".......That's Why We Black Progressives Reject You Black Conservatives............................"

The biggest threat the development of the Black Community through our institutions is the "Inside Trader".

They are seen leveraging the void in governance within the Black community for their own advantage.   As they operate this insider trading ring they establish the gateway system through which all who seek to be "authorized" must pass through in pursue of their certification for 'real Blackness".

As we take a step back and scrutinize their antics it becomes clear that they do not provide services to the Black community in support of its broad scale development.   Instead they provide PROTECTION of "favorable people" from the attacks that typically come when the Black community feels that someone has violated their interests.

The interests of this insider training cabal IS to protect its own POWER INTERESTS that are malignantly fused to the "Black Community Consciousness Core".  

By setting itself up as the authority it carries out a "congregational unity" scheme in which DISLOYALTY, not failure to deliver upon the promises that compelled Black people to invest is the primary source for attack and excommunication.  

With this self-designation also comes the power to REJECT its own power that should have been sufficient to produce better outcomes in the areas that it dominates.  This scheme of "Establishment Power Repudiation" affords the inside trader the ability to FAIL yet STILL WIN - as it successfully convinces the congregation that the results that have fallen short was due to the encroachment of the enemy who has committed mischief in the name of hatred.

His task is to convince the congregation that IF they school to take the eye off of the prize (focus on the enemy) and instead make the mistake of focusing on the failures of the "favorable people in power" that their infighting will only mean that THE ENEMY will gain ground leading to a loss for their own common interests.

With the rank & file so EXTERNALLY YOKED - they will have no choice but to serially accept this framing.  At each and every potential check point along the journey where they SHOULD HAVE demanded earnest money or not taken one more step - they prove themselves as being more HATEFUL of their enemy than knowledgeable of their own selves - as proven by the effective use of this tactic.

ANALYSIS 

This era is the first time that the BALANCE of the Black Community's fortunes will be defined by our community's ability to drive the development of our people through our own community level HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTIONS - without the threat of external molestation from UNCHECKED "White Supremacy" making our efforts folly.  

I maintain that the greatest strategic mistake that the plan that is called "The Black (Progressive) Agenda" has made over the past 50 years is that they invested their fate into the politics of the "American Political Domain", failing to inculcate a sufficient TRANSPARENT system of governance inside of the Black Community.   The adoption of "Nationalized Social Justice" theories was a masterstroke of (evil) genius as it set for the notion that growth in "Black Power" was evident by the election of favorable people into power.  This shifted the measurement of its EFFECTIVENESS away from "proof on the streets" of our ORGANIC competences being increased over to a more marginalized and blood thirsty battle on the "Malcolm X Political Football field".

Of course on any team - mutiny and disloyalty by those who dare ask questions about the results on the scoreboard must be dealt with harshly.  Just as the fateful scene that was depicted in the miniseries "Roots" but was actually lived by thousands of our ancestors - the beating of the 'wayward Negro' incidentally done to rip the skin off of his back.  Instead its most POWERFUL benefit to the interests of the slave master was that more than 10 others who watched the torture trans-mutated THEMSELVES into the body of their tortured plantation-mate, understand that they would be next if they followed in his disrespect of the standard order, set forth by the operator.

It is NOT the physical abuse that the Embedded Confidence Man of today shares in common with the old time slaver.  Instead their common knowledge of the intellectual compacity of ALL EQUAL HUMAN BEINGS to make rational decisions of self-preservation that is exploited.  From the vantage point of TODAY the MENTAL PAIN that is inside of the injured Black consciousness is the tether to which the Embedded Confidence Man affixes his guide wires upon the modern Black consciousness.

Like an abusive spouse - anyone who seeks affirmation from this individual that makes use of such mind games must be seen as complicit as they refused to retain the INSTITUTIONAL INTEGRITY that would have otherwise protected their collective interests from the Embedded Confidence Man that keeps stringing them along.

The short term benefits of COMPROMISE never pays off in the long term benefits that were sought.

The ONLY benefit that is produced in this arrangement if that the Embedded Confidence Man soon learns that his congregation is MENTALLY WEAK and he only needs to operate as the great soother to their unmet, inner wants and desires.   He understands that by tapping into their own HATRED OF OTHERS, this is a more effective potion than tapping into their notions of SELF-CONSCIOUSNESS and COMPETENCIES.   If he did key in on developing later characteristics within the flock the fully self-actualized congregation would  HAVE HIM FIRED as they now know that they are GREATER than what the embedded confidence man has limited them to so that HE can position himself as their great arbiter at the seat of POWER - they being too ignorant and unkempt to sufficiently represent their on interests.
