The Perpetual Struggle For "Social Justice"

• Black people continue to get murdered on the streets at higher than normal rates as motivated by hatred.  Its just that the phenotype of his likely killer disqualifies the murder from being called "A Civil Rights Violation"
• Black students continue to be treated to inferior educational environments.  Its just that the "congregational agreement" between those that are running the educational institutions and the forces within the Black Community that put them their with pride ensure that no civil rights lawsuit will be brought against the friendly elected official who was gracious enough to speak at their community organizing organization fund raising banquet earlier this year and told about the number of "minority contracts" she created in the school system
• The "Deployment Rate" of the human resources within the Black community remain far below that which would allow the community to become a "self-sufficient" and low risk investment.  Those who have stepped in the void and now claim to be the "Economic Development Activists" have their expertise in demanding public transportation as a "civil right" so the human resources can exit the community on their way to their jobs elsewhere than they are able to build up internal retail and commercial entities in which public transportation is the source for external customers and labor to come into the community to interact with these highly developed economic institutions within.
• The presence of ailments and diseases associated with lifestyle and dietary choices creates the condition of "benign neglect" in the minds of the community health advocates.  They demand more resources from the national government but can't show evidence where they have aligned the ACADEMIC, ECONOMIC and CULTURAL/SOCIAL institutions listed above to impress upon a sufficient number of community members to become professional service agents in the medical arts and a sizable remainder of the community to agree to fund these efforts and to make the necessary dietary, physical activity and social/sexual behavior changes necessary to achieve the desired results.

The Prevailing Black Community Consciousness Is One Of OUTSOURCING The Expectations Of The Delivery Of "Social Justice Entitlements" While Enforcing "Congregational Unity" Regarding Absolving The Principals Running The Community Institutions From Fault
