A Debate Over "Black Inferiority" - Replace "Photo Voter ID" With "Vaccinations" And Then Play The Audio

Audio Interview:   WHYY - "Radio Times" - Voter ID, voter fraud and legislation sweeping the nation

Prior to listening to the audio debate at the link of above I challenge you to do one thing:

With this debate about "Photo Voter ID" in Pennsylvania - every time you hear the discussion about "photo ID" please replace it with the word "vaccination".

Please note the irony in the positions that is stereotypically ascribed to "right" and left".

  • The COSTS of the Program
    • The Right is now arguing that "costs of the program" should not be an obstacle
    • The Left is now heard arguing that such a public program to  reach all individuals is just too expensive.  It fails the "cost benefit" justification for implementation
  • The Evidence That There Is A Problem To Be Addressed
    • The Right brings forth a series of examples but they don't survive the "Proportionality Filter"
    • The Left dismisses these examples - making the case that more negative  "side effects" will be recognized
Clearly we have an interesting turn of events.

For the record - I support Photo Voter-ID laws.
It a 100% reasonable expectation that all citizens who are participating in this society to have a current photo ID.

STOP RIGHT THERE.  There is no other justification necessary.   The fact that the proponents do not stop leaves them vulnerable to the Progressive-Fundamentalist's attacks on their motivations.

Now speaking again about vaccinations - Just imagine if we rejected the "Prevailing Standard" argument and thus denied that it was important for everyone to have a Polio vaccination as a pretext for attending a public school - that the SIDE EFFECTS that some children receive should be dismissed.    The person holding fast to this position would be called a bigot before the debate ends.

In this debate we see that the progressive-fundamentalists have no particular reason to come off of their entrenched position in which they say that there is no problem and that "the least of these" will be harmed.  Their silver bullet is to ask that we inspect the MOTIVATIONS of the evil, racist Republicans.  After all they want to suppress the vote of "Likely Democrats" by carding us all.

What people fail to see is that the creation of the "List Of Inferiors" - the term that I came up with the first time that I heard a Clinton era operative in the US Department Of Justice Civil Rights Division enumerate the list of people who will be ill-effected by this policy.  The conditions that surround "melanated skin" make us less likely to hold a valid government issued ID.

If we were talking about vaccinations the "Social Justice" organizations would be running van services that took any vulnerable individual to the clinic for a shot - that was offered for free by the government to avoid any financial duress upon them.    Their goal, of course, is to reduce the population size of those who are vulnerable because they are not vaccinated.

With the issue of the "undocumented" - it is in the best interests of these same "Social Justice" organizations to not run such a photo id operation - at least not yet.   By reducing the claimed 5 million people in this group they undermine their argument by making them the "UN-least of these".

As I ask, once again, that we move beyond the transactional fight between the two "dung producing animals" - does it stand to reason that a group which believes that you are inferior in your ability to obtain and hold onto a photo id is going to erect a system in which you are made organically strong?

Just imagine if Black Progressive-Fundamentalists acknowledged the VALUE OF THE VOTE and thus walked past this petty photo id issue (instead of making it their primary platform item) and then did two vital things:

  1. Acknowledge that "The Vote" is an essential part in all American's expressing their voice which must be protected from the hijinx of the ADMINISTRATORS of the voting system and the citizen CONSUMERS of the system - just as a dollar bill deposited in a bank account.
  2. They started to focus upon the RETURN ON INVESTMENT that the Black Community Receives AFTER we fused our "Black Community Development Consciousness" and thus spent more of their time regulating their friends to PRODUCE ORGANIC BENEFIT in the "Mission Accomplished Zones".  Instead today they get past this massive failures by finding marginal issues that can place Black people into a "defensive posture" against the latest racial attack.

The greatest "racial attack" that we as Black people suffer today is that the HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTIONS are failing to "finish" our people - as was promised.
