Logical Feedback: "What Did Obama Do To The Rest Of Economy But Failed To Do For 'The Blacks' That Allowed Unemployment Among 'The Blacks' To Go In The Other Direction - Upward In Dec 2011?"

Trust Me:  The words as depicted in the title do NOT represent how I think.  They are purposely provocative - throwing back what I read so frequently.
However as I read the various pseudo-analysis that is published as sage "Black Community Agenda guidance" - I soon realize that some people should be silent (I didn't say "silenced") because they injure the consciousness of those who are lulled by their words.

I believe that we all have the obligation to build a model of the real world that has a certain measure of integrity.  Instead it is far more common to see people skewing their commentaries toward what they understand as the "Popular Demand" of the prevailing "Black Community Consciousness" while desperately avoiding telling us "What We NEED TO Hear".......IF our real agenda is Organic Development among our people.

Here is an example of the "analysis" that is popularly heard among many of you:

2011 was a good year, particularly when compared to the previous few years.

The economy began to show signs of recovery, and with war efforts ending, the effect of the impending peace on people was manifest in an easing of stress across the land.

There is hope growing.

In 2011, President Barack Obama began to hit his stride. While some whined about it being too late, others understood the fight he had with a majority Republican Congress and that the weak-hearted Democrats barely backed him up. Frankly, too many Americans have no idea how things work in politics. They have no idea that the president cannot just do whatever he wants to. He can get things done, but there is a process and we are now witnessing President Obama working through the process.

1. Why are so many Black people turning on the first Black president, becoming more vocal about their dissatisfaction with him than ever before with any other president?

Far too many Blacks kissed Bill Clinton’s ass and tenderly went to sleep during the eight years of George W. Bush’s assault on the world. Bush screwed up the national and global economy and made war instead of peace, but many American boneheads laid the blame at Obama’s feet when he took office because he didn’t fix it all in three years.

Many racists vote for whites based on race and since too many Americans have no real understanding of politics, I don’t think Blacks voting based on race is a bad thing.

  Why don’t American Negroes get the message that Blacks around the globe need to unify before standing with any other group?

According to this viewpoint, a common one among Black Progressive-Fundamentalists - the "President Of The United States" has the POWER to destroy the economy of the United States and the world and thus he also has the POWER to make it all better.

When I see this level of targeted, selective and corrupt granularity for ideological purposes the first thing I ask is:

The truth is that this brother, like so many others has an outward, expansionary quest for his ideology.  Thus it is necessary for him to careful avoid talking about the "Mission Accomplished Area".  These places that SHOULD BE a reference model on what we can all expect IF his theories were put into place nationally.   Instead with the classic "Boil The Ocean scheme..........to desalinate the RACISM cast upon us from Slavery" always seems to hook a lot of "black fish" as they are angling for connectedness to a larger STRUGGLE.





"American Businesses Are RACIST Against Obama" Is No Longer The Leading Editorial Line Among The Black Progressive-Fundamentalist Economic Analysts

Rollback the video tape to about one year ago.   As "Obama was doing all of the right things" (in line with their progressive-fundamentalist economic viewpoint) and yet the jobs numbers were not budging - it was RACISM in the ranks of the American corporate class that was purposely trying to "make this BLACK PRESIDENT a one term president - just like the Republicans have as their singular goal".

Notice - once again - that when progressive-fundamentalists get what they want - they likewise retire the rants that had been successful in keeping them "congregationally unified" when the real world feedback was misaligned with the model that they have in their minds.

If they were intellectually consistent they would note the increase in Black unemployment as contrasted with the decrease in overall employment and begin to ask "What unique attributes about the 'Black Community' is causing our people to not experience the 'warmth' that Obama is distributing to others who are not Black.

They instead argue that "Black people are disproportionately represented in GOVERNMENT JOBS" and thus we must fight government job cuts.   Blacks are government workers BECAUSE there is abundant RACISM in the private sector.

As we move to a more granular level and note that "big city progressive mayors" that they elected, when faced with intractable budget gaps were forced to layoff government workers and seek concessions on pension and health care plans.  While there was grumbling and efforts to ease the cuts - there was no evidence to "run the elected officials out of town on a rail".

This must be contrasted with the battle between the "Black Racial Services Machine" and the "State Republicans" that seek to knock Black elected officials out of office.   THIS battle can trigger the "Black Racial Services Machine" to actively protect those who "ran the local economy", "were in charge when the budget hole was produced", "conducted the budget cuts"......which hurt Black people.   We clearly see that Black folks being laid off is not always an indictable offense.

Long story short - Politics and IDEOLOGICAL gamesmanship define the playing field.  RACISM CHASING is the "trick play" on the field.

Examples Of More Credible Analysis Than What You Are Likely To Receive From Operatives

To be clear - I am not absolving "the opposition" from their antics.   They are presently "not satisfied" with news that they would be marketing if "their guy" was in power.

The common flaw is that they speak in political terms and thus give the President Of The United States too much of a central role in the creation of jobs within America.  It is just not the case.

Notice the ECONOMIC ANALYSIS that they provide in parsing the numbers from the December Jobs report.   While they do cover the political commentary from politicians - they stick to providing comprehensive analysis.

Heaven forbid that we expand our outlook globally.   While the author of the "Black Men In America" blog is quite contented that 'Bush Destroyed The Global Economy" - the IMF chief, while discussing the subject of "How Africa Will Be Impacted By Europe's Woes", cautioned them about abandoning old trading partnerships - but did not mention anything about the American president.

It is CLEAR that what pacifies a person that is caught up in the "American Political Domain" is not necessarily a picture of the real world.

Sadly, while many of them spew words that are quite pleasing to people who know that they will one day receive their "Equal Black Ballots"......none of these observers would dare hire these "Street Corner Analysts" as their personal "Financial Advisors".

The ignorance that is desirable in politics is desperately avoided when it comes to handing one's own personal affairs.
