The "Obama Fist Bump Black Press" Promise To Press Obama On Black Unemployment As Hard As They Pressed Herman Cain To Drop Out Of The Race

"Fight The Power Black Wing Talk Radio" caller's statement on Veterans Day:
"Obama is doing a great job.  He has a lot on his hands and we veterans support him.  We are in need of more jobs.  We are struggling to support our family during this difficult economy.  But I like what he is doing".

TRANSLATION:

• "Obama makes me proud as he fights the Republicans who are trying to stop him, largely because of his race"
• "I believe that George W. Bush is more responsible for screwing up the US economy more than I can bring myself to state that the forces that I have invested in for more than 40 years to run our communities have failed to provide the institutional uplift for our people to prosper"
• "They promised Black people jobs since the 1960's as a condition of our continued support.  Since our consciousness is more committed to ideology and politics - we are inclined to continue our support in the 'American Political Domain' because the pain that we feel in our community has yet to exceed the ideological vision of the grand fix that we still hope for.
• "We understand that by criticizing the 'Favorable People' that we have put into power would be detrimental to our larger goal of having them retain and grow their power.  Thus we carry their water - accepting the pain as the burden that Black Americans have carried for centuries"
• "I heard Mario Van Peebles say in an interview on 'Black Wing Talk Radio' that the sight of Obama in office is going to to have more Black people inspired to reach higher.  This spirit of motivation is far more powerful in my mind than the sight that the INSTITUTIONAL FRAMEWORK to make this happen is not in place.  I am a perfect example of how confidence and motivation allows a Black person to surmount the painful truth about the state of our institutions that suffer from the lack of effective governance to affect more permanent changes for our communities. 

This should have been a "BLAX News" report because of the faux headline but it is too important to make light of this time.

The fundamental problem with many of you is that you can't accept that President Obama is fundamentally a player in the "American Political Domain".  The majority of the Black Community's problems reside in the "Community Development Domain" (which I call "The Community Cultural Consciousness & Competency Development Domain").

As such when you see embedded operatives seeking to compel masses of Black people to "stand up for Obama" you can't see that while they use the guise of BLACKNESS - they are merely directing the "Black Community Development Consciousness" into the "American Political Domain".   By helping the Joint-Venture Partnership WIN .......the Black community will win.   Or so we have been told for decades.  We loyally express this consciousness development HOPE with the investment of "Equal Black Ballots.

The main problem with this strategy is that these same embedded operatives have no intention what so ever to TRANSPARENTLY stand as investment advisers, demanding that those forces that they compelled the masses to invest in show adequate returns.   Worse - since politics was chosen as their main channel of Black Community investment and build up - the alternative channels were never developed.  Now Koreans arguably lay claim to more non-corporate Black community retail presence than do fellow Blacks.  I am not made at them.  They saw a consumer opportunity and they supplied the need as the leadership within left this doorway exposed as they focused on political hijinx.

The Call For BLACK CONGREGATIONAL UNITY WITHOUT A RECALIBRATION OF CONSCIOUSNESS

I am not mad at Barack Obama either.

He was raised in an environment that was outside of the Black American "Slave Ancestry Tradition" (Your word and emphasis, not mine).   Equipped with a certain baseline of understanding - he was marinated into this prevailing American Black culture, political discourse and social orientation.   He applied what he was brought up on and what he mastered via his immersion and now he fully understand that the key force that he can depend upon Black America to enforce within our community domain to help him and his ideology in the "Political Domain' is BLACK UNITY - through the channels of community of news, opinion, entertainment, education and culture - The Black Racial Services Machine.

They have figured out what makes the Black community tick because they COME FROM the Black Community and have built up the confidence among the masses that by remaining UNITED as a community - agreeing to look past the grievances that we have about the leadership - our focus on the larger, EXTERNAL enemy and his defeat will one day bring us to the promised land - where all of our grievances will be mitigated.

Its not much more complicated than this people.
Group Behavior & Group Management 101.   Keep people more angry at or afraid of the external enemy, compelling them to agree to put their anger at you in forbearance as expressing it will lead to discord and........the external bad guy will win.

I proudly proclaim that my present consciousness was crafted from a corporate culture throughout my career path.  My analysis for understanding of the present mass behavior (and dysfunction) WITHIN the Black Community is borrowed greatly from my profession which has me analyzing businesses.

A group of people who operate under the auspices of a business still act in a manner that a group of people who are "struggling" to improve their community are inclined to act.  Only the legal and organizational distinctions between these two sets of collaborators mater.

With that being the case it stands to reason that the same management principles of clear goals, communication of those goals, MEASUREMENT of the progressive, and corrective action to address the gap between the intended direction and the present heading are just as valid.

Hovering above the management theories that are at play with Black America is the need to affirm that what our people are being "Managed Toward" reigns supreme.

When President Obama or the people leading the political struggle on the streets of Black America (The Embedded Confidence Men) tell Black people to "Remain UNITED As We Struggle Through Hard Times" the are centrally counting on the Black Community to continue supporting the METHODOLOGY for advancement that he is promoting and that they support by popular mandate.   The unspoken command is that no faction of the Black Community put "PROGRESSIVE-FUNDAMENTALISM" on trial - forcing those who have enshrined it upon us to stand and account for our present conditions -after millions of "Equal Black Ballots" have been invested over the years and the point which we stand where with only a few exceptions "The Black Consciousness" IS "A Black Political Progressive Consciousness" having fully integrated itself into the framing of America.

