"Not Guilty" Of Murdering 4 Black People - Yet For Some Reason You Avoided Triggering A National "No-Justice No Peace" Rally And Calls To The US Justice - Civil Rights Division To Review The Court Proceedings For "Injustice"

ANALYSIS: The sole juror who held out against the others SHOULD NOT be damned BECAUSE she saw all of the "Crying Black Women" in the court room as the gory pictures of the death that their loved one's had suffered NOR the television news coverage of them crying when the murder happened. I would actually applaud a juror who was able to resist the "Emotional Draws" that any prosecution lawyer or news operative threw in their face in order to draw upon her emotion for a conviction. Black people have been the VICTIMS of those operatives that latched upon the latent bigotry of lawyers, judges or towns people who knew that every White upstanding citizen would hold the line and protect the "team" in the grand "Racial Tribalism" that kept them in power. Unfortunately this sole hold out juror is NOT this "Profile In Courage" When asked to justify her position, so that her counter parts could have a RATIONAL discussion in the court room she "Turned It Over To YAHWEH" - defensively telling them "Only GOD knows the truth". People fail to understand that THIS SCHEME does NOT show her as a "woman of faith". She would have been equally offensive had she pulled out the "Ouija" board that she snuck though security and told them all to huddle around the table and let her "Ouija God" assist them in determining the proper outcome. In the face of being forced to JUSTIFY HER OPINION, she OUTSOURCED IT.  This is WEAK. GOD made her with INTELLIGENCE and 5 Senses to take in physical evidence about the world to feed this Intelligence.   As the lives of the 4 murdered people, 2 murder defendants and a court room full of their family members and well-wishers looked on for the jury of their peers to DO THEIR JOB without bias.................Black people were AGAIN made victims of BIAS. This time it wasn't RACIAL BIAS. The sole juror's bias was that of "ENTRENCHED IGNORANCE" and the shell that it builds to protect it from being exposed to the sunlight of rationality. WITH ALL DUE RESPECT - When you hear Black jurors saying "THERE ARE ALREADY TOO MANY BLACK MEN IN JAIL.  I can't bring myself to lock up another" ARE THEY any less prone to cut the chains of justice on "Lady Justice's" balance scale than is a White racist? The truth is that the court room is the phase where the DEED HAS BEEN DONE.  In a perfect world - the EVIDENCE that gets entered in to the case should be the primary set of facts all while the JURORS seek to leave the bias that they entered the jury box with behind. Those Civil Rights Leaders UNHAPPY with "The Shade" of WHO IS IN THE COURT ROOM or the "New Jim Crow Jail System" should express their own "Profile Of Consciousness", and accept that every one of these individual souls transited their way, in passing, through the squad car, the jail, the court and the prison.   Before each of these intermediate points in their lives where were some FORMATIVE TRUTHS that their conscious mind settled upon.   THIS is where the "JUSTICE SEEKING" must begin. In as much as the placement of "favorable" police chiefs, mayors, governors, jailers, judges, district attorneys and defense attorneys has NOT lead to a seismic reduction in the over-representation of Black criminal defendants in these "Mission Accomplished Cities" (like Boston is) - there clearly is something else, closer to home, that is the problem. It was far easier to see that the disconnected, contempt for Black people lead the Klan to kill lots of 4 Black people at a time and not think about it. FAR MORE DIFFICULT is it to handle when the STREET PIRATE SERIAL KILLER has his consciousness about himself and his regard for the lives of other people forged within the incubator of the Black Community. In as much as there is too much of a risk that the "Demand For Justice That Leaves NO STONE UN-TURNED" might end up being a pebble that appears in their own shoe, causing discomfort as they lead the protest rally for "Justice"..........the situations where there is co-liability for the consciousness that was sculpted WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY - don't appear as popular as when the ASSAILANT is an outsider and the Embedded Confidence Men can throw a rock at him and pierce the defenses of an external ideological/political enemy as they show the carcass of a dead Black man who was killed because of their active public policies or "benign neglect"in failing to live up to the "National Social Justice Contract".

Mattapan jurors recount discord

Boston Police Superintendent Bruce Holloway (right) spoke during a community meeting at the Morning Star Baptist Church on March 23 in reaction to the Mattapan massacre trial verdicts. 

Dr. Henry Nields, chief medical examiner for Massachusetts, gestured to his cheekbones while describing the placement of a bullet wound in victim Simba Martin's head. 

“The yelling was so loud that jurors in another room heard us,’’ said one of the jurors in the case, speaking Friday on condition of anonymity. “I couldn’t believe what was going on.’’
The eight women and four men picked to decide the fates of Moore, the alleged triggerman in the September 2010 killings of four people, including a 2-year-old boy, and Edward Washington, the accused getaway driver, began their deliberations determined to be civil.
By lunchtime on Day 2, they had decided there was not enough evidence to convict Washington. The only question was whether to find Moore guilty. The majority believed he was guilty, but on the third day of deliberations, one juror, a soft-spoken middle-aged woman, refused to budge.
The woman, according to two jurors who did not want their names published, told them she knew from the beginning that she would be the holdout. Only God knew the truth, she said.
Inside the jury room on the eighth floor of the Suffolk Superior Courthouse, things began to unravel. Jurors said their frustrations grew out of the woman’s refusal to explain her position with evidence from the trial.
“Not once did she say why she believed what she did, not once,’’ said one juror. He said he faced her and talked to her at length, desperately trying to get her to explain her position.
“All she kept saying was: ‘That’s my feeling. That’s what I believe,’ ’’ he said.
