(Note: I heard Rev C.T. Vivian call Black people "the flock" on the radio several years ago.  Since that wasn't offensive I am sure that this too will pass)

The same people who cut their teeth by understanding the folly of trying to make a bigot "like you" as a pre-condition of their own advancement forward are now pretending that a force that threatens their own order that they have conspired to build up is going to be able to STEP UP enough to satisfy them.

The Black Community's problems today are mostly in the "Community Cultural Consciousness & Competency Development Domain".  This is the weed covered, trash filled plot of land that its in the town square of the Black community.    Though it is full of campaign signs - it suffers from the benign neglect of inattention from the conscious hijacking.