This is not a problem in and of itself expect that the "Embedded Confidence Men", fully knowledgeable about the unique Black Experience in this nation know that they can achieve POLITICAL advantage and IDEOLOGICAL fusion by making their present day POLITICAL enemies into the DNA matching off-spring of the Slave masters that once whipped Black people in America.

It is irrelevant if they believe this to be true or not.  The main purpose of this tactic is to establish a "good guy/ bad guy" reference as part of Group Think 101.  The next part is to compel Black people to make a priority judgment about which is more important to us:

1. The Prevailing THREAT That The "Dark Days" Might Return If The Enemy Wins
2. The Cascading Pain Of The Conditions WITHIN The Black Community After Previous Incremental Battles Have Been Won Yet The Promised Benefits Are Always Slid Forward - Requiring Us To Remain Unified Lest We Never Achieve Them.

Simply put - I DO NOT TRUST THE EMBEDDED CONFIDENCE MEN!!

In the present void of checks and balances WITHIN the governance structure of Black America and over our institutions - they make mischief as they use this to their advantage - no different that what "Inside Traders" use to make their millions.  

They also understand that if a faction of the Black Community with business management acumen dares to seek to place a check on what they are able to do "officially" "in the name of Black America" - the attempt to apply such regulations would lead to an extended battle.

They need not fear this however, because the prevailing consciousness of the people who do have this experience clearly shows that while they too might be frustrated with the results - they are ideologically locked in with the way that the "usurpers" who operate in an unchecked manner ultimately benefit their common ideological cause.

They can't see the shortsightedness of this grand scheme.  Instead of using the institutions that they gain control over to develop a larger base of educated, gainfully employed and well disciplined Black people who have matriculated through these institutions - having assumed the promise of the political conquest - it is painfully obvious that they because that a large portion of the Black community is a lost cause.    If they can get a "Minority Contract" through the school system that is now controlled by (what have I heard them say in "Diversity Meetings"?...........................)  "People On The Inside That We Can Work With"........they are happy with the scheme that they have erected in the name of "social justice".

 The value of "The Least Of These" Black voter is that he might be compelled to be made proud of all of the government contracts that have been assign upon his "rights" and "entitlements" - as a sign of care for his general health and welfare.  He might be made proud to see prosperous Black businessmen that are now allowed to service the contract that provides for his 'care and feeding'.  

Unfortunately too many of 'The Least Of These' don't have the vision to see that while others have pounded the cherry wood table, demanding resources so that "The Least Of These" might be able to live up to a "Standard of Living" that no equal human being in America should be able to fall below - per the social contract that America has written - THE LEAST OF THESE PEOPLE are in the worst mental condition - despite all of these services - to find their way into a position of 'The UN-Least Of These".

 How can one dismiss their management actions for their own children yet sign on to what is happening in the name of "progress"?

If your own child is sent to a public school - you monitor the effectiveness of this school based on some key mile markers - some reference points - that are within YOUR OWN MIND that your child should be achieving as proof that the school is performing as expected.   If your child falls short of this skills development framework that you maintain informally -

• His reading skills are not achieving the necessary proficiency rating
• He is struggling at math and is not capturing the basic understanding
• Though you don't agree with all points of the narrative that your child brings home about American history - the fact that your child is not even retaining the facts about the "edited version of history" .......

........all prove disconcerting to your confidence in the ecosystem of the school.    

Why Is Your Personal Governance Of Your Permanent Interests So Different From Your Political Governance?  

I recall doing a diagram a few years back that perfectly captured this argument.   

The "I smell a skunk" moment which calls out the prevailing Black political agenda in which - in order to fix the INTIMATE problems with your loved ones (as noted immediately above) you are compelled to perpetually STRUGGLE OUTWARD so that one day - your child will learn how to read proficiently - as part of her "Social Justice Rights" in America.

While my business analysis sense says it makes no sense to attempt to fix a problem by moving away from it (boiling the ocean) - my adept knowledge of the dynamics of human behavior makes me understand that the forces who are seeking to evade accountability for the situation that they preside over have a vested interest in making the most practical use of the "ignorance" that they have allowed to fester - capitalizing upon it for their short sighted benefit in the political domain.

Though you might to like hearing the comparison - each of of these students who matriculate through this system but fail to reach the level of proficiency that the people in question need for absolute advancement - has a BALLOT that those who have nefarious intent can use to achieve their ulterior goals, different from the ones that they have marketed to the masses.

When we couple the progressive-fundamentalist social and cultural priorities at hand - there is little chance that an overlay of strict discipline and the application of a boot camp type culture which seeks to take in raw materials and develop finished goods in preparation for making them into "fighting men and women".  This centralized command and control culture that seeks to extract benefit on the backs of the people is instead replaced by a command and control economy - which promises to provide these same people with resources so that they will be protected from their own ignorance.  While both systems are flawed when done in excess - the United States is moving toward the later. The Black community within the United States is further along this scale.
