They will never learn that it was the failure to develop and enforce proper governing structures and institutional integrity enforcement that will imperial them into a constant set of lateral conflict that will ultimately shatter the city that both factions claim to love.)
Don't look at the foolishness that has transpired inside of this meeting hall. Take a step further back and look at the forces that failed to promote a culture of civil discourse as they sought serial short term advantage.

As we note the two main acts:
- The man who charged at the mayor as she was speaking and was arrested
- The woman who pointed into the audience and proclaimed that she saw the KLAN..........
Of these two incidences, despite the fact that one shows basic disrespect for the elected leader of the city - the other incident where the "Klan member" in the audience who is merely a tax payer and an utility services payer - just like the woman speaking and calling her out will be seen as the SUPERIOR threat to the interests of order in this "Mission Accomplished' city that is in dire straits.
Racism Chasing is merely a diversionary tactic that has, up to now, successfully plastered over some serious structural problems WITHIN the Black community.
