“Take Back The Black Community Consciousness". It has been hijacked by embedded operatives who don't intend to develop the COMPETENCIES within. We once controlled this consciousness, focusing our activism directly upon our permanent interests. Today the "Malcolm X Political Football Game" has us as starters and some believe that this playing time translates into absolute progress for our people. My goal is to hold our permanent interests in their faces, forcing them to explain their actions.

You Might One Day Get What You Demand But Then Demand To Be Let Loose: "Put Me To Work NOW!!!"

They are not prone to acknowledge: The INVESTMENTS that they were compelled to make over the past 50 years were supposed to remedy this situation, providing them with absolute growth that lead to competitive advantage against others in the same market.

If some force came along and took this sign literally I loath to think what this brother's response would be to the offer of indentured servitude.

WHO IS IS MAKING HIS DEMANDS TO?

In the "Power Relationship" with whomever he is "negotiating" with his only two possessions are:

His Equal Black Ballot
His "Black Community Development Consciousness"

With both having been transacted affirmatively in the past -WHY is it that he and so many others like him STILL making demands of this same AUTHORITY? Why aren't they seen making enumerations of their "Return On Investments"? Why haven't they fired their "Investment Advisers"?

The Use Of "Slave/Jim Crow Images" In Black Political Debate - Evaluate The Agenda

The use of "slave imagery" is common in ideological discourse among Black people today. The best way to appraise the veracity of the agenda of the presenter is to distinguish between those images which are used to cajole Black people into "Ideological Unity" versus those images used to bring consciousness to the sad fact that in far too many cases today - the man holding the gun is a Black man, his disturbed consciousness allowed to fester because the balance of our community organizers are focused on external political affairs. They sell us on the notion that when our people assist their political/ideological external partners in their success that these individuals who suffer from BENIGN NEGLECT will be cured - no longer terrorizing us. In the circular reference that is their struggle - the more damaged individuals that matriculate through the local institutions that they now control per their struggle, the louder their call for continued UNITY and redirection lest our community's long time external adversaries start terrorizing us again. They successfully avoid community scrutiny of their stewardship of our key "Human Resource Development" institutions.
