As we exit "Black History Month 2012", the iconic photo announcing the high court ruling in the case "Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka" on May 17, 1954 might still provoke awareness in "where we have come from as an oppressed people" but unfortunately this picture that is used by some to promote "congregational unity" for present action with hopes of future benefit is as outdated as the expert use of shadows in black and white film making that has today been replaced by high definition 3D.
The young people of today aren't interested in watching "black and white films", regardless of their historical impact.

The Great Debate - The Future Of Kansas City After School Accreditation Was Revoked
Our history has been released on high definition BluRay disc. It will be re-released in 3D shortly in order to generate another round of profits from the production studio at our expense.
Our present palate as defined by our prevailing consciousness demand that our senses be stimulated and appeased with the latest technology. Black and white film no longer moves us.
As the Kansas City Public Schools were stripped of their accreditation on January 1, 2012, a group of interested souls gather together to discuss the fate of Kansas City MO.
While the White lady in the audio report tells of how the "flipping point" of the schools have triggered White parents to begin to head for the suburbs - this narrative fails to adequately address what BLACK PARENTS were on the hook to do to ensure that a quality academic environment and sufficient local tax base resources were maintained as proof our their EQUAL COMPETENCY at obtaining their desired standard of living.
This new consciousness of "Do For Self" was promoted to stave off the ill-effects of another flood that created a mass of victims but as the people waited on their roof-tops, the "Calvary on White Horses" failed to show up in a timely manner, causing them greater injury. Their service deliver fell fall short of the "SLA" (service level agreement).
I maintain that the great flaw in the analysis of the Buchanan/Murray "offensive" dispatches (which got Buchanan fired from MSNBC) is that we are compelled to accept that "speech which assumes supremacy of White people and their culture is no longer permissible".
The ironic truth is that mainstream Black Political Discourse IS "NON-WHITE WHITE SUPREMACIST"!!!!! The fact that you now use the political power of an "Equal Black Ballot" that is granted to you and enforced by the national government does NOT prove anything more than an "angry front" to hide the present weakness in our community's ability to promote ORGANIC COMPETENCIES that allow us to reduce the fear of being all alone where WE are the providers of "social justice".
Take the same Black ballot in South Carolina that is said to be "suppressed" by the request for a photo id and take it to the city of Newark or Detroit. We then see that even if every citizen was grated TWO ballots for every warm body - the cast of these votes in the context of Newark/Detroit city elections would do nothing to alter the fate of the people. They already have customized the government into the form that they desire. In their struggle they prove that they know not how to MANAGE certain ends.
The Service Level Agreement Within The "Mission Accomplished Cities"
The Black vote has unfortunately become exclusively an "opposition vote". In order for it to be effective at proving HOPE for change in the condition of the Black community an ADVERSARY must be encamped within the same voting district, while the Embedded Confidence Men rile the troops in support of the cause.
This struggle meme, which has today become a 100% political crusade in support of the "Malcolm X Political Football Game", has brought us to the point that we see and fear in Kansas City.
While the Black community has done its part in the "Black (Progressive) Agenda) that the Black Racial Services Machine hath compelled us to do (fuse our "Black Community Development Consciousness" onto the methodology of Progressive Public Policy and the vessel of the Democratic Party and then INVEST our ballots) - this has come at the consequence of perfecting EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT MODELS WITHIN.
As we recently saw in the city of Detroit - the pie filling of fiscal collapse that shows up as evidence that rings the mouth of the "Black Racial Services Machine's" political arm that is in power DID NOT compel the machine to announce a painful but necessary set of protections for the interests of the BLACK RANK & FILE within the city.
Instead we hear the main voices of the "Black Racial Services Machine" tell the rank & file that "WE" are under attack by regulators with malicious intent within "Super Black Cities". They plan to run "favorable Black leaders" out of power, akin to what the "Red Shirts Rifle Clubs" did in the post-Reconstruction South.
We did not see any revolt among the ranks of the rank & file as they pulled out the cassette tape recording of political rallies in these cities from the past 50 years that were full of promises. They instead knew that the aggrieved masses were encamped for yet another STRUGGLE against the enemies that they are conditioned to battle against per the distinct color of their uniforms on the field of play.
Out of all of this, those who are watching the confidence scheme begin to see the disturbing truth: THERE IS, by design, NO separation between the "Black Community Development Consciousness and HOPES" and the METHODOLOGY through which we anticipate our receipt of them.
If we moved into the realm of health care - we would have an ailing patient that is unwilling to accept anything other than Western medicine as the gateway to her cure. The thought that a more nature based health care that was PRECEDED by a life long commitment to healthy living is the key requirement to allow the herbs and liquid concoctions to work. As it stands her polluted body is too contaminated for any hopes of a natural cure.
BUT WHAT ABOUT OUR CHILDREN - AS THEY ARE NOT YET CONTAMINATED?
With our common agreement that "Education is the great equalizer" one can understand that those who have struggled and taken control over this key resource within our community yet failed to produce results are masters in "The Struggle" but are failures in OPERATIONALIZING their governance theories into delivering the desired ends for the benefit of the people who support them.
Ironically they call for integration as the cure for "social and economic injustice" but can't bring themselves to distill the essence of their enemy which propels the Black student into success when he has the "benefit" of sitting next to their children in the class room.
This is why I argue that political power is merely a FRONT that hides their ultimate weakness. This consciousness has proven its own incompetence at developing "favorable ends" on the backs of its own thought group within the "Mission Accomplished zones" that it already controls. Instead it hopes to gain control against its enemy using government power and then forcing it to do what it otherwise is opposed to doing.
As such the struggle for education for Black children - that is centrally focused on what WHITE FOLKS ARE DOING is NOT ultimately interested in Black children. It merely USES the hatred and resentment that is within the "Equal Human Beings" that are known as Black Americans to compel us to yield our bodies in support of "the team's gridiron struggle".
In the concussed state that we are left in as a result of so many body blows - we are compelled to struggle harder while never questioning those who we have followed yet march us further distances to protest. The school system buildings that we used to protest against are now beneficiaries in the protection racket.
Is it possible that our children will not ever receive a cure unless - THEY are removed away from the CONSCIOUSNESS that their birth-parents now hold?
Since there are not enough buses that have "green emissions" then the only task is to achieve these fruitful ends within the "Mission Accomplished Zones".
The competencies acquired today will then become inculcated into our essential consciousness about ourselves.
