How The Black Progressive Fundamentalist Debates The Marginal Issues To Avoid Self-Indictment For His Failure To Develop The Black Community After Obtaining Power Via The Promises To Do So

Supreme Court To Review Affirmative Action 

As I was snooping around the book store the other night I looked and noticed (ironically) in the Black Fiction section of the book store there was US Supreme Court Associate Justice Clarence Thomas' picture on the front of a book.

I have heard several Black wing talk radio hosts say  (or was that in Essence?) that they are bored now that Black Republican Herman Cain is no longer around to "entertain" them.   No worries.   As the US Supreme Court renders its THREAT to their very conscious being - Clarence Thomas will return into the spot that Herman Cain briefly held before his own "frat boy" image took him down from the Republican podium.

As I type this the latest episode of the "Black wing talk radio" is being recorded on my computer for my review at a later date.  I hear they are talking about "Affirmative Action" in the affirmative.

The argument by the radio host who referred to herself as "We Democrats" a few weeks ago is that Affirmative Action provide opportunity to 'disadvantage minorities' who still suffer from the ill effects that slavery and Jim Crow racism has transacted on their community and the availability of resources to work with."   (Note -  please see my last post about the need for "RESOURCE AGGREGATION for the benefit of future generations.)

The problem with this argument is that it fails the key points of "Proportionality" and "The Time Line".
I told you before - if you don't bring tools and a framing into a debate with a Black Progressive-Fundamentalist YOU will exit the debate being tarred as a "Klansman" and they will be allowed to levitate away from their accountability for failing to produce the necessary results from our community via their present domination of the INSTITUTIONS WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY.

• They are seeking to advance their IDEOLOGY and POLITICAL PARTY using Black Inferiority and our DAMAGED STATE as their permanent indictment against anyone who disagree with their METHODOLOGY for "Healing Black People" 
• They use our DAMAGED STATE as their primary means of  SHIFTING the conversation away from the correct subject - An Appraisal Of their COMPETENCY In Developing The Black Community Via Our People - Now that their "Bayard Rustin VOTE OUR WAY TO SALVATION" scheme is in full effect

If you think that the "Black Racial Services Machine" and the "Progressive Joint Venture" will ever reach a point where they SELF-ADMIT that they have sufficient POWER and you now are "allowed" to criticize them as the source of the shortfalls of the institutions that they now dominate - you are the one with the problem.

It is a violation of "Management 101" to yield your interests to the fate of the EMBEDDED CONFIDENCE MAN as he convinces you that he should not be blamed for the results that he failed to deliver when he initially gained your confidence.    Failing to protect your own discrete interests YOU function as a "Team Advocate" for his AGENDA rather than as a manager of the God given resources that you were asked to provide good stewardship over.

The only questions left for you to answer are "How far will you walk in the cold as you are exposed without your consciousness before you perish and who will find your body?"

When I tell you that the main people who argue that 'We had our culture stolen in slavery' are some of the most UNQUALIFIED people to BUILD A CULTURE THAT HAS ORGANIC COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT as its core - look no further than this present debate.    We as a people are amassing tendencies that are fortified as the world offers up the latest daily transaction.   The Embedded Confidence Men who have gained POWER over the key "Human Resource Development Institutions" that they told us are the key to our EQUALITY are now heard seeking to shift the argument over to marginal issues rather than detailing the PROPORTION of Black children that matriculate through these systems and of the one's who remain standing - how many are college material?

IS THE PRESENT RATE OF BLACK STUDENTS WHO MATRICULATE THROUGH "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED SCHOOL SYSTEMS" SUFFICIENT FOR THE NEEDS OF THE BLACK COMMUNITY FOR TRAINED "PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGENTS" THAT WILL PROVIDE THE SERVICES THAT WE NEED TO LIVE UP TO A HIGH STANDARD OF LIVING?

If you pay attention to their debate tactics they must always allege that those who oppose their ideological METHODOLOGIES that purport to lift up Black people are the enemies of Black Development and our oppressors.

The truth is that those forces who took control over the key institutions within our community under the guise of advancing our interests and upon failing they are heard seeking to redirect the indictment on the old ghosts of slavery are "Black Inferiorists".   They do not know how to effectively achieve our community goals through our people and the  institutions that they dominate.  The last resort for a scoundrel is to forge CONGREGATIONAL UNITY by mounting a crusade against an old enemy - who's main sin is that they left the "confidence men" all alone to allow their theories to work in an atomic manner so we all can see the results.
