Racism Then And Now

With regard to the indictment against Herman Cain claiming that RACISM is no longer the prevailing force standing against Black people - please notice the people who choose to take offense rather than those who attempt to MEASURE the force that it bears?

The reason why they do not is because if RACISM was not made as the unbearable force the Black Progressives would be force to define why the institutions that they now dominate within the Black Community hasn't produced more incremental organic growth.

The power of the Black Quasi-Socialist Progressive-Fundamentalist Racism Chaser is his ability to PICK AND CHOOSE THE 'Black Agenda' and associated INDICTMENTS.   The Black Rank & File should never be fooled into assuming that the priorities of this group of embedded operatives is representative of the forces that most negatively bear down upon our community - limiting our altitude.

State Of Quality Schools  Problem Plagued Majority Black School Districts That Don't Trigger Protests Philadelphia - Schools under control by School Reform panel.  Superintendent fired a few months ago.  Several members of the reform board recently resigned Atlanta - Major standardized test cheating scandal promoted probationary status for schools by accrediting agency.   Kansas City - Loss of school accreditation after schools failed to meet performance metrics established by the state Memphis - After decades of struggle for control over  the schools the school system yielded its charter to the state so that it can merge with the smaller, majority White "Shelby County School System" BLACK INFERIORITY =  The lack of INSTITUTIONAL INTEGRITY that is shown WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY as our SCHOOLS CONTINUE TO FAIL despite the "Bayard Rustin TAKE OVER PLAN" where the full compliment of school leadership has indeed been voted into power. Despite the Black rank & file dutifully investing their "Equal Black Ballots" so that PROGRESSIVE school leadership could take hold and develop the future of the Black Community by developing our children - UPON FAILURE TO CONVINCE THE ADULTS WHO INTERACT WITH THE SCHOOLS: The Parental Educational Managers The School Administration The Instructional Staff Other Members Of The Community That their JOB #1 is to mold the image of the Black Community 30 years from now by molding the children in the chair.......................they have the community convinced that the FAULT and the FIX rests in the hands of THEIR CONSERVATIVE ENEMIES who won't provide EQUAL FUNDING as they do their own children in a different district. IF THIS IS YOUR ENEMY why would you look to him to provide you with EQUAL RESOURCES to fund them - SOMETHING THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN COMPEL YOUR OWN PEOPLE TO PRIORITIZE THEIR OWN MONEY TOWARD?
Thriving Local Economies BLACK INFERIORITY = Assuming the power over the local economic policies and yet being unable to use the #1 resource that you have at your disposal - BLACK PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED OF DEPLOYMENT - to fold their hopes, dreams and "BLACK DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY CONSCIOUSNESS"  into the building up of a LOCAL Economic Engine - just as SEGREGATION FORCED BLACKS TO DO. Instead this is OUTSOURCED in the name of SOCIAL JUSTICE where Black people who posses ONE EQUAL BLACK BALLOT are convinced that we can VOTE OUR WAY INTO PROSPERITY.   After a series of NO RETURNS ON INVESTMENT and questions of the credibility of the INVESTMENT ADVISOR he convinces the masses to invest in yet another round - because, as they commonly believe - WITHHOLDING THEIR INVESTMENT INTO THE POT MEANS THAT THE ENEMY WINS.   This is the sign of a person who has NO SELF WORTH beyond what he expects his enemy to appraise for him.	Healthy Lifestyles and Relationship Outcomes BLACK INFERIORITY = Despite the ability to articular how Blacks are disproportionately represented in certain lifestyle/terminal conditions: Diabetes Obesity  HIV Infections Heart Disease Stroke High Blood Pressure Instead of being able to articulate the success at connecting THE OTHER 3 ZONES represented on this grid together (Education, Finance and Community Cultural Priorities) so that the Black Community can ORGANICALLY express its own SELF WORTH by ensuring that our people live long, healthy, disease free lives as  BEHAVIORAL CHANGES are made More Black Physicians are honed from the Educational Institutions that we now control Financing for their education is derived from sources within the Black community INSTEAD our present condition is made into a SOCIAL JUSTICE INDICTMENT and we, The LEAST OF THESE are asked to INVEST OUR EQUAL BLACK BALLOTS into the struggle so that a GOVERNMENT CONTRACTED PHYSICIAN is contracted to take care of us.

Instead of pissing us off and offending us - they understand that the best way to get "The Negro's Gold" is to latch in upon our grievances and string us along.    Decades from now - on the same course - our DEVELOPMENT will be unchanged.
