Multi-City Rally For Jobs Shows Present Conundrum For Progressives

Multi-City Rally For Jobs Shows Present Conundrum For Progressives

I learned about the "Multi-City" rally for Jobs while listening to "Black Wing-Talk Radio" the other day.

This is a movement among progressive-fundamentalists to gather together to talk about the present economic situation - primarily within the Black Community, and how they might be able to align the people who are grieving with a "Struggle Motion".

This post is not an attempt to capture their modern day transactional movement.

As I continue my longitudinal evaluation of "What makes the present prevailing Black political consciousness tick?" I see that those who are experts on history must also suppress the history where they made promises to Black people that compelled our community to make massive investments into a future that we are presently living within.

It is their power to compel the Black community into action using their indictments of past treatment of Blacks and then projecting them forward against their present ideological and partisan enemies that they are empowered to take to the pulpits in

All but Las Vegas are identifiable "Mission Accomplished Cities" that were important nodes within the political struggle of the past 50 years.

The Black National-Socialist Progressive-Fundametnalist Racism Chaser controls the narrative that the average Black American accepts regarding the present economic state of our community.  As such there will be no voices on stage at these rallies, reminding the people in the audience that "WE told you that if you made your investments for your community development over time - this is the point that we would now be standing".

The Black community has reached the point where it is incumbent for our people to note the distinction between our "Permanent Interests" and the METHODOLOGY which promises to advance them.  There is nothing ideological about this fact.  It is management science 101.

Today we have a "Black Rank & File" that has been loyal in their "congregational fidelity" to the movement that has adorned the name "The Black Agenda".

As I read the words of various Black Progressive-Fundamentalist opinion givers - their argument is that since there is no credible alternative that has shown its face our people are duly justified to hitch their wagons to this present scheme.
Using this as an argument - people who are afflicted with AIDS or cancer are justified in ingesting sugar pills until a concoction shows it face that can provide more definitive results.

Ultimately I have no power to force my people to enforce the integrity of our "Black Community Development Consciousness and Hopes" - withholding this investment as a better plan is crafted.   My agenda is to show the COST of adorning the protective gear that has a logo of a combatant in the "Malcolm X Political Football Game".

If nothing else - please plot out a final destination where you believe all of this will turn out and make yourself satisfied that it was worth it all in your mind.

NewsOne - Al Sharpton Heads Multi-City Rally For Jobs
As African American unemployment hovers at a dismal 15 percent and voter ID laws threaten to undermine the political power of millions of Blacks and Latinos, Rev. Al Sharpton and the National Action Network (NAN) in a partnership with the labor union AFSCME, clergy, labor and civil rights leaders from around the nation are staging a multi-city rally on Friday, December 9 to bring attention to key economic and equality issues.

The rallies are expected to attract thousands of activists and citizens in cities that are the most effected by joblessness, and by attacks on workers and voters rights.
New York, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Las Vegas, Memphis, Baltimore, Detroit, Boston and Newark are among the more the 25 cities that will hold rallies.

According to an NAN press release:

In recent years, too many American families have lost economic ground. Over the decade ending in 2009, median family income fell by $3,800. And the gap between the wealthiest Americans and those with the least is growing every day, making it tougher to enter into the middle class. With African American unemployment at an unacceptable 15%, this is a clear sign that we need action-inaction is not an option. Black layoffs have only skyrocketed as the public sector – heavily comprised of a Black workforce – continues to slash jobs. And as a result, not only has Black wealth diminished, but so too has the existence of much of this nation’s Black middle class itself. Black, White or Brown – that is a startling reality that should have all of us deeply concerned.
