Psst - Do you notice ever time the "Black Racial Services Machine" is confronted with the mandate to JUSTIFY to Black people the community's "RETURN ON INVESTMENT" for the investment advice they have given our community in the past, as proven by ORGANIC COMPETENCIES THAT HAVE BEEN BUILT UP WITHIN VIA OUR INSTITUTIONS, they instead find some marginal issue that they know will compel Black people to go on the RACIAL DEFENSIVE, retaining "Congregational Unity" because of this threat?

Truthfully the Embedded Confidence Men are not the problem.  They are going to do what they are going to do as they understand the sensitivities of their base.

The real problem is indeed the Black Rank & File.  Absent the imposition of a framework of self-protection, even from those on the INSIDE, so that no one is allowed to constantly exploit their fears and  vulnerabilities -those who have proven that their goal is to deliver "Equal Black Ballots" into the Joint Venture's coffers will lose all notions that they must be accountable for what they compelled the rank & file to invest in just a few short years ago.   This produces a "Say and do whatever you need to do at the present time to get what you want, knowing that 'SHE' will swoon over the words that are said".

Until the rank & file prioritizes ITS OWN standing above all others, beginning to weigh the PROPORTIONS of the risk that they are compelled to respond to versus the OPPORTUNITY COSTS of investing their conscious attention away from their core priorities then the Embedded Confidence Men will not only receive their gold - they won't ever have to show the masses a portfolio balance sheet that shows growth via their present antics.
