It is my opinion that the Black Community is more at risk today as free people than at any other time that we have had abundant presence in America.
The first phase of our experience in America was within the bonds of American Slavery. From this we transitioned to victims who lived at the whims of arbitrary laws and struct social order. This begat the struggle for civil rights and then to the present construction of POLITICAL INTEGRATION in the name of "economic and social justice".
More than any other time in this past, the Black American has control over the choices that will define his long term fate. This is not to say that the community is conscious of these decisions at hand.
The use of propaganda that is targeted at keeping Black America's conscious attention fully integrated into the affairs of America, particular politics is at an all time high. The same electronic media that has allowed billions of people to engage in social networking is also the conduit through which these messages of distortion are sent.
It is more accurate to say that these adult consumers of information are fully aware of what they are accepting in and reacting to. They do so based upon an existing set of "norms" that have been constructed in their "frame of reference". This is the body of thoughts that their life experiences have amassed in their minds.
As such the forces that have earned their confidence are able to exploit this trusted relationship and their intimate knowledge of their "congregation" to send forth a stream of information to them that has the goal of provoking a predictable response.
"Access To Social Justice Entitlements That Place You IN RECEIPT OF The Desired Standard Of Living" VS Leveraging The Institutions Under Your Control To Develop Your Human Resources Into The Support Pillars For The Level That You Seek To Reach"
As I seek out media messages intended to influence the views of Black Americans the key construct that I note is that there is a set of assumptions that under-gird most of the bloodletting that is expressed in the political sporting arena. The section title captures this great divide.
Instead of assailing the motives of those who I disagree with I choose to play their assumptions out as a means of providing clear guidance to any and all that believe that alternative channel to be the preferred route.
The one demand that I have is that each of these theories which promote the "care and feeding" for the benefit of the Black Community be confined by a series of measures through which we can make a fair appraisal.
#1 - POPULARITY MUST BE THROWN OUT OF THE WINDOW.
The first mandate is to toss out the notion that what is POPULARLY ASSUMED to be the best means to develop the Black Community is, in fact, the MOST EFFECTIVE means of doing so. In truth this is merely a circular reference. It provides the "embedded propagandists" justification to continue their antics as the large crowd that consumes their "bread and circuses" makes for such a mandate.
The primary reason today why that which stands as "Sellout Behavior" is not called out as such is because the norm criers of the refrain "Sellout!!!!" are standing in with the crowd and thus choose not to shatter the eardrum of their complicit partners less they induce unnecessary pain.
We should accept that, per their present consciousness, the prevailing theories appear rational. A change in consciousness will cause a dissipation of the crowd without resorting to using tear gas.
#2 - DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANIC COMPETENCIES WITHIN OUR PEOPLE MUST BE MADE SUPERIOR THAN CONSUMER CONSUMPTION
For some people - this is a deal breaker. They will not walk further with this challenge because, it turns their notions of "social justice" - their drive which makes indictments on the nation to "live up to its creed" over to an INTERNAL challenge - forcing them to properly govern the HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTIONS so that it produces individuals that matriculate through their front doors on a daily basis with competencies in line with the community needs.
When the "gross community product" is measured - the city/state/national economic output will show increase as a result of their effective resource governance.
#3 - THE RESOURCES IN THE COMMUNITY MUST BE DEVELOPED VIA THE INSTITUTIONS THAT THE PREVAILING ESTABLISHMENT POWER HAVE WON OVER PER THE PEOPLE'S MANDATE
I have coined the term "Establishment Power Repudiation" to describe the present scheme that many of our people buy into.
Since the "embedded confidence men" are pushing their ideology that is attractive to Black people in our prevailing consciousness as a means of aggregating political power in the "American Political Domain" at our expense - when it comes to establishing CHECK POINTS along the journey where their assumption of control over our community's institutions should be detectable via a WIDE-SPREAD show of prosperity - they REJECT this necessary management constraint, understand that this mandates that they show proof of effectiveness.
As "Free Radicals" they seek to be untethered. Their strength comes from their ability to make external indictment, charging that the enemy force that resides outside of the domain that they now control are guilty of having failed to uphold the "national common contract". Their BIGOTRY and HATE motivating their malicious behavior.
