While The "Black Ballot" Has Been Made Administratively Equal - The "Equal Human Being" Holding It Still Is Seen As Inferior

The WHITE BALLOT Is Equal To THE BLACK BALLOT.  The statutory and administrative standards in place to day enforce the equal functional value of "One man. One vote".  The judicial and punitive recourse that is available today for all who are aggrieved provide the necessary structure to mitigate all unregulated violations.

(Note: The presence of administrative malfeasance in voting is no more indicative of the state of race relations and "justice" today - any more than the occurrence of rape and murder proves that we are bathed in injustice.  The enforcement of the law, not the violation of it is the index we should follow.).

The "Equal Human Being" holding the "White Ballot" is judged as SUPERIOR To The "Equal Human Being" that holds the "Black Ballot".

As provocative as this may sound this is borne out by the following:

• The promotion of the "White Voter" opinion poll readings over all others
• The open questioning if "RACISM" is the reason for the fall of White people's favorable opinions - while "The Blacks" and what we think are not even mentioned in the same conversation.
• The inspection of "Southern Red States" and how their voting patterns have limited their economic growth over time due to bigotry but not no inspection of "Northern Blue States" and how their eroded economic and industrial base may be a function of their own bias.
• The media scanned the airwaves looking for "White Conservatives" suggesting that Whites "vote their race".  The same media does not believe that by listening to "Black Wing Talk Radio" it is easy to hear the "racial loyalty calls" for Black people to "ignore what White people think and for Blacks to VOTE THEIR RACE" (See Tom Joyner, Bev Smith and Dr Ronald Daniels)  [Note:  They can't accept that, per their own bias, when "Black People VOTE OUR RACE we always vote for the majority White Democratic Party. For me less important than "Voting My Race" is my voice to STOP THE HIJACKING OF MY RACE into politics.)

The Motivation Of The "Serial Indictors"

"Keep Your Enemy On Trial So You............."

1. Don't Have To Indict Your Friends
2. So You Can Operate Upon The Mantle Of The Moral High Ground To Justify Your Own Actions
3. So You Can Retain The Defensive Disposition Within Your Base As A Necessary Precondition To Have Them Focus Outward Rather Than Demanding An Accounting Of The "Return On Investment" They Have Received

In the proper refrain the sentiment of "racial hatred" - uniquely held by White people - is the SUPERIOR reference regarding the state of race relations in America. 

Indeed the history of America and the painful truth about World-wide White Supremacy make this the chosen measure.  The truth is that this is a lazy analysis where the unfortunate residue is that "Black Inferiority" is a necessary assumption that is derived.

As such we should logically deduce that "the opinions of White People" not "The state of law enforcement" is the key index of how Black people should assume the "race relations" in America are at present.

Yet as we make note of the details that the 2010 US Census told us regarding the migration patterns for Black people - the news that Black people are migrating into "the suburbs" and "Southern Red States" for the purposes of pursuing our "Permanent Interests - those who are motivated by "Racism Chasing" aren't interested in inspecting the forces that Black people moved AWAY FROM.


We know from the "Great Migration" that we moved away from:

• Hostile social interactions
• Hostile workplace environments where there was no track for development (See "The Help")
• Hostile academic environment in the public schools which made sure that our people where channeled toward the bottom.

For some reason those same academic investigators who were sure that despite Barack Obama's "blow out win" over the White Republican named John McCain - there was surely some RACISM(!!) that would have made the margin even larger.

This same consciousness, however, was unmoved by the record number of Black people who came to the polls during that same election and beyond their increased voter participation rate - their voting patterns produced a homogeneity exceeded that exceeded the White folks in Alabama and Mississippi.   These voting patterns between the "National Blacks" and the "Whites of AL/MS" are the same EXCEPT ........"The Whites" were called "Racists" in their actions.

This next phase of the argument is where most people "get lost".
The logical next statement for rebuttal of the last paragraph is "Black people KNOW who holds the 'Black Best Interests In Mind and WE affirm them in our vote.  We know who is hostile to Black people and they don't get our vote.".   
This oft heard claim appeases the masses.

My rebuttal of this hoisted diversion is:  We can't appraise the "Permanent Interests Of Black People" being achieved based on what is POPULARLY ASSUMED.   Voting is merely a popularity contest with more meaning than is the "Man On The Street Poll".

It is all too clear that the main reason why the "Black Racial Services Machine" and the "LampBlacked Yellow Journalist Press" do not focus upon the Black Community and its present condition, long after they have worked to sell Black people on the notion that our SALVATION will come from investing our "Equal Black Ballots" into the establishment of more "Progressive Public Policy" is because - if they were to do TRANSPARENT, muckraking reporting WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY - they would have to walk outside of their news rooms and then enter back in - doing a major muckracking investigation OF THEMSELVES.

If there is no institutional protection of the sanctity of the "Black Community Consciousness Nucleus" from constant manipulation by the Embedded Confidence Men" why should the Black press bother to stand against the machine where THEIR IS NO COST borne against them from going with the flow.  They achieve their ideological ends by going along AND they generate "Congregational Unity" to boot.   We have seen from the summer months that even diehard progressives who dare go against the machine, asking if "we" are getting what was promised, get their lashings for standing against the agreement to only indict non-progressives with the "progressive measuring stick".

The Black Community's aggregate antics can only be appraised by using third party, transparent measures like the "US Census", which measures our movements and a framework that measures any movement upward or downward within a given time interval, this with respect to our Permanent Interests.

The series of questions which shift the debate from the perpetual external struggle back to the internal consciousness:

1. Are our Black majority schools presently preparing our young people to be the optimal "rank & file" members of the Black community 2040 - where they will be the adults?
2. Are our communities sufficiently safe so that the terroristic fear of violent attack is at or below a threshold were we can be proud that our young people have been inculcated into respect for persons and property?
3. Has the Black Community received sufficient economic uplift from the dispatch that we have invested our "Community Development Consciousness" into, with the promises that the "Return On Investment" through this unity would deploy more of our people into functioning as the pillars that lift our community up to the level that we desire?

The truth is that the Black community today has its "development actions" more abstracted from our street level needs and desires as a community than at any other time since we have been "Freemen" in America.

Today we play the "Malcolm X Political Football Game" merely for the exercise that comes from being on the field. the creation of events for our cheerleaders to blow their horns and the sense that "WE" are on a team that has won.  This as they desperately avoid "coming home" after the game and making not of what the "benign neglect" that they have been enlisted in has wrought upon the very streets that this entire political effort was SUPPOSED to provide a grand solution.

We can only appraise this grand scheme based upon the incremental movement through time - 20 or 40 years max.   This prevents those who are satisfied with the "We Wuz Slaves" arguments from tricking the masses out of their expectations.  It is also the case that those who lived through 'Ronald Regans' attacks" can be compelled to detail how the "Favorable People" that they have put into power have effectively countered his "damage" - this, so long after his departure from office and death.

The truth is - YOU CAN'T FORCE A PEOPLE TO ENFORCE RESPECT AND INTEGRITY OF THEIR INTERNAL INSTITUTIONS.   They must see the costs of allowing the usurpation of these institutions - that "The Teams WIN is not THEIR Win".  That those who conditioned this into them need to be moved out of their circle of confidence lest they continue their molestations.

That old saying within the Black community that "If White people decided to put Black people back into chattel slavery tomorrow - the Black man would have little resource to stop him".

The point that proves to be popular rhetoric also exposes the grand irony of our present relationship with "The American Political Domain".
