The "Cost Of The 'Eyes Taken Off Of The Prize' Accounting" - Violation Of The Permanent Interest Of "Safe Streets"

College Park Georgia is again working to retain its ranking as the most violent city, per capita in metro Atlanta.

What good is it to have a "Black Community Leadership Overlay" that promises to protect the interests of our community in far off legislatures when they leave the supposed target of their conquest vulnerable from internal attack?

To be clear - one or two assaults within a community should not create a lasting image. It is when a particular section of the metro area has a detectable pattern of assault upon our people that a certain imaged had better be applied least those who choose to pretend otherwise allow the present circumstances to continue.

MY AGENDA is to force those who are known to hijack the priorities of the Black community to be recalibrated by the rank & file members of the community who are made to suffer from the lack of protection.

Police are investigating a pair of separate rapes that happened Friday morning in south Fulton county."Two women were abducted and raped at an abandoned house," Fulton County Police spokesman Sgt. Scott McBride said.
The two incidents happened early Friday morning at a vacant home in the Old National Highway corridor.
Police say they are looking for three suspects.
The exact location of the incident has not been released at this time.
Investigators are asking that anyone who may have noticed any suspicious activity at any vacant home in the area between 8:30 p.m., Thursday and Friday morning at 6 a.m., call the police Major Case Division at 404-730-7911.

As this Black woman from this stock photo is seen shedding tears as she tries to come to grips with the information from the real world that was received through her 5 senses into her brain and spirit and she realizes that an object of great affection to her has been injured there is a greater vision beyond her self that she doesn't quite process.  It should not be her burden to do so in the first place.

She was violated by an individual who's present consciousness was inculcated from the community of her own.   The adult stewards of this ecosystem received a human resource that was provided to them from high.  They were asked to use their governing control over the areas where he was to be nurtured about his place in this world.

Instead of working inward with he an other "human resources" that they had proximate control over in shaping - they were lulled into fusing their "Black Community Development Hopes" into the political gamesmanship that was blowing all around them.  They were made to believe that the grievances about their community could be addressed by fusing this precious consciousness in with larger political and ideological forces that held power in legislatures far, far away.

The pain that the crying Black woman on the 6 o'clock news has not yet processed is that in the scheme of the hijacked community consciousness - her present grief of having been assaulted by an "Equal Human Being" from the INSIDE of the community is seen as an INFERIOR ASSAULT.

Since the equal treatment of this assailant from within would cause the forces of indictment to functionally have to "protest against themselves" - they are inclined to allow the "Black woman crying on the 6 o'clock news" to cry in silence.   Since the profile of the assailant and their ability to render a larger indictment against the American society as they seek to transact a greater "social justice" resource flow into the community - this woman is left to "take one for the team", agreeing to not call out this unfortunate scheme.

We must understand that this is all the weight of the water that the Black community chooses to carry upon our collective backs as we fail to develop the community governance skills, instead focusing upon "congregational unity" in the "American Political Domain".

I would personally not be surprised if a "Civil Rights Pharisee" was to come on camera and say that the Black females who were raped are victims of once strong communities who were made sparse due to the attacks on intergenerational Black wealth as the banks stole people's homes.  With fewer "eyes" in the "community watch program" these Black women who were on their way to school or work in support of our community were exposed to the wolves in America.

There are NOT going to drill down and discuss how the 'Street Pirate wolves' were allowed to roam as predators.  The Civil Rights Pharisee remains silent because they know that the held a protest rally outside of the jail - demanding that he be released because the police were seen brutalizing him when he was captured as a suspect in a different rape.  He is one of the "10 guilty men that went free".........................
