If There Was Transparency In The Black Press - Thurgood Marshall Would Be Called Out For His "Newt Gingrich Behavior"

 My intent is not to smear the late US Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall.

My views of the man are clear.

• I have great regard for Thurgood Marshall - the NAACP lead attorney who sought and won structure changes for the fair and comprehensive enforcement of laws without regard to race.
• I am critical of the "US Supreme Court Associate Justice Thurgood Marshall" who used his new role as an "umpire" to advance his ideological agenda - leaving us today with the "Justice Thurgood Marshall Justice Theory" that envelops the Black community and other zones where "Progressive Fundamentalism" is the "last man standing".  
• The drive to "Turn Criminal Defendants That Have Assaulted The Community Into VICTIMS Of The System, Using Them As Specimen To Put The System On Trial" worked well until "Favorable People" became the prevailing force in various "Mission Accomplished Cities".  Today in Atlanta, for example - when Black people have their "civil rights violated" - suffering from 'unlawful detention' due to incompetence in paper work or procedure - the "Civil Rights Pharisees", not wanting to soil the reputation of their friends that they put into power - show that no one "Black man's case" is worth risking losing the power establishment that they have erected, allowing a White conservative to get back into power and execute the same violations against Black people's interests.  At least with a favorable progressive (of any race) in power - their "progressive sentiments" can be turned into prideful feelings as the other cases are ruled favorably.  Especially if the court has to hear a case of two factions from "The SCLC" or "The King Center" before the court, seeking a ruling on a bitter internal conflict.  (but I digress)

Thurgood Marshall Did A "Newt Gingrich" Prior To Newt Gingrich  Was A Threat

 His sexual relationship with Cecilia Suyat, his secretary at the NAACP, started while he was still married to his ailing first wife. Ten months after Marshall's first wife died, he married Suyat. She was Asian American, and on December 17, 1955, a press conference was held to announce the marriage and recognize Suyat as a member of the NAACP family. Shortly thereafter, Marshall and his new wife had two sons, Thurgood Jr. and John.

Of course, it is my duty as a Black man (I know my "good standing" has been lost a long time ago) to spike this news story.   I found this factoid as I viewed a web site listing Black men who married inter-racially.  

My agenda is merely to add this to the growing list of hate-motivated indictments of "ideological enemies" while attacking anyone who dares soil the reputation of a "friend".

IF such behavior is to be transformed into a question of one's "character" and fitness for office - then why is it that we see the "propaganda vs spiking" corruption being executed by those who PRETEND to be "advancing the Black agenda"?   Clearly they are merely advancing their ideological agenda and "carrying the Negro along for the ride".

Officially I don't care about the late Justice Marshall's private life.   It is clear that the fact that the former Ms Suyat worked for the "NAACP" and not the "Tea Party" is further grounds for affirmation of the decision to spike this news for years.   I am far more concerned, however, that as the talking points about "The New Jim Crow", "Prison Industrial Complex" is advanced as the reason for the high incarceration rates for Black males - as the attempt is made to destroy Black people - the same purveyors of this narrative are unwilling to note that in the very places that "favorable progressives" are in power in the police department, the DA's office and the circuit court - the "skin tone" of the prison population varies little from the stereotype that they promote.   Thus if their claim is true then the bigger story that they should stop SPIKING is the transparent assumption that the "Black Progressives who now hold the gavel are ALSO in on the destruction of the Black community by means of incarceration of the Black male". 

Just as "Justice Thurgood Marshall Justice" domination of the legal system in "Mission Accomplished cities" took root as opportunities for positions of power were opened, "The Community Development Consciousness" saw a change from community governance over to "Voting For Salvation" ......... a rise was seen in the .......................

I challenge anyone to make the case that YOUR NARRATIVE is more accurate than the one above.  Using both the facts about HOMICIDE and the expected benefit from "favorable people in power" thus assuming more "Establishment Responsibility' for the results as necessary constraints against your "free radical" claims that must be bound to reality.
