Rachel Dupard was born August 16, 1995, at the age of three she could not speak words properly and it was later discovered that she had inner ear dysfunction. The doctors recommended surgery to correct. After the surgery, Rachel started hemorrhaging and would have lost her life had she not been rushed back to the hospital in time for them to stop the hemorrhaging.