In truth - theirs is as malicious but worse because they convince the masses of their own INFERIORITY. With every incremental increase in land under their control followed by the failure of delivery, the use of "Establishment Power Repudiation" subconsciously tells the "congregation" that
they are incapable of producing what they desired on their own backs. They agree to climb another rung up the mountain in pursuit of their desire to be made whole via the capture of their evading enemy.
In truth this chase merely allows them to reject the CAPITALISM that their higher morality compels them to defile. By confiscating the wealth that was generated by the capitalist and distributing it in the name of SOCIAL JUSTICE - they are, in truth "Capitalist Vertical Market Wholesalers With A Socialistic Retail Distribution Channel". The since the classical Vikings roamed the rivers of Europe and west Asia have there been such a prolific bunch.
#4, #5, #6, #7.............#100 - IF YOU AS AN INDIVIDUAL AND AS A CONGREGATION ARE CONDITIONED TO BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE SO INFERIOR THAT IT WOULD DO YOU HARM TO QUESTION THOSE WHO YOU HAVE VESTED YOUR CONFIDENCE IN AS YOU HAVE FAILED TO ESTABLISH "MANAGEMENT MEASUREMENT TOOLS" TO DEFEND YOUR OWN INTERESTS FROM THEIR USURPATION THEN YOU DESERVE TO OBTAIN ALL OF THE OUTCOMES THAT THEY PRODUCE, WHICH FALL FALL SHORT OF YOUR EXPECTATIONS. THE "TIME LINE" AND THE "EARNEST MONEY DEMANDED BEFORE CLIMBING HIGHER AT THEIR COMMAND" ARE NECESSARY TOOLS TO ENFORCE YOUR OWN INTERESTS WHICH ARE SEPARATE FROM "THE STRUGGLE" THEY HAVE YOU ON. THESE PROVIDE EVIDENCE THAT AN "EQUAL HUMAN BEING" IS HOLDING THE BALLOT THEY ARE SEEKING
IF YOU DON'T DEVELOP YOUR OWN "MANAGEMENT TOOLS" YOU ARE GOING TO BE EXPLOITED BY THE CONFIDENCE MEN WHO FUSE YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS WITH THEIR "CONFIDENCE SCHEME" THAT THEY PROMISED TO DELIVER "THE COMMUNITY'S VOICE" INTO THE JOINT VENTURE.
Why is Roland Martin more focused on Republican Mitt Romney's CONCERN FOR THE POOR but does not say a DAMNED THING about who GOT THE POOR'S INVESTMENTS, as they promised INCREASE?
WHO RUNS THE "HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTIONS" OF THE AVERAGE POOR PERSON IN AMERICA?
How is there allowed to be a LOGICAL TRANSFER by which those who claim to "Advocate For The Least Of These" are absolved from measure of their COMPETENCIES AND SUCCESS. Those who THEY CHOOSE as their ADVERSARY are put on trial and convicted of NOT HAVING CONCERN.
When "The Least Of These" have no consciousness about themselves - they will be USED by the EMBEDDED CONFIDENCE MEN as a POSTER CHILD, all for the purpose of advancing THE MACHINE. They need to remain necessarily POOR least the MACHINE lose the "extras" for its video production set.
Putting The Embedded Confidence Men On Trial
As a person who rather enjoys the "muckraking" seen on "Democracy Now" - accepting that they have an ideology that differs than mine - the INTEGRITY of their "Progressive Message" allows me to accept and value the efforts of Amy Goodman and crew. I understand that they are going to expose the imperialistic actions of the American government and western power, the person sitting in the commander's chair be damned.
With this in mind - the mental anguish that I suffer in watching "The Al Sharpton Show" (Politics Nation on MSNBC and "Keeping It Real" on the radio) could not be more distinct from my sentiments about "Democracy Now".
Sharpton is a "Progressive", as is Amy Goodman. Unlike Goodman, Professional Political Progressive Preacher Rev Al Shaprton is a "Democratic Party Establishment Player".

Why does Roland Martin of TV One and CNN get to "Put Mitt Romney On Trial For Talking About HIS CONCERN FOR POOR PEOPLE But Is Not Forced To Tell About All Of The 'Equal Ballots That THE LEAST OF THESE Have Invested In The Machine That HE Is Pushing"?
