(Now Joe Madison is arguing that the hall in which "YOU LIE" was shouted at the first Black President SHOULD BE disrespected by Rep Bobby Rush because he was practicing 'Civil Disobedience'.   Way to 'make it up as you go along, Mr Madison.   I should note that you have been appointed as the first ever Black offensive coordinator in the "Malcolm X Political Football Game".  I just haven't drawn up the diagram yet.)

We are seeing a "Black Conscious Attention Filibuster' operation in full effect.   

The operatives seek to set up the perfect trap.   

IF you ask "Why are you focusing so much on Trayvon Martin when so many other murders are taking place?"  - they simply need to ask you "Why are YOU seeking to DISTRACT us when the problem of RACIAL PROFILING of Black people (and "Stand Your Ground) is front and center in this case?   Are you going to allow them to kill Black people and sweep it under the rug?  Good thing we didn't listen to you when Emmett Till was murdered or we'd still be getting murdered.................By White Folks".

The Proper Way To Handle The Black Progressive Activists

The #1 tool that the Black Quasi-Socialist Progressive-Fundamentalist Racism Chasers have is the power to SET THE AGENDA WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY.

I don't fault the media for still covering the Trayvon Martin case.   The sight of hundreds of people marching around the nation IS NOT "manufacturing the news" on the part of the media.  

The fault resides WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY.   (As detailed later on by listening to Roland Martin) There is an active agenda to build "congregational unity" around an EXTERNAL INDICTMENT that most Black folks will escape without any toes stepped upon.

It is the job of the rank & file to enforce the linkage between the painful truth on the streets and the PRIORITIES that the representation takes up for legislative consideration.  In listening to the talking points that have been offered up surrounding the "Trayvon Martin Case" the call to elect officials that will "fight for OUR issues" gets skewed toward external threats.  

The fact that they are seeking relief for the Black community problems via elected officials is in itself a sign of how much the "American Political Domain" has assumed the nucleus of the "Black Community Development Consciousness".   One must assume that issues that are foundationally internal to the Black community will be either politicized or treated with benign neglect.

Mr Martin - you ask why don't "Right-wing shows" come to the Southside of Chicago to host shows on "Black On Black violence"?   

ANSWER, Mr Martin - Chicago is a MISSION ACCOMPLISHED CITY.   Those "Right-wing Republican" shows that are propagating a Republican message DID NOT take the stage during their campaign victory speech recently and say that "Democrats seek SAFE STREETS" - as Jesse Jackson Jr did.  

Why do we ask Republicans to go after the Black vote,  rather than people like YOU never seem to remind Black people of the INVESTMENTS of our 'Equal Black Ballots' that we have made to get to this present point in time?    You are so much of a salesman of a given party and ideology that there IS NO possibility of you defending the interests of the Black community FROM your larger agenda.

It is clear that you are the epitome of what I argue that the Embedded Black Fox Confidence Man seeks:  LARGE CROWDS OF NEGROES to prove that your "congregational unification powers" are still there.

Georgia - 100 Years Of The "Stand Your Ground" Laws

In Georgia there have been 21 cases of justifiable homicide since 2003, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. Those are homicides in which the police at the scene, prosecutors later on or a judge in an initial hearing decided no crime had been committed.
Many prosecutors, defense attorneys and gun rights advocates agree there is a need for the laws that allow deadly force in some circumstances, but there are some who disagree.

Georgia's Stand Your Ground law has been applied in 0.42% Of The Murders in Georgia since 2003, resulting in a ruling of "Justifiable Homicide".

As I listen to yet another "informed" Black protester outside of the Georgia state capitol vowing "Justice For Trayvon" and to END THE DEADLY "STAND YOUR GROUND LAWS" (given to us by the Republicans, NRA and ALEC) my previous observations about how the enemy to the "Black Progressive Struggle" are FACTS and PROPORTIONS.

With the news playing in the background on my Tivo- in the two murder scenes that were created in Atlanta on Saturday night it is highly unlikely that the Street Pirates knew anything about their RIGHTS to claim "Self Defense" as they murdered their victim.   With two people murdered during a home invasion in Union City, GA, for example - the greater concern about the aggressive Street Pirates that precipitated the confrontation is that they first be caught so that their defense attorney can come up with some off the wall defense that attests to their innocence.

We all understand that the activists have little that they can do to stop the deadly effects of Street Piracy upon the Black Community.   I honestly can't blame them for using a community that prefers "congregational unity" over comprehensive, effective governance within.
