Its not like the struggling Greenbriar Mall needs anything else to tip it over the edge. Certainly its recent acquisition of the label "Ghetto Mall" is not helped by the news that a Black couple who was exiting after a cheerful day of post-Christmas shopping were mugged for the woman's wallet using the "box full of wood chips" trick.
Of course there is crime in nearly all mall parking lots.
With the stereotype of a "Ghetto Mall" added, however, the fate of the mall is cast as even Black people choose to stay away because of concern for safety.
When the Civil Rights Pharisees convince STREET PIRATES to stop INDISCRIMINATELY STEALING - thus hurting our community THEN they can rightly demand that other honest Blacks and then White folks STOP applying negative stereotypes to "Ghetto Malls".
The challenge for our community is to identify the primary agents that are charged with inculcating those who are the "would be pillars of our community" and having them to live up to their responsibility as THEY, not external political/ideological threats zap the most significant amount of energy for uplift from our community.

These "street pirates" do not care if honest Black people like you and I can't hail cabs down. These street pirates don't care if they provide more things to help the paleocons and racial supremacists hate on Black people. These "street pirates" don't care if they have just given Greenbriar Mall an even worse reputation than it already has. They don't care. And these "street pirates" are in the minority in terms of the Black population at large. These thugs don't care because their thought process, their world, is basically, a world of "I get mine and screw everyone else". This is why we need to fight. Our grandparents generation fought so that you and I could shop at any mal we want. Now we must fight to make sure that the self-destruction among Black people ends.

MY definition of a "Street Pirate" is:
A "would be" "pillar of the community" who is allowed to squander his utility as a "load bearing support beam" that can uphold the high standard of living that the community desires BECAUSE the adults in the community who received him as a gift instead chose to focus their conscious attention on entanglements other than his conscious "finishing". THERE IS NO "RACIAL" component of "Street Piracy" - it is an equal opportunity state of possession that any group of people can be afflicted with.
Thus the number of street pirates that terrorize the otherwise honest people in a community provides "constructive feedback" as to the community's present bearing per their INSTITUTIONS that were supposed to instill a more productive consciousness within those who they have allowed a destructive consciousness to ferment.
Indeed the Paleocons and White Supremacists have their finger prints on this matter.
However a more forensic investigation would show that the "Non-White White Supremacists" who stand within our midst as they promote what THE WHITE MAN IS DOING POLITICALLY as being more important than what is being transacted INSIDE of our community institutions must bear the blame for they operate from WITHIN -under the watchful eye of the "Black Guard" because so many of them are a part of this group.
In addition the BLACK INFERIORISTS are there as well. They believe that Black people are INTRINSICALLY incapable of erecting a system of community governance that will provide for organic uplift. They have conspired with insiders to have Black people assign our "BLACK COMMUNITY UPLIFT CONSCIOUSNESS AND HOPES" into the political arena.
Their finger prints are shown as they conspire to MAXIMIZE BLACK VOTING (a good thing) but LOOK PAST the RESULTS as the "Unfettered Black Vote" brings forth an ecosystem that is a MOLESTATION of all that our ancestors first lobbied for the right to vote to obtain in the way of their permanent interests.
If our people are seen matriculating through TIME and the INSTITUTIONS that are in favorable hand yet certain operatives STILL point to our "Damaged State" from SLAVERY - you must become aware that these people HAVE NO INTEREST in governing our people TODAY and our INSTITUTIONS. They merely understand that this reference is a proven way to "distract the Negro community" off of THEIR SCENT.

I got lost in Milwaukee, WI and managed to wind up in the wrong part of town. Mind you all I was interested in was returning to my hotel. I wasn't 'provoking anyone to rage' nor was I doing anything that a lost driver would not be doing, but I had a cup of something warm thrown at me. Might have been coffee or it might have been urine. Not important now. At that point I figured that a racist black person (only saw blacks standing around) had such an irrational hatred for an unknown white person that the black person took out their aggressions without any other provocation. Sad, as I've always tried to be a leave me alone and I will leave you alone type person.
The challenge remains. Take a run down area and make it livable for people of all colors to live there. Bring in businesses and let us see how you do.

What you just saw was 100% EQUALITY OF HUMAN BEINGS.
My argument is that not only are Black people 100% capable of doing what Whites or Indians or Hispanics do for good - we are also able to be as hateful. In both cases ORGANICALLY.
What we have is a systematic INFERIORIZATION where that person's choice to RACIALLY PROFILE YOU and for no other reason than your RACE and your PROXIMITY he chose to show you that you are not wanted there.
Think about it. What happened to YOU is not WORTHY of a report. If a Black person went into a White community in 2012 and the Photographic negative happened - it would be worthy of front page press on most of the blogs that represent themselves as 'Black Current events sites".
The difference is that the Black Inferiority Syndicates need to have this one way indictment flowing in order to justify their position.
They can't accept the damage that this does as it sets up a low standard of expectations that people LIVE DOWN TO.
The structure of the community that confined people BEFORE it became a police matter stands in tatters. It needs to be rebuilt before change can come.
