Jorelys Rivera - Why I Believe That The Death Penalty Is Necessary To Put Down Rabid Animals

I could not help but to shed a tear around the tragedy of 7 year old Jorelys Rivera who's young, lifeless body was found in a trash dumpster.

Police believe that the rabid animal who killed her had first taken her to a vacant apartment unit in the complex and sexual assaulted her.  She died from a blunt force trauma to the head.  She was stabbed at some point in the attack by the rabid animal who did this.

Her body was thrown into a dumpster.
She was not found until one dumpster was carted off to an empty field and then carefully inspected.

IF the theory of "Hate Crimes" is justified by the cascading wave of terror that is cast then the present spirit that has taken over the community of Canton Georgia qualifies as such.   The parents and their children know that the rabid animal is still living among them.

The various news reports shows parents now going to the school bus stop with their young children and not allowing their children to play outside.   This is not irrational.  This is a reasonable response with the knowledge that the only "crime" that Jorelys Rivera committed was to play outside in the unfortunate reach of a rabid animal.

The killer of 7 year old Jorelys Rivera has lost his own right to live in a civilized society.  He beat and stabbed and raped  a young, innocent girl and then showed his final contempt by throwing her body into the garbage.

When it comes to wild animals that are rabid - anyone who sees this creature coming out of the woods and attacking people or their pets and does not "put this animal down" are complicit in any future attacks that the animal commits.   When an attacker is in human form but acts animalistically like a rabid coyote - those who have an incumbent obligation to return the community back to its normative spirit need to operate in a manner to trap this killer that is afforded the coyote who is also out of its mind due to its infection.

It is impossible to avoid projecting the sight of my own children thrown into a dumpster into my reaction to this series of events in Canton GA.  The complex needs to install more surveillance cameras.  The police need to survey all of the males that had access to this gated community.
