a set of internal policies and a culture that allows for the people to grow strong, their growth, de-ployment and  prosperity itself providing a measure of protection.	In an effort to explain the present statistical and observable truth regarding the attacks suffered by "The Least Of These" there is necessarily a bifurcated set of THREATS to the people: The external threats from historical, systematic forces that have oppressed the group The residual effects from this damage which TODAY causes "The Least Of These" to attack their own kind. When we move from the focus upon THE "PROTECTION RACKET" MACHINE - over toward a focus upon THE PEOPLE - the truth becomes abundantly clear - THE PEOPLE are not strengthened.  The MACHINE is strengthened as they are compelled to yield more of their personal greatness and responsibility over to their hopes that the MACHINE, once having achieved uncontested power - will distribute EQUALITY via its central command. At any point along this journey in which there is OPPOSITION that is still breathing - they can proclaim that their failure to produce results is due to the actions of the OPPOSITION.	The most effective means of appraising the EFFECTIVENESS of the macro-strategy that is at play is to ponder the CONDITION OF THE PEOPLE - over time - as they have committed themselves to a process that purports to develop them. Over time - we see the damage that results from people who yield their own "Permanent Interests" TO a scheme that offers them protection.   In their damaged state they become so appreciative of the PROTECTION that this scheme provides to them that they are no longer able to make INDEPENDENT ASSESSMENTS of the MACHINE and its COMPETENCY in doing as it has promised to do:  DEVELOP THEM. They understand that if they begin to "selfishly" pursue their own interests by REGULATING THE MACHINE - that as the MACHINE is weakened THEY will be left to fend for themselves - absent the MACHINE. What they can't accept is that in as much as the MACHINE that they bought into has failed to develop their ORGANIC COMPETENCIES - they are merely in a CIRCULAR VORTEX - cowering in fear over Old Ghost that are known to compel them into a defensive posture - yet thoroughly incompetent to govern their own affairs WITHIN per the INSTITUTIONS that should have been built up all along. The force that steps into this breach and offers them the FALSE GOD of prosperity merely by political attrition will be the repository within which they invest all of their hopes - regardless of what the real world measures of their progress prove otherwise.
"Adam And Eve" Before GOD - Given STEWARDSHIP Over The Land And All Of The Creatures In It ALL ALONE - YOU ARE "THE SYSTEM" OF "SOCIAL JUSTICE"	After generations of VICTIMIZATION inside of a SYSTEM that has long denied them EQUALITY - the struggle that the people have committed themselves to for political power to produce change - YOU ARE NOW THE ESTABLISHMENT POWER. When you say that "The System Is Unjust" you must now accept that you are saying "I AM UNJUST.  The theories that have taken me thus far, with the promises that my arrival at 'The Promised Land' would produce the utopia that has compelled my people to remain CONGREGATIONALLY UNIFIED must now be produced through the INSTITUTIONS that I now control lest I must accept that I am no more JUST than the people who I ran out of office and now OCCUPY their seats of power that I used to protest against. "	The Organic Competency Development Meme is exactly like the "Social Justice Meme" that is presented in the cell to the left EXCEPT........... It mandates that you obtain awareness of your ESTABLISHMENT POWER and AGENCY - RIGHT NOW - in the present DOMAIN. Upon mastery of your GOVERNING COMPETENCY in this smaller domain - THEN as you scale upward on your Ideological/Political Crusade against your enemies - you will simply be reproducing the ORGANIC COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT that you have already been creating all along.
