The Black Racial Services Machine was interviewed for this article:

 "Though we grieve at the disproportional rate of Black Homicide Victims in this nation where the value of Black life is so diminished, we are confidence that once our racism chasing efforts prove successful and we can't that racism demon by the tail and cage him permanently..........the rate of homicide for Black people will be reduced to about 10% , far below the proportional population representation for Black people.

When homicides are distributed more equally across the races then this will be a sign that social justice has been achieved".

ANALYSIS

Choice A which is the joint venture between the White Progressive Cheshire Fox and the Embedded Black Fox Confidence Man achieves the one key element of all Progressive-Fundamentalist movements: AN INDICTMENT.

In this case the indictment is cast upon YOU.
That is YOU and the 308 Million other Americans who saw this "injustice" going on as they lived their day to day lives as consumers of the American dream and yet remained too selfish and unconscious to lift a finger to combat the "Prison Industrial Complex" and the "New Jim Crow" specifically that snatches up so many young Black males into burlap bags as they walk down the street and tosses them into a prison...................

• Snatching them off of the voting register
• Providing employment for rural people who need jobs
• Proving a bump in population as the US Census counts an "unjustly detained" individual in the head count of the county where his prison is located
• Thus - snatching away federal apportionment from the county where their original residence is located
• Denying them of the ability to earn money in a job
• Increasing the sub-minimum wage "Prison Labor Population"
• Setting up the days when the old Chain Gang will become the new Farm Workers as the racists run the Mexicans out of the nation and replace them with the Negroes who's ancestors they imported from Africa centuries ago to work these same fields.   
• In short this is a "Home Coming" in the view of the "Racist Whites (Republicans).  Returning those who "Got Out Of Their Place".....back to their original homes
• Did I mention "Voter Suppression" already?

(Note: Look past the sarcasm and tell me how this list varies from the key rhetorical talking points of the Embedded Confidence Men and their Cheshire Fox propaganda partners)

Americans had the OBLIGATION to create a more fair and equal society where "social justice" reigned.  Instead racism and classism and hatred had them investing in prisons instead of schools.

"What did you do when the injustice flowed through America in 2011 and the movement started to change it?" - is the interview question that some Progressive will ask a threatening candidate some 30 years in the future?"

The proper answer IS - "I was working diligently to remove the power that was in control over the key 'Human Resource Development Institutions' that were failing 'The Least Of These' as they played upon the people's grievances for the sake of building POWER.  All the while they aggregated power they tried to shift the indictment away from their ranks - in a grand 'Boil The Ocean Scheme' ".

Choice B  threatens to step on some ingrown toenails.

In the finest tradition of "Justice Thurgood Marshall Justice" it is an error to chose to blame "The Least Of These" for their condition, expecting that the VICTIM might bear some responsibility for his own condition.

One must project the notion that "The Least Of These" are not INFERIOR, expecting that they can carry the same load in a granular manner that the more generalized reference to "the American system" is expected to provide such relief. 

Those who refer to the "Vulnerable Masses" also note that the ballot that they hold in their hip pocket, as enforced by the government, is of EQUAL WORTH when counted in the American Political Domain.  With full knowledge that one "gets more bees with sugar than with vinegar" - it matters not what you think about "The Least Of These" and their competencies to govern themselves.  It only matters what you say to them, making sure that they are never angered against you least they disconnect their "development consciousness" from the scheme that the Joint-Venture needs them to be engaged in for it to be successful.

One of the primary tools of the Progressive Joint-Venture is to "own" the agenda - the narrative - the talking points - THE PRIORITIES that "The Least Of These" choose to register their grievances with - turning them into ACTION............................POLITICAL ACTION.  

The perversion of their agenda is that the very worst piece of real estate that they can turn to as a reference for their competency and their justification for continued occupation of power is THE INNER SPACE - the very place where they proclaim their agenda will provide uplift.  

As experts of human psychology they understand that "the journey" - the STRUGGLE - is far more important to the aggrieved masses than is their ability to develop skills of discernment - or at least sneak a GPS upon the vehicle that they are being taken for a ride upon to note that while indeed there is movement as seen by the vehicle there is great discord from the planned destination that was told to them at the beginning of the trip and then fortified at each check point along the way when their CONFIDENCE began to wane.

We should not see the "Lifeless Corpses" as a pall upon the Black community as a consequence of the injustice that we as Black people suffer as a people.   

Instead the high numbers - relative to "Europe" - the universal reference point for Progressives when they want something - should represent the COST to our people for the state of the void in governance which fails to recognize the value of Black people as placed upon OUR OWN BACKS - via the INSTITUTIONS that we are asked to matriculate through for refinement.

The marquee reference for self hatred is when YOU ALLOW these institutions and their intended purpose to be HIJACKED by corrupt "Embedded Confidence Men" who got into power based on the promises that their take over would bring to the Black Community - only to find that their names now adorn ..........

• The building names
• The street names
• The names of the parks
• The portraits hanging on the wall at the government building (painted by a celebrated Black artist who's work is featured in a "feel good story" in the propaganda press).....................

.......and the WORSHIP of these men and the monuments that they have left for us.

This is evidence of the same paganism that delayed the other "Chosen People" as they wondered through the wilderness.

Each number in the Black homicide rate that is above our population figure is a measure of the intensity of the BIGOTRY that is contained within Black America - which satisfies the masses that some amorphous force that is trying to destroy us actually pulled the trigger and which provides the hooks by which the Embedded Confidence Men attach their tethers to lead us along for the ride.
