| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Joe Madison represents the agents that provide COVER to the "Black Racial Services Machine" and "Progressive-Joint Venture" for them to continue to EXPLOIT the "Black Community Development Consciousness". At it uses our people's grievances to compel our investments for their victory during the present interval of "The Struggle" - Madison and others agree to NOT turn back and demand a RETURN ON INVESTMENT into the Black community FROM the agents that he has provided cover for. Instead his job is to keep the Black community TRANSACTIONALLY FOCUSED on the "right wing offensive play of the day", so that the Black Rank & File are never permitted to obtain their bearings of where we stand in the larger struggle - of which the Black Racial Services Machine has had more than 50 year of uncontested CONTROL OF THE BALL. If in many decades of "policy wonking" Joe Madison never warned the citizens of Detroit about the peril at they now face - what are the chances that today he is transparent enough to tell Black America as a whole that the nationalized progressive agenda might fail the community once the "Mission Accomplished State" is achieved?

I may call Black Quasi-Socialist Progressive-Fundamentalist Racism Chaser and Democratic Party operative Joe Madison a lot of names. I will never call him an unintelligent man.
As I listen to him on occasion he is indeed a competent "policy wonk". He is able to tell about the flaws in right-wing public policy better thn most.
This, in and of itself is not Joe Madison's problem.
His problem, it seems, is in analyzing the flaws of Progressive-Fundamentalist public policy.
Next to an after-hours recording from the NABJ conference in which various Black Press operatives are heard plotting on how they plan to get President Obama re-elected - I would love to hear an audio recording in whcih Joe Madison was heard warning the Black citizens of Detroit about the threat that they will face in the future of their city IF the non-government entities in the Black community do not effectively regulate the progressive power base that.....THEY elected into power.
The sight of Professional Progressive Political Preachers - Minister Al Sharpton and Rev Jesse Jackson traveling to Detroit to defend against the foreclosure proceedings of the city by the State Republicans was not a surprise to me. When Sharpton was heard telling the Black congregation that they should stand with the elected officials that wrecked the vehicle as the racist enemies in the state were seeking to OPPRESS BLACK VOTING OUTCOMES - this could have been scripted and sent to a call center in India for a customer service representative to read off this text. No surprise. This is the character of these operatives.
Beyond the popular face of the Black Progressive-Fundamnetalist message - there is a large cast of characters that keep this ball from hitting the ground in a fumble.
I have said before that the BLACK PRESS is the most corrupt entity in the "Black Racial Services Machine".
There is no amount of damaged suffered by the Black Community and the Black rank & file that would trigger the main line Black Progressive opinion voices to TURN AGAIN the MACHINE in support of the interests of THE PEOPLE.
Instead they use the circular reference in which that which is POPULAR must be EFFECTIVE in the interests of Black people. That fact that the machine has been victorious in "Mission Accomplished Cities" like Detroit yet the Black community's interests have been failed - points to the presence of some nefarious external force that caused this failure in the midst of the converged progressive agreement that they are on the right course.
No one has EVER been fired in the Black community for failing the Black community as long they remain PROGRESSIVE.
The Function Of Joe Martin
Joe Madison is one of the network of Black voices that provides cover for the machine that dominates our community. Their favorable ideology and intentions being the primary reason.
Since Madison has already told the audience about the malicious intent of the right wing AND the flaws of their public policy - giving the listening audience the "self-chum" that they like the taste of - it is rather easy for him to listen to the fraudulent, nonsensical arguments in support of "Black rule" in Detroit. Since the rant by the "Embedded Confidence Men" that he counts among his best friends ultimately shifts the argument from the question of the competency of the officials in Detroit over to an external indictment by:
- Making the state Republicans prove that they are not acting with racist intent
- Riling up Black people to "Defend Black Elected Officials" against a RACIST subversion of their local power while agreeing to not strike out against the incompetence of the city government (What ever happened to "Shrek" the Council leader?)
While the news that the "New Black Panther Party" threatened to burn down Detroit IF the state installed an emergency financial manager in place hit the head lines - few people bother to note how these radical far left elements merely serve as cover for the confidence men like Martin and others.
They are the consequence of the state not coming to the negotiating table to work out a compromise. IF Detroit was set ablaze like a "Hell Night bonfire" the WHITE FOLKS in the state have blood and gasoline residue on their hands for setting the fire - at the hands of Negroes who were not provided with sufficient conflict resolution skills during the intermediate years.
Just imagine if a bank was provided with these terms - "refinance my house or I will burn this mutha fucka down and YOU will feel the pain that I feel". Do you think that they are justified to use the same Geographic Information System software that is used to gerrymander favorable voting districts to also generate "red line" districts that the RISK from left-wing extremist attacks against the private property is too great?
Oh how I hope that the "Bank Black" movement is successful and they take the balance of the mortgage lending paper, as this is the only CHECK MATE that one can hope to produce against this clownish line of thinking.
During the debt ceiling showdown we heard the tales of "right wing brinksmanship". The benefit of the corrupt Black press working in line with the machine - is that we never hear about "left wing brinksmanship" on the Black news properties owned by White corporate interests but presenting themselves as "Black based on the hue of the talent who's diversity challenge is ideological rather than skin color as is the case in the usual news room.
The damage to the Black community is that during this time when EFFECTIVE GOVERNANCE should be created - we are treated to entrenched ideological bigotry.

When it came to Libya I noted that the operatives on "Black Wing Grievance Talk Radio" were more upset at the words of criticism said by former VP Dick Cheney than they were heard conveying against President Obama. It was my recordings of Joe Madison - that contributed significantly to my observation of the technique of "Keep Your Enemy On Trial So You Never Have To Indict Your Friends For Their Transgressions".

Unfortunately THIS is not the proper reference to make regarding the indictment of Joe Martin against an EQUAL HUMAN BEING that was heard publicly making a threat against a Black man.
HAVE YOU EVER HEARD JOE MARTIN SEEK TO REMOVE A "HIP HOP VOICE OF THE STREET PIRATE" ARTIST OFF OF THE STAGE BECAUSE HIS LYRICAL THREATS AGAINST A BLACK MAN WAS TOO MUCH LIKE "LIFE IMITATING ART"?
