BLAX News: Introducing The Shaquetta Principle - One Step Below The Level Of Consciousness Necessary To Occupy Positions Of Influence Within The Black Community

In the realm of Organization Management Theory there is the notion of "The Peter Principle"

• The Peter Principle: "in a hierarchy every employee tends to rise to his level of incompetence"

• (From Wikipedia) The principle holds that in a hierarchy, members are promoted so long as they work competently. Eventually they are promoted to a position at which they are no longer competent (their "level of incompetence"), and there they remain, being unable to earn further promotions. Peter's Corollary states that "in time, every post tends to be occupied by an employee who is incompetent to carry out their duties" and adds that "work is accomplished by those employees who have not yet reached their level of incompetence." "Managing upward" is the concept of a subordinate finding ways to subtly "manage" superiors in order to limit the damage that they end up doing

As we here at BLAX News has applied our own analysis to the present prevailing consciousness of those who "Occupy The Prevailing Positions Of Consciousness" WITHIN The Black Community and have discovered a "Dark-Matter" equivalent to "The Peter Principle".

While the Peter Principle works to lift up ONE person into a leadership position beyond his own individual capabilities - the important dynamic of "Black Inferiority" that is central to Black Progressive-Fundamentalist though works in the opposite way.   The entire lot of Black people must be INFERIORIZED so that the foundational elements of this destructive theory to seem true to the masses of Black people and their White Progressive Cheshire Fox Joint-Venture Partners:

• The Post Traumatic Slavery Syndrome - requires Black people who have never been exposed to the ravages of Chattel Slavery that our ancestors did, as they wished that one day, WE, their descendants - would never have to suffer such a fate PHYSICALLY or MENTALLY.  Today the Physical Manifestation of this is a valuable political tool that some take advantage of Black people's grievances for their own short term benefit.
• "The Least Of These" conscious sheep herding technique

The dark-matter compliment to "The Peter Principle" then is the "Shaquetta Principle" practiced by a significant number of Embedded Black Fox Confidence Men.
"The Shaquetta" Principle attempts to inferiorize large sections of the Black community so that:

• The anointed progressive leadership over them are made to stand tall and flawless
• The present "victim status" of the populace is the fault of external forces and the leadership is necessary to save them
• The hijacking of the conscious PRIORITIES of the Black community is justified, despite the irrationality seen in their judgements

The Shaquetta Principle promotes THIS as a supreme assault upon the dignity of Black people, their White Progressive Snarling Fox Joint-Venture Partners standing in agreement:

The Shaquetta Principle clearly uses a provable backchannel of communication to direct the "Negro Conscious Attention". As with the Pat Robertson video is now posted on a series of Black themed blogs - the good White folks people at "Right Wing Watch" should be thanked - along side Media Matters - as doing an effective job at keeping Black folks from focusing on the REAL ISSUES within the Black community as we focus on dumb shyt the pretty stuff.
