There is a renewed threat to the interests of the Black community - as detailed by the key topic of discussion on "Black Wing Talk Radio" over the last few days.

The Clarence Thomas lead "US Supreme Court" is set to review the justification of "Affirmative Action".

From this I learned that THIS is why it is so critical to support President Obama and get him reelected so that the US Supreme Court and the judiciary is turned back from its rightward trajectory.

As always I am stunned by the narrative that is adopted by the Black Quasi-Socialist Progressive-Fundamentalist Racism Chaser as he pauses to take a survey as to where Black people now stand.

Since he is looking outward from his own body his is a "first person view" of the world around him.   Since he has the polarized filter of ideology on his glasses - all of the threats that he sees come from the enemy ideology and none from his own person and consciousness.

Since they operate with the first person point of view AND promote the notion that they control the narrative for the Black Community there is no possible way to avoid the promotion of a self-serving agenda via the liberties that they take at our community's expense.

The Proportionality Filter As A Management Tool

There are few other points of debate that can provoke the prevailing Black Political Consciousness into a frenzy than the perceived attack on "Affirmative Action".

Even as the feeder schools that our Black students matriculate through on their way to obtaining an adult consciousness fail to produce a sufficient number of our people who are prepared for college in support of our community needs - the people who know our people the best understand that Black people are drawn by the power of the "Racist Threat Against Our Interests" more than the slow and boring INTROSPECTIVE obligations that the charge to "manage our own affairs FIRST" involves.


The tired claim is that conservatives don't care about science, their bigotry prevents them from changing.    Despite the fact that the body of evidence that indicates the most significant closure in the wage gap between the races comes from education - this information is spun for the benefit of those who see Affirmative Action as a prime gateway to education more than they see the failure to effectively develop our people through the institutions that favorable people already control is the greater proportional threat.

The truth is that it is not "conservatism" that detests scientific information it is BIGOTRY that desires to ignore the truth for want of retaining their present set of beliefs.   "Progressive-Fundamentalism", the belief that a progressive methodology is always the right tool for every job at hand is no less set in its methodological ways than is conservatism.

The Shifting Of The Indictment

Normally the acquisition of an increasing amount of POWER within the institutions of a society also breeds an increase in accountability for the outcomes that result.

Those who are mindful of this fact also have a vested interest in executing what I have called "Establishment Power Repudiation".   This is the desire by those who have assumed power per the will of the people to lay claim for having rendered all of the positive outcomes that happened on their watch while claiming that there are variables that they have no control over that caused the failed outcomes that are at hand.   Knowing that they are not going to be FIRED FOR FAILURE - they take hold of the FAILURES and use them as a new round of indictment against their EXTERNAL ENEMIES.

With "Establishment Power Repudiation" in use the more effective leaders of the people who want to be lead and are enchanted by the feeling of MOTION are seen levitating off of the stage just before the piercing arrows of criticism are flung from the audience and then leading that audience in a new PROTEST STRUGGLE against the enemy that is actually responsible for causing the shortfall in attainment.

Those of us who observe this action will note that the leader of the pack always avoids leading the crowd to his own office so that they can protest against him - the present office holder.

Even he is not quick enough to throw an egg from his position in the crowd and then run up the stairs while the egg is in flight and have it splatter on his face as he stands at the podium giving his "State Of The {fill in the blank 'Mission Accomplished Zone'}" speech.

The only way to counter these self serving forces is retain the focus on your PERMANENT INTERESTS and not cleave upon the METHODOLOGY though which they are to be achieved.

By focusing on methodology instead of measurement - we are lulled into fighting to the death in defense of methodologies that have more popular sentiment than they do effectiveness in delivering SUFFICIENT QUANTITIES OF BLACK PEOPLE into the land of promises.
