Heinous Street Pirates know where they stand.
The painful irony that we see as this years "Black History Month" shows the legacy of murder and brutality to "keep Black people in their place" is played today on flat screen televisions within the Black community in homes on streets where "Klan reenactments" are a common place. We are asked to "Never, Never, Never Forget" yet it seems that the bullet or knife of a modern day "Street Pirate who is Black" will never have the power to make us bleed out on the streets as was the case in these vintage newsreels.
The truth is that the "prevailing Black Political Consciousness" is severely abstracted from what is occurring on our streets. "Hope for the future" trumps "management of the reality". Each passing day we outsource what is our God given responsibility to manage the human resources that our community was provided - guiding them into our "future selves".
To those who have no real grasp on molding the present they are easy prey for the 'Embedded Confidence Men' who tell them to "Vote For Their Salvation". Even when they achieve the 'Mission Accomplished' status as is Philadelphia these same salesmen show their contempt for the people by not bothering to stand by what they have birthed.
In truth the "Embedded Confidence Men" are not the problem. They can only do what they are allowed to do as the rank & file fail to set up chokepoints, that prevent them from continuing on - unabated from showing results.
As the modern day "City of Philadelphia PA" takes on more of the character of the "City of Philadelphia Mississippi" of years past those who have used Philly MS as part of their long running and tired political narrative to assemble the present order in Philly PA will be heard latching onto yet another set of distractions that appease the community per their present STATE OF CONSCIOUSNESS but which merely prove to be "self-chum" as they show themselves incompetent at mitigating the news that "Another Ninja Got Himself Kilt In Philly" - as "We Are The 80%" - the homicide victims.

For the first time in our history in America - the Black community has the BALANCE of the POWER to shape our own people. The INSTITUTIONS that were struggled for via the "Black (Progressive) Agenda" as voiced by Bayard Rustin brought us to this present day where "favorable people" are in power where [strike]WE[/strike] Black & other Progressive Democrats have monopoly power.
Those who control all of the cogs in the "Black Racial Services Machine" ALSO have the power to REPUDIATE the POWER that they have over our community as they "self-deny" the accountability that they should claim.
Again THE BLACK PRESS is the central problem as they are failing at their REGULATORY responsibility but are instead in on the scheme.
