West Palm Beach, Fl (Note - WPB resides in Black Republican Allen West's district at present.   We here at BLAX News are not surprised that after destroying the city of WPB another squirrelly Black Republican is seen absconding to a new district after 2 years and leaving it up to a "Progressive" to clean up the mess - just like Obama is doing for the entire nation)

Chicago, IL -(Note - As BLAX News has said previously - Anyone who believes that they are going to separate the "Progressive Social Justice Strugglers" from their present attachments should look at the City of Chicago to understand the folly of attempting to make such an accomplishment via the presently established channels of politics and 'selling the future' through it.  After losing more than 180,000 Black Chicagoans in the past 10 years - they having attested to the 'misery' - the Progressive-Fundamentalists, as prideful as they are, seek to save face by selling their new neighbors on the advanced state of "Progressivism" that the city of Chicago has achieved and now they plan to provide the same favor for their new domicile.   Anyone who resists is a bigot, not wanting to CHANGE.

Fort Lauderdale, FL -(Note - We are confused.  One Wikipedia page says that Ft Lauderdale is in Rep Alcee Hastings district and then another says that it, the 20th District belongs to Rep Debbie Wasserman-Schultz - the "Leading Democrat" and therefor a "Black Leader By Proxy".  We see, however that Rep Hastings presides over FL 23rd district. but the following note in Wikipedia is interesting. 

   Florida's 23rd congressional district is a congressional district in the U.S. state of Florida. Based in South Florida, the district is highly racially gerrymandered and consists of the heavily African American parts of Broward and Palm Beach counties. The district includes Pompano Beach, Boynton Beach and Belle Glade.

Toledo, OH - (Note - Mayor Michael Bell of Toledo is an Independent.  BLAX News gives him credit for such a move and thus will extend him more time to clean up the mess that the "dung producing party animals have left for him. Rockford, IL - (Note - now we understand why Chicago pastor and state senator Rev Meeks did not go to "Rockford IL" several years ago as he threatened to enroll Chicago kids into school systems in other cities if the state of Illinois did not provide Chicago with more per pupil funding.  He was forced to cherry pick the public schools in the "rich area", knowing that his followers were not going to note that Chicago school funding was already significantly higher than the state average.  While the state average per pupil is $9,238, Rockford stands at $8,989.   Chicago, by comparison is $9,6660. Is it possible that the struggle for "educational justice" is merely just a struggle to purchase more carrots, sticks and strings while the children in your community are are left unattended to? )

Warren, MI - (Note - With 3 entries on the list I wonder if someone should have worked to oust former governor Granholm out of office during her two terms?  Now she is on 'Current TV' with 100% Democratic Party campaign posters on her talk show set which has a soothing effect for her audience that "occupy" the seats in the studio)

If there was any JUSTICE In this world that was not hijacked by adding a prefix to the word then this "constructive feedback" as provided in the list would be used as "corrective feedback", resulting in change.  We here at BLAX News are pissed that Philly, Newark and Camden did not appear on the list though.
