Beware Of The International Criminal Court's Line Up

Is The International Criminal Court The "Project For A New African Century"?

Is there a pattern here or am I missing something?

I am not one who needs to see diversity in a perp walk before I accept the legitimacy of a regulatory process.

Though I am no fan of the International Criminal Court and continue to reject its authority, I also understand that the reason why the majority of the individuals are on this list is because far too many African nations lack the INSTITUTIONS that promote the protection and development of the people along with government transparency.

With this failure at transparent self-governance the weak institutions in these places open the door for internal chaos and external meddling and exploitation of the material wealth of the region.

Notice my "Anti-Conspiracy Theory" as listed above.
External forces can't keep chaos going in these places as a gateway to taking the mineral wealth unless the people perpetuation weak institutions who's lack of "Institutional Integrity" provoke conspiring groups of strong men seek out short term gain at the long term expense of all of the people.

While it may be true that "Sudan doesn't manufacture AK-47s". It is also true that there is no "human drone", who's remote control puppet master resides in Europe, America, Russia or China is made to pull the trigger.

I recall after seeing "The Last King Of Scotland" - the movie about Idi Amin (featuring Forrest Whitaker) I posted that I did not see the invisible wires of the puppet masters in the sky, provoking the Black African Ugandans to shoot their own people.

While I don't trust the agenda of this lead prosecutor for the ICC - he has many, many despots doing actions that give him an easier time justifying his actions to those who are watching the FaceBook campaign.

Again I ask the Black-American - what about your present antics in the "American-Political Domain" is providing one once of proof that in the future you will be able to provide any STRUCTURAL SUPPORT to other people in the Black Diaspora?

This post was expressly focused upon the ICC. It was by no means all inclusive of the external forces seeking to control the natural resources.

Ironically China is repairing many of the rail road segments that the former colonial powers had constructed to move materials from the source over to the sea ports.

There is the issue of:
1) Mineral Wealth
2) The Technology to Extract and Ship It
3) The Internal Markets and Wholesale Distribution
4) The GOVERNMENT (National and [Continental] International) Regulators that set and enforce the rules
5) THE PEOPLE who are engaged in all aspects of the above operations and who's standard of living is ultimately benefited because they are leveraging their own wealth for their competitive self-interests.

Education and Transparent Governance is what I am worried about more than I worry about CHINA.; 9:13 PM

The Use Of "Slave/Jim Crow Images" In Black Political Debate - Evaluate The Agenda

The use of "slave imagery" is common in ideological discourse among Black people today. The best way to appraise the veracity of the agenda of the presenter is to distinguish between those images which are used to cajole Black people into "Ideological Unity" versus those images used to bring consciousness to the sad fact that in far too many cases today - the man holding the gun is a Black man, his disturbed consciousness allowed to fester because the balance of our community organizers are focused on external political affairs. They sell us on the notion that when our people assist their political/ideological external partners in their success that these individuals who suffer from BENIGN NEGLECT will be cured - no longer terrorizing us. In the circular reference that is their struggle - the more damaged individuals that matriculate through the local institutions that they now control per their struggle, the louder their call for continued UNITY and redirection lest our community's long time external adversaries start terrorizing us again. They successfully avoid community scrutiny of their stewardship of our key "Human Resource Development" institutions.
