GIVE CODY STEPHENS HIS VALEDICTORIAN HONOR!!!!!  WE HAVE MORE IMPORTANT THROATS TO CHOKE 
THE BLACK COMMUNITY HAS BIGGER FISH TO FRY IN MANAGING THE AFFAIRS IN SCHOOL SYSTEMS THAT HAVE FAR, FAR MORE BLACK PEOPLE YET ARE IN NEED OF A CLEARER VISION AND MANAGEMENT COMPETENCIES

Dear school officials in Gainsville (Hall County) Georgia and Gwinnett County Georgia - please stop the foolishness that you are doing as it undercuts my strategy to have Black people in metro Atlanta focused primarily on managing the "Human Resource Management Institutions" that the vast majority of Black children attend.

The more that you conduct any act that has the slightest bit of RACISM(!!!!) the more outlets you give them to distract from the critical situation for education in the core Black school systems of Atlanta, Dekalb, Clayton County and the schools in south Fulton County.

With gasoline prices getting high - your actions are costing the "Fight The Power Forces" more money to attend the rallies at your schools as they drive from Atlanta to the extreme periphery of the metro area. 

I DO NOT CLAIM ANY CONTROL OVER THE FREE SPEECH RIGHTS OF ANY PERSON TO USE THEIR TIME AS THEY CHOOSE.   In fact I would stand with them against anyone who attempted to block their ability to protest against whatever they choose.

MY AGENDA is to appraise them for their EFFECTIVENESS - in as much as they represent themselves as driving a "Black Agenda" for the development and "social justice" for Black people.
It is my opinion that they fail at the "Proportionality Filter".  Their "struggle motion" should not be appraised by the size of their protests but instead by the comprehensiveness of their scheme in producing results WITHIN the Black Community.

These streaming insults to their version of "Black Consciousness" does nothing more than take the focus on where they deserve to be indicted:  In the "Mission Accomplished Zones" where their past "Struggles" brought them control.   With their 'racism chasing" they give credence to their notion that external forces that have moved away - still are firing volleys that are meant to undercut Black people where these adversarial forces now live.  They are also making the "Mission Accomplished Zones" fail due to "racism in absentia" - denying these zones of the necessary "social & economic justice" that they deserve.  

With all due respect - There are FEW if any schools in the core Atlanta area counties that have a 9 of 10 rating AND the racial make up of Gainsville High School.  NOT because of the RACE but because of the forces that are allowed to dominate the institutions within, DISTRACTING from the creation of a high performance academic institution.

If you do not use "The Numbers" to guide your strategy - you will always fall for the whims of the RACISM CHASER.  They view success based on the size of their protest rallies rather than upon the effectiveness in actually building up our people.

Statistics Are Less Effective In Directing A People's Attention Than Is "RACISM CHASING"

In a more perfect world the priority focus would be invested in the school districts where there is the largest gap between "The Total Quantity of Black Students" and the "Lowest School District Rating".  

Of course - this operates with the assumption that their agenda is to achieve "The Most Bang For The Buck".   

In my opinion their agenda is to prioritize that which can trigger the largest crowd of Black people in support of their agenda.   

When it comes to focusing on issues that would produce a SELF-INDICTMENT - you are prone to be seen as "the Enemy Of Black People" by those who's agenda is to protect the "Black Racial Services Machine" establishment that has a lock on our community's consciousness focus.

THEIR priorities are made to be the COMMUNITY'S PRIORITY - the damning numbers to the contrary be damned.  

The failure and fraud of "The Black Press" in its present prevailing form is that NO ONE IS GOING TO DO THIS TYPE OF "SORT ON THE DATA" as a means of questioning their ideological soul mates in what they are doing in the name of "The Black Agenda".

When I see this data and apply it to the last 3 "racial issues" related to metro-Atlanta schools:

1. The "Slavery Math Homework"
2. The Gainesville Valedictorian Racism
3. The Atlanta Public Schools Cheating Scandal - where "The Blacks" were asked to defend against the take over attempt by "White State Republicans" (and SACS) more than being offended against the violation of integrity 

as evidence of "Non-White White Supremacy" at play.   The purported schemes of WHITE PEOPLE to destroy Black people is made SUPERIOR to Black people being tasked to run our own "Human Resource Development Institutions" in support of our long term community development goals.

PERIOD!!!!

They like to project the image of "Strength Through Unity" when in truth they are hiding their weak position which is seen WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY - where they have unchecked control.   

Again the Black Press is complicit and is failing at their role to defend our community's interests from usurpation - even when they agree with the "usurpers"
